Harper
Harper is a 10 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi in New Middletown, OH, who needs $3,000 for Splenectomy.
New Middletown, OH
Harper is a 10-year-old female Corgi who has been the absolute center of my world for the last decade. Weighing around 37 pounds, she is a sturdy, happy-go-lucky girl who currently lives with my family and I. Despite being a senior dog, she still has a lots of life & spark left in her! Our world was turned upside down recently when Harper suddenly began showing signs of severe pain and discomfort. We rushed her to Rainbow Vet in Darlington, PA. We found out that Harper has a mass on her spleen. This splenic mass is causing her ongoing distress and carries a high risk of rupture and is possibly cancerous, making immediate medical intervention a matter of life and death. Harper is so much more than a family pet, she is my ultimate soul dog. I took her to college with me, and she has faithfully stood by my side through almost every major stage and milestone of my adult life. She was my rock and my comfort through the devastating heartbreak of my dad passing away, she anchored me through college and the chaotic post-college transition. This medical emergency hit us completely out of nowhere, leaving us blindsided both emotionally and financially. Right now, I am doing everything I can to balance the demands of day-to-day life while desperately trying to provide the absolute best care for Harper.

Romeo
Romeo is a 9 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in West Middlesex, PA, who needs $2,000 for Impaction with Bowel Resection.
West Middlesex, PA
Romeo was an originally a foster dog that when I went to the shelter a few days before Christmas I said give me the dog that’s been here the longest. After having Romeo I fell in love and knew I failed at fostering. We know he was chained to a pole and abandoned prior to us having him but even with that he was the sweetest and gentlest boy. Now he’s a happy member of a 4 dog household. Romeo will eat anything food related never had issues with non food items, this boy would eat spinach, well he found himself a corncob, I took him to the vet and they said continue to watch him. A week later after it appeared he was on the med he took a turn for the worse and we found he had a perforated bowl and needed a resection. Romeo is just what his name said. A true charmer! He is loving and needs to snuggle. He loves giving kisses and very snack oriented however will turn up his nose at a long walk. As we all know life is life-ing and I am no worse off than anyone else but didn’t exactly have this extra expense just laying around. I do have a job and I work hard as do may people I just didn’t know if there was extra help

Luv
Luv is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in Beaver Falls, PA, who needs $2,000 for Leg amputation Due to Osteosarcoma Tumor.
Beaver Falls, PA
Luv was rescued from the Humane Society of Utah in Salt Lake City, when he was 4 months. I have 4 kids and he, of course, instantly became an important member of our family. He has lived a great life, hiking mountains and deserts, visiting oceans and swamps, and loves playing in the snow. 5 years ago we moved to Pennsylvania and he enjoys cleaning up the forests one stick at a time. Out of nowhere a huge lump started forming on his rear right leg. He started limping and i took him in for x-rays where they confirmed Osteosarcoma. His lungs are clear of any large growths so he is a candidate for amputation. This is an expensive surgery and we could use all the help to ease the burden. The Rainbow Vet in Darlington can do this for us. www.rainbow-vet.net Luv lives up to his name and loves his entire family. We also have three cats, whom he tolerates. For years he thought he was father to our two guinea pigs, although they have passed recently. He absolutely loves sticks and will carry even super long ones back on a hike. Even if sticks are much wider than the trail. We all are extremely attached and hate seeing him in the pain this tumor brings Money as a single full time father of four, is always tight. The X-rays and meds were $800 and the amputation estimate is $3500. With schooling and braces and bills and life, this is a squeeze where I could really use some help. I hate to see him hurting and want to fix that
