Frank came into my life as a gift form my dad that has been battles cancer for the last 15 years. He was given to me on Christmas Eve at 12 weeks old 12 weeks old. We started out living in the Midwest and we traveled across the country to the West Coast and we have been up and down the West Coast together. We are looking to fix the problem. This is the only way to fix the problem with his broken leg. It affects his elbow joint, and there is no other way to heal it. Frank has three human brothers that miss him very much that live in the Midwest. He is very special to my family as he was a gift from my dad that has been battling cancer for the last 15 years. I am a one income house that lives in the Bay Area and struggles financially. I don’t have anyone else to help me financially and would hate to have to lose my dog over this.

Naya was a surprise pet given to me by my partner. She was adopted with the idea of helping me grieve with the loss of my ARMY buddy. I am a US ARMY Combat Veteran, and I have had a lot of loss in my life; but Naya came in and stole my heart! She's my best friend and hurt herself running from fireworks in the neighborhood. She has a partial tear in her ACL and also liquid in her Knee. I have looked up so many places to get her the surgery and couldn't afford anywhere. Naya is now 1 week in without a surgery and in pain Naya has helped me through so many hard times with my disabilities. I work remote and since I am a veteran we spend all our lives supporting each other. She is the reason I have better days and can be the best part of of my shift since we always go tot he park. I am on a fixed income as I have been trying to find a better job. I feel stuck because all I see is her in pain and I just wish I could do anything to help. Any assistance would be beyond appreciative.
