Wookie lives with me, my son and husband. We only got Wookie about 8 months ago. Her owner passed. She still sees her human sister, who loves her dearly. Wookie was diagnosed with pyometra and is desperately in need of an immediate surgery to remove her uterus. Her vet is Quakertown Veterinary Clinic in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Wookie is my heart. She's only been with me a short 8 months, but has taken the job of being my nanny since I'm disabled. She is my sidekick and my best friend. I am disabled and was told that I can no longer work at all. My 19 year old son has been helping with bills after my husband was laid off. We just don't have the $6000 to pay for this surgery. She will die if it's not done as soon as possible.

Chief is our big-headed baby 💙 We got him when he was just a pup, and we knew right away he was special — when we went to pick him up, he came running straight to us. He is such a big baby with the sweetest heart. He absolutely loves his toys, loves to play, and is amazing with kids. Chief isn’t just our dog — he’s a huge part of our family, our daily joy, and our constant companion. Chief needed emergency surgery today for bloat, and it all happened so fast. He was completely normal this morning — we followed our usual routine, went outside, came back in — and then suddenly he started acting very strange. We knew immediately that something wasn’t right. We rushed him straight to Quakertown emergency vet hospital, where they told us he was suffering from bloat and needed im Chief is such a joyful dog who loves playing with his toys and bringing happiness to everyone around him. He also has a sister, Kira, and their bond is truly unimaginable — they are inseparable. On the day this happened, Kira knew something was wrong before we did. She was barking nonstop to get our attention, and looking back, it truly shows how dogs know when something isn’t right. Her instincts We were told he was suffering from bloat and needed emergency surgery to survive. The cost? Around $8,000 — completely unexpected and far beyond what we were prepared for. We’ve never been the type to ask for help, but now we are scrambling to make this possible 🙏

I've had Buggaboo for almost 9 years, she was an accidental breeding puppy of a friends dog. She is literally the sweetest thing, not a bad bone in her body. I always said she was a love bug and from that came Buggaboo, but I call her "me buggie". She is literally my sanity, I've had a lot of loss in my life and she has been by my side for all of it. I don't know what I'll do without her. Bugga started coughing and breathing hard and fast. Like a pant while not actually panting. I knew something wasn't right. We took her to the vet, got a couple of x-rays, bloodwork, and prescriptions for a heart issue. Either a leaky valve or heart disease. They are recommending an ultrasound at Quakertown Animal Hospital, Sept 15. To make sure she is on the right meds and see if there is a leak. Buggie is like a mommy to or rescue cats. They all love her, lay with her, rub against her and she is so good with them. She is also my shadow, my peace, my Furry best friend. We spent the last of our resources on her vet visit 2 days ago at 540.00. We just don't have the 762.00 needed for the visit it with Dr. Goodwin. I can't lose my girl, I need her.
