I got it from a stranger who wanted to clear out the cat from his house, he posted ad through kijiji and i adopted the cat, he was only 2 months old then and i was a student, not a citizen in canada. Me and kitty began to love each other and we became friends fast, we go outside together, we sleep together and we play together

A friend announced that his dog had a litter of Huskys, they turned out to be Lab Husky cross. Nelson was born in late October and came into my life late November. Nelson was the runt of the litter and i was immediately drawn to him. He was the only black husky. All the other puppies were jumping up trying to get my attention, Nelson was calm and patient. The place I was in didn't accept pets so I went to the owners house every day to feed, walk, and create a bond with Nelson. I got my new place in January and we finally were able to be together permanently. I no longer felt alone, he helped make this new house a home. He's very playful, he loves his walks and his spirit and heart are the strongest i've ever seen in anyone. There was a snowstorm, in the early morning of the 31st of January we went for one of our normal walks. The laneway hadnt been cleared of the snow yet, I fell and he broke free from my grip, all i could see was taillights. I went as fast as i could to find Nelson and when I got to him he was half on the road and half on the sidewalk, just laying there. I went to get him and he bit me, I immediately knew something wasnt right, He never bites anyone. I called the emergency vet and when the x-rays came back I was told that he had a break between his hip and his knee and he needs a pin in it to heal properly. Its $2000 to get him just on the table.
