We got Hunter a little over 3 years ago. His previous owner passed away which was a friends mom. We were only planning on having him a couple days and non of their family wanted to take him and we lived in a tiny apartment so we took him to the humane society. After he left we knew we made a mistake and fell in love with him so we went back and got him. He's a pitbull mastiff mix When Hunter was trying to just on the bed he slipped and he started limping a bit. The following day he slipped again in the bathtub and that time is where we think he may have fractured it. We took him to sunstone veterinary specialists and they couldn't give a proper diagnosis until he gets X-rays which for $500 but said it is probably a fracture. He's a gentle giant who does nothing but love he's so sweet to everybody and don't deserve the pain he is in. Seeing him not being able to walk breaks my heart. Currently unemployed but do instacart and stuff like that to get by and can't afford $500 we already paid $300 just to be told nothing really, we got approved for financing for $300 and we used it all.

I have been with my best friend for 9 years. My life revolves around her and she is my heart. She came to me 9 years ago after rescue from the humane society when she was 5 months old. She is a sassy little lady, part corgi and chihuahua mix and has a big attitude. She loves her walks, car rides and looking for bugs in the grass. Maddie was diagnosed with a mass in her rectum recently and it’s in an odd location and requires surgery. A colonoscopy and a removal of the mass so she can continue to have a quality life. If nothing is done she doesn’t have much time left and I can’t give her a painful end when she has many years left bring joy. Maddie is my sassy lady, I call her mad Maddie. She lives car rides and walks and she lets everyone know she is there. She lives her human brother and after she meets you she loves attention and thinks after you come in the house it’s walk time. She is a food motivated and thinks dinner time is a shared plate. She brings lots of love into the house. Her surgery is around $5,500 and that’s after the high bill for diagnosis. I would give anything to help her have a happy pain free life. I have unfortunately been unemployed for the last 4 months and any little bit will help.
