Fresno, CA
Hello. My name is Angela and I am Muffin’s mom. Muffy came into my life almost 2.5 years ago. It was totally unexpected, my mother wanted a kitten and we both decided to take the plunge agreeing to go half on his care and upbringing. That fell short soon, I was left ultimately with muffy’s care which I didn’t mind at all. Muffy has been the biggest blessing I never knew I was in need for. In December muffin couldn’t move his lower half and was in excruciating pain. He cried and had the loudest meows I never heard. I took him into Northpoint Animal hostipal in Fresno where he was examined, had lab work, and immediately was diagnosed with FATE. I cried like I never have in my life, even more when the dr told me it was either a blood thiinner or euthanization. I chose medication. He is so kind! He is loving and such a cuddler. He truly is and I believe he knows he is a baby. He has brought me nothing but joy, happiness & the most unconditional love I have ever felt in my life. He loves the camera! He’s such a ham! He loves ballon’s Toys, and nice cuddly soft blankys where he enjoys making biscuits. He is very friendly and has always been open and kind to anyone he meets Currently I do IHSS for my father. Both my parents are in poor health so I take care of them because they are my life. hospital visits and medications have put a huge financial strain. I am extremely stressed and sad that I cannot do more for him.. He means the world to me

Milo
Milo is a 4 year old Scottish Fold in Fresno, CA, who needs $1,071 for Enucleation Surgery - Single.
Fresno, CA
Milo was my youngest daughter’s 14th birthday present. I was so excited she didn’t want a fancy phone or designer clothes, so I splurged to support her sweet wish. I did a lot of research and pricing to find a breeder that I could afford. But, that’s where I went wrong. Milo was with us only a week before he started getting really sick. He had Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP). When he was diagnosed with fatal FIP, I heard from a local shelter of a treatment I could buy online. I gave him twice daily shots and we nursed him back to health. His left eye was affected and a vet said it would eventually need to come out. Three years later, very quickly the eye has deteriorated and needs to come out. My financial situation has changed and I can’t afford to have it taken out. Milo is the sweetest cat. He just a ball of love. He’s not very active so he loves to lay in the sun in the backyard when I’m gardening. He stays close and doesn’t try to wander. When it’s time to go inside, he follows right behind me. When it’s time for his wet cat food, we meow at each other over and over until I put the food in front of him. He always lays on our papers and keeps us company. So much that I can’t fit it all here: Filed for divorce 8.5 yrs ago, cheating alcoholic husband took all money. Divorce still not done. Lost everything. Raising kids alone. Last 2 yrs the worst. House in foreclosure. Working jobs and trying to get more. I’m trying so hard.
