Gio (1) came into my life two years ago. My twin brother’s coworker had kittens left around her house and ask my brother if he wanted a cat. She had told my brother that there were three kittens left, a singleton, and twins. As soon as he told me that there were twins, we decided to take them in because it reminded them of us. Twin siblings with twin cats. Gio has a twin brother named Rocky. Gio has a bladder the size of a grapefruit right now, which is causing him not to use the bathroom and extreme pain. If he doesn’t get this fixed fast, he will go into kidney failure and possibly die. Gio is so special to me because he brings life back into. He is the sunshine to cloudy and rainy days. Gio is very very sweet and affectionate, he loves attention and all the pets that he can get. He loves to explore and meet new people. His favorite thing to do is sit in front of the window and watch everything that goes on outside. I am on a fixed income and with this unexpected medical emergency, it is hard to pay for the care he needs. Pets aren’t just animals; they become part of your daily life, your routine, your comfort. They’re there in quiet moments, in tough days, in happy ones too.

She was born in the backyard of one of my customers. At about two weeks old, she moved them all into the bathtub with her mother and at about five weeks old, I adopted two of them. Solid orange tabby and one was a boy and one was a girl. She has been the most lovable, playful kitten, and is in big need of our help. I love her so much Sure went to Robertson County Clinic today and they did an x-ray. There’s a blockage in her stomach. She’s been vomiting for days and hasn’t eaten. she can’t go to the bathroom. She is lethargic and down. The doctor says that there is a small blockage in her stomach but can’t tell what it is. She needs emergency surgery or will be put down. $3k all upfront. I cannot afford it for a couple weeks. She is the sweetest, most hilarious kitten I’ve ever had. She’s full of energy and is constantly climbing, jumping and knocking things off the counter. She’s a trip. She jumps onto our shoulders as we walk by and gives kisses. She has a twin brother and they are always together, either playing or cuddling. She’s just a doll. There’s so much life in her. She’s got a golden soul. Just a good girl I started a new job. A week withheld. I don’t get paid until the 20th. I gave all I had for appt today and still had to borrow some. If I could make payments, it’d be no problem. If it was just 2 weeks later, no problems. But it’s now and I don’t have it. Its an emergency

We got Daisy when she was just a tiny thing and could fit into the palm of your hand. She’s almost 12 years old now and still rambunctious. We live in government housing and currently only have one income that is my sisters disability. I have been out of work for about 7 months trying to find something close to home. I have always been a provider, I just need help taking care of my dogs. Years ago my mom thought she didn’t have to get out chihuahuas fixed because they’re both females. Unfortunately we’ve learned just how important it is to spay your animals. As they’ve gotten older they’ve developed lumps around their nipples that are cancerous. Daisy needs a surgery to remove the tumors and be spayed to prevent future problems. I just want her healthy so she can live more. Daisy is always the playful, rambunctious one. She likes to dig in the couch or blankets after she eats, she gets the zoomies after her baths, and she’s ALWAYS vocal about what she wants. She’s still so high energy even with her age. She likes to be squished in between you and the couch and she’ll follow you everytime you get up. She’s spoiled with back and butt rubs too! With being unemployed I just want to find a way to get my dogs healthy again. I want them to be able to play to their hearts content. I’ve always been a provider but this time I have to ask for help because their needs are more pressing and I want them better.

We’ve had Bella since she was a tiny puppy. She is almost 13 years old now. We live in government housing and are on a limited income. Our only income currently is my sister that is on disability. I have been unemployed for about 7 months and struggling to find something close to home. My own health has prevented me from getting multiple jobs, leaving me unable to financially support our animals. Previously when my mother was alive, she did not think getting our two chihuahuas spayed was needed because they’re both female. Unfortunately we’ve become aware of just how much it was needed. Both Bella and Daisy have developed lumps (confirmed cancer) that need to be removed along with being spayed to prevent repeated problems. Bella also has chronic skin conditions as well, hence the cone. Bella has been part of our family for a long time now. She’s been with us through a LOT of ups and downs. She can be a total turd but she’s also the biggest cuddler. She loves just sitting on the couch with us, her favorite people snacks are lettuce and tomatoes! She would eat her weight in them if we let her. She’s getting old but still gets the zoomies after every bath. I feel lost not being able to financially support my animals. I’ve always been the provider and now I need help. I have no family to help me anymore, but I want the best for my dogs. They deserve to be healthy.

I can't have children so my two Cats are my kids. Both are rescues and there my whole life. He really is the sweetest cat I've ever seen and I don't know what I would do without him. I wish that I had the money to be able to do this myself now but I don't. If there's anyway that you can help please do. This surgery will save his life.He has a pattern of getting blocked by stones that keeps him from being able to go pee. He needs this surgery bad. The Vet said that the blockages will continue to happen so surgery asap will help save his life. If there's anyway you can help to save my baby please help 🙏🏻 Charlie is so sweet he's a big momma's boy. I tell him all the time that he's my Angel boy. He likes for you to talk to him he starts to purring like crazy. Sometimes I think he understands exactly what Im saying,he so smart. He loves to play and he loves his cat nip. He just loves love and I love him more than anything in the world. I helped my Mother take care of my father until he passed last August. Now I'm My Mother's Care Taker. I'm also having some major health issues that I have constant doctors visit weekly trying to figure out what's going on. It does affect my day to day I get very weak.

My husband rescued our sweet Finley girl 5 years ago from a shelter in Chattanooga, Tn. At the time, Finley was a small puppy at 3 months old in need of a loving home. Their bond was immediate when he found her. You could say it was love at first sight! Finley has now become such a loving and special piece to our family and it’s hard to imagine our soon to be family of 4 without her in it. Finley has always LOVED playing ball, swimming and fetching sticks in the creek, chasing squirrels, ALL the belly rubs and most importantly treats and her Nanas special cornbread! She loves the cool weather but likes to sleep in her cozy bed inside at night time. Her personality is so loving and gentle, she loves interaction with our 3 year old son and tolerates all of the toddler playfulness! My husband is a disabled police officer, recently undergoing 4 shoulder surgeries the last two years. Work hours have been limited due to COVID 19 and we are expecting our second child this fall. We have experienced a lot and would be devasted if we lost our loving Finley. Three months ago, Finley started experiencing lethargy, swollen lymph nodes, vomiting and loss of appetite. Immediately we took her to the vet, bloodwork and lab results returned “inconclusive” suggesting Lymphoma. She has been taking oral steroids on and off since recently receiving a true Lymphoma diagnosis. We have now considered chemo treatments at her Vet, Robertson County Animal Clinic. Finley’s personality, innocence and gentle spirit is what makes her so unique. Her facial expressions at times make you feel as if she’s human! She loves everyone around her and just wants to be loved back and maybe snag a few head or belly rubs along the way;). Her favorite game is playing ball with my husband! The two of them have spent countless hours outside playing ball together!
