Eugene, OR
Arya is my 4-year-old, 7-lb service dog and best friend. She lives with me in a small, loving home where she enjoys cuddles, blankets, and playtime. Despite being diagnosed with an enlarged heart and seizures, she’s still full of life. She needs urgent care—an echocardiogram, meds, and monitoring—to stay healthy and by my side. Arya, my 4-year-old service dog, was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and seizures. She needs an echocardiogram, heart medication, and regular monitoring to give her the best chance at a healthy life. Her care is at Santa Clara Animal Hospital, and while I’ve covered what I can, the costs of treatment and follow-ups are more than I can manage alone. Arya is more than my pet—she’s my loyal service dog and best friend. She has a gentle spirit, loves to snuggle under blankets, and greets everyone with joy. With me, she’s attentive and protective, always by my side. With family and friends, she’s playful, affectionate, and brings smiles to everyone she meets. Her love is truly unconditional. I’ve already stretched my savings and maxed out Arya’s pet insurance, but her care costs are beyond what I can cover alone. Asking for help is hard, yet Arya means everything to me. Having her healthy again would give me peace of mind and allow her to keep being Arya.

Susie Q
Avoiding Amputation: This Young Pup Needs Your Help
salem, OR • Little Critters Rescue
Susie Q had been sighted in a mountain neighborhood, the homeowner contacted animal control, about a loose dog that had been dumped. Animal control didn't have the resources to help Susie, so she contacted an animal advocate who is known for trapping dumped dogs to get them vetted and hopefully find their owners or get them adopted, who was able to set out a trap to get Susie. The woman then brought her to Little Critter's Rescue. The vet got her spayed, but during her spay, the vet noticed that Susie's teeth were broken and she needed dental surgery. Shortly before her dental surgery, Little Critters Rescue noticed that she was limping on her back leg. So while she was under getting her teeth looked at, the vet checked her leg and determined that she had a torn cruciate, which will require another surgery or even amputation. Susie is too young to lose her back leg, so she will need to have surgery to save her leg. What Little Critter's Rescue knows of Susie's story is sad. She was abandoned/dumped, and humans failed her! Susie is skeptical of people but never shows sign of aggression. She still wants and needs love. As they give her care and a safe foster home, she is flourishing and showing her happy self, making friends with any animal and learning to trust and believe that these humans are here to help and keep her safe. Due to the fact that Susie has needed so much vet care, such as vaccines, spay, and dental, Little Critter's Rescue is maxed out of funding. They have a vet that is willing to do an alternative to TPLO, which is a procedure that is better for her in the long run and not as expensive, but they desperately need your help to save her. Please join them in showing Susie Q what it means to be properly cared for and loved. Without you, her life would not be the same. Thank you!

Eugene, OR
I welcomed Arya into my life in June 2021, seemingly out of nowhere. She was this tiny 3-pound bundle of energy that I simply couldn't leave behind. Arya has become the sweetest and most loyal companion, and I feel so lucky to raise and care for her. She has been an incredible friend, and I'm endlessly grateful to have her by my side. Arya has experienced seizures and has been diagnosed with an enlarged heart and gastritis. Her veterinarians are currently investigating the underlying cause, which may be either neurological or related to her heart condition. The Veterinary Hospital she has been seen at is the Santa Clara Veterinary Hospital here in Eugene, Oregon. Arya holds a special place in my heart as the sweetest and most loyal companion. Her boundless energy and loving nature bring so much joy and comfort to my life. Caring for her and having her by my side has been an incredible experience, and she continues to be a source of happiness and unwavering friendship. Caring for Arya's medical needs is financially challenging, but her health is my top priority. Your support would mean the world, giving her a chance to thrive again. Seeing Arya happy and healthy would bring immense joy and gratitude. We thank you for your support.

Lilith
Lilith is a 5 year old Ferret in Eugene, OR, who needs $1,000 for Insulin-Secreting Tumors.
Eugene, OR
Lilith became a part of my life through a rescue. I was searching for a new addition to my fur family when I came across her. She was about a year old at the time. During my visit to ta ferret rescue, I noticed her sitting alone, looking so lonely that I couldn't leave her behind. I brought my other ferret along, and the two instantly bonded. From that moment, she became a cherished member. My little Lilith is 4 going on 5-years now who has always brought light and laughter to my life. But now, she's facing serious health challenges. Lilith has been suffering from seizures and is struggling to walk. These symptoms are heartbreaking to see, and she urgently needs medical care to determine the cause and being treatment. She is seen at Santa Clara Animal Hospital in Eugene, Oregon. Lilith loves to war dance and act like she is a stalker. She believes she is the stealthiest fur baby in the home. She loves to sneak up the side of the bed and crawl in between the sheets and attacks whatever is in her path. She wears little clothes and will walk on a lead. She has a best friend and her name is Julii, and they have become quite found of each other also. She act so human like. The estimated cost of Lilith's treatment is $700. I've done everything I can to manage the expenses, but without an emergency fund, that's why I'm reaching out to the community for support. Every dollar you contribute goes directly towards Lilith's veterinary. Thank you.

Arya came into my life June of 2022. I wasn't looking for another friend because it had only been two years since my last pup passed away, and he was 24 years old. He was also my service animal. Anyways, I was just looking at Facebook Marketplace and I saw this picture of the tiniest little fur ball that was needing a home. I met her that very day and she hasn't left my side since. Arya's issues started with seizures. I took her to the vet and they diagnosed her with a gastritis condition. Then Arya started having some bloody poops and throwing up. I took her to the Emergency Vet and did x-rays and saw she had an abnormal large heart. Then I just took her to her vet at Eastgate Vet Clinic and the did blood work and a EKG and it's either neurological or a heart problem. Arya is my best friend and a family member. She may be just under 10 lbs but she has the personality of a Queen. She loved to wear clothes when we go out and acts all lady like. But if she want's to act tough, she bows up her legs all stiff like and walks around like she is tough little lady. I can't help but crack up at her. She makes everyone laughs and loves everyone and everything. MyLove Arya A year ago my landlord kicked my children and me out and took everything we owed. I have an attorney working on this but it's taking a long time. We have been living in a RV behind my friends business which is really hard on us all. We make due though. I live on disability.

Eugene, OR
Mister is 7years old and is a rescue pup. He has two sister pups and a couple cat siblings as well. Mister is a cat dog, not only does he love cats but acts as one sometimes. He is a big lover and loves to play ball. He knows how to hand you the ball and has manors. He is very attentive and devoted along with having opinions that he shows in the most funniest ways. Mister loves the river and going on walks. When we are leaving to go somewhere he is always the first at the door and ready to go. He is so smart, has a great personality and joins in on the conversation all the time. Only two things scare this amazing strong determined brave soul; thunder and fireworks. He is always happy and ready to play. Mister appears to be a guard dog however he is a big softie that always makes you smile. His personality will make you laugh especially when he joins in the conversation. He loves to ride in the car and will go on every mission with you. His longest trip is to San Bernardino, California. He loves to play with his dog and cat siblings along with greeting everyone that comes to our neighborhood. Mister was in a hit and run accident. He got out of the yard and was on River Road when he got hit. The impact was so hard they lost their license plate. Megan was driving by and stopped to help me get him in the car and followed me to the animal hospital. He needs surgery on his upper gum and has a dislocated hip along with being cut up and has head trauma. He is at Santa Clara Animal Hospial. One of us is a seasonal worker and the other went from full time to part time a couple months ago. Needless to say there are no emergency funds available, especially after spoiling the furbabies. Mister and us are grateful for any help towards his emergency/hospital bills.
