Sienna

Sienna is a 8 month old Yorkshire Terrier in Aurora, CO, who needs $3,000 for Liver Shunt.

Aurora, CO

I purchased Sienna from a breeder in November 2025. We have had her with us for 8 months. Recently she was abused by a 10 year old boy, who broker her two front legs. I unfortunately did not have insurance for her. I was just in the process of purchasing. She had bilateral surgery costing 7k. I had to pay out of pocket with taking out loans. The VET drew blood, tested her bile acids due to stunted growth. I was recently informed she has a liver shunt, and will need to see a specialist. Ultrasound, and more blood work. The cost of ultrasound is $800.00- Consultation is $225.00- Not sure as of yet, if she will be a candidate for surgery. If she is, I have been infirmed surgery cost can be 3k-12k. If anyone can help, please! Sienna has a great personality, is loving, playful, and is so small. She deserves to live a longer life. Please help me give her the gift of living! At home we all love her. I recently started a new job, and was not paid for taking 2 weeks off to care for Sienna, since her recent bilateral leg surgery. I do not have the money to get her in to a specialist right now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please help me get her in to be seen.

Moe-Moe

Moe-Moe is a 13 year old American Shorthair in Aurora, CO, who needs $4,000 for Cystotomy.

Aurora, CO

I adopted Moe-Moe from an old friend who couldn’t care for him, when he was about six months old. He has always been over-curious, kind and adventurous. He loves basking in the sun and getting his face pet. Although he’s struggled with his weight, he is active and loves to play with his toys and his older sister. Moe-Moe was diagnosed with bladder stones in January of 2025 by our team at Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital and after a failed attempt at getting rid of the stones through a strict urinary diet, the stones are not gone and have increased. He now requires surgery to have them removed or we risk one of them lodging in his urinary tract, causing sepsis and death. Moe-Moe loves everyone and will be quick to come say “hi” and get pets from you. He has a calm, cuddly demeanor and loves to show you how much he loves you. His favorite activities are basking in the sun and playing with toy mice and strings. I lost my job about four months ago and the search for a new one has been slow. Our other cat, Lily was diagnosed with Kidney failure, so we are tapped out on funds, taking care of her. Not having the added stress of getting Moe healthy would ease our anxiety of losing both.

Lars

Lars is a 12-year-old Domestic Cat in Aurora, CO, who needs $2,000 for Fracture Radius & Ulna Surgery.

Aurora, CO

Lars is a loveable and sweet 12-year-old kitty. I adopted Lars in 2009, along with his Mom Mammamia. We live in a 2 story home, and Lars likes to be high up, ever since he was a kitten he looks for the highest spot in the house. We have an area in our home above the 2nd stair landing that he likes to hang out on, this is where he slipped and fell causing his broken leg. Lars lives with his mom (MammaMia) me, and my significant other. Mamma Mia and Lars are best friends. They have never been apart. Since Lars' break, Mammas has been very concerned, checking in on him a few times a day. As we have him in my office in a small cat pen, large enough or a bed and litter box. They can hang out together but they can bump noses and give little kisses. Lars is special to me for so many reasons, one being I have him and his Mom; there is so much joy in having them together after all these years. Lars loves wet food; he is very vocal about it when he is hungry. Fun fact Lars says, " I LOVE YOU" it's adorable. He picked the "word meow" up at a young age. I always say, "I love you, Lars" I love you, Mammas." On Tuesday, 11/22, our cat Lars slipped and fell off a high perch he likes to hang out on; his foot slipped and fell 12 feet onto our hardwood flooring. He broke his left leg at the joint(Radius and Ulna). Its been 3 weeks with a splint, we did a 2nd x-ray today, and he is not making much healing progress; surgery is a must. I have SLE Lupus, which is an autoimmune disease. I lost my job when covid hit, and my Rhemutologist furloughed me due to being immunocompromised. We have been living off one income, paying our mortgage, and utilities with not much left over to pay vet bills or get surgery.
