APX 4 years ago I rescued gidget from the streets. She has been my support furbaby since. I'm on SSD and get limited funds per month. I've been in the hospital myself since March 15th. Just got home after a major throat infection, being tracked 2 times and I aspirated and crashed on March 17th. Gidget was attacked on April 14th her bill is over $4,000 along with my hospital bills. Since she's been my support furbaby for the last 3-4 years she sleeps at my feet every night. she waits on the floor watching until I get settled then she justs up and curls up at my feet. She will eat any that I eat and she waits until it hits the floor before eating. Every once in a while if you leave your plate unattended she will sneak n eat off your plate. If I'm down she knows and will come and sit in my lap gives me kisses and or nudges my hand until I love on her. She always makes me feel better just being gidget. I comb her hair out of her eyes, as soon as I say "now you can see" she shakes her head and up and down in her eyes goes the hair.. I give up! Lol On April 14,(I was still in the hospital) my daughter found gidget on the front porch (she had gotten out the night before and wouldn't come back in), she had been attacked by something, and was in really bad shape. She took her to the animal hospital where she has been until today. I am on SSD so I get limited funds. Rent and MLGW take 2/3rds of my income which leaves very little for my meds and food but we manage but with all the medical bills I just can't do I need help. Please 🙏
