Mac
Mac is a 4 Month Old Old English Bulldog in Long Beach, CA, Who Needs $4,500 for Umbilical Hernia Repair and Hypospadias Repair.
Long Beach, CA
Mac is currently living with myself and my girlfriend. Just a week ago he was living in a backyard kennel and when we went to pick him up is was VERY COLD. We cannot imagine the life he would have had, especially since he was not "perfect" for breeding, according to the man we got him from. We are so happy to be able to love him and give him the life he deserves! Mac was rescued from a backyard breeder. He was trying to get rid of him due to him having an umbilical hernia. Once we got him home we realized it was much more than an umbilical hernia, he did not have a working penis, and had an opening where his penis should have been. We took him to Stitches and met with Dr. Courtney Campbell who specializes in these cases who stated he needs surgery soon. Mac is the most loving and trusting little guy! He is playful despite his medical condition and seems to have no idea of his challenges. We are so grateful to have him join our family and want to do what is best for him to have a healthy and happy life. My girlfriend and I are in our early twenties just starting out. My father passed away in March and we have moved into his condo so that I can keep it but the bills are higher than we are accustomed to. We just do not have the $4500 needed for Mac's surgery.

Odin
Odin is a 8 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi in Compton, CA, who needs $2,000 for Bilateral Perineal Hernia Surgery.
Compton, CA
My husband and I had recently moved in together. When I gave Odin to my husband as a Christmas gift, from day one he stole our hearts. We always joke around and say that Odin is our firstborn, but he is like our child. Odin developed a small lump on his rear over a month ago. Prior to that I had noticed constipation and straining while defecating. I took him to his veteranarian & was diagnosed with a Perineal Hernia. I took him to 3 different vet hospitals and neither were able to reform surgery. I was referred to a specialist; which now diagnosed him with bilateral parano hernia. PET INSURANCE DENIED OUR CLAIM He loves the great outdoors. He has been hiking since he was 6 months old. He loves to play water balloon fights with my son. We recently rescued a kitten and he loves to play around with her in the yard. We are currently a one income household. I was placed on temporarily disability and lost my job due to my doctor extending my leave. Denied state and federal disability. I am currently enrolled in school and actively looking for employment... (We are due for some good news)

Chihiro
Chihiro is a 5 month old Siberian Husky in Orange, CA, who needs $2,000 for Femur Surgery, Degloving Bandages.
Orange, CA
5 1/2 Month old Chihiro (Crystal) was Hit By Car and found in an alley by OC Animal Care sometime before February 19th. She was pulled by Alley's Rescued Angels 2/24/25 a half hour before being euthanized. She suffered a severe back left leg femur fracture, severe degloving on her front right leg (critical, her front left leg and her stomach. Thursday morning Chihiro went to Stitches Veterinary in Long Beach at 8am to be assessed and have pre surgery protocols done with the amazing Dr. Courtney Campbell. Post surgical recovery is 5 to 6 weeks of STRICT crate rest. Amazingly, at all three Vet visits Chihiro has been an exemplary tail wagging patient. She is tiny for a husky at 5 months only 18 pounds and likely as an adult 40 to 45 pounds. EVERYONE is in LOVE with her and invested in her story! They have also commented on her strong spirit and sweet disposition despite all of her medical needs. Chihiro has needed to see an orthopedic specialist for her left femur as well as a regular Veterinarian every 5 days for bandage changes for the degloving. Chihiro deserves top notch care from a specialist, and this will ensure her a bright future once she is healed.
