I was outside sitting on my porch one day I had been really sad and depressed I lost my son last August and I don't think I'll ever heal when I looked over to the next door neighbors house and there was the cutest little dog I swear he looked just like that gremlin in the movie I was so touched at how cute he was he looked just like stripe th silliest gremlin always getting into trouble and I said If you don't stop barking at me I'm gonna take your home and cuddle to you too death well he just got tougher and tougher the next day the neighbors came over and said I could have him they didn't want that cute little fuz bucket. So of course that was our meeting. I have 4th stage lung cancer and already have a service animal but was glad to get her a friend to play with at first Bubby was scare He was scared to death of everything and it seemed as though he was biting allot because of being scared as though he had been beaten and kicked allot like he was on survival mode and it took a little while but within a couple days he decided that he was my savior and wouldn't let anyone touch me or even sit by me I love him with all my heart it's took me a long time to prove to him I will never h Hurt him is never gonna happen by anyone ever again he sleeps all night long up against my chest where I can put my arms around him and make him feel secure, I know he's got the biggest sweet tooth I've ever seen a dog have the vet said he had an enlarged heart and needs more tests I thought I would be ok through all of this but I haven't slept since I had him taken in yesterday for falling down i It was the third time it had happened he didn't bark or cry he just laid there it scared me I'm on disability and only make 860 a month to love on that's not a lot it's just us.

Hello, I got "MOLLIE" when my son was leaving after highschool for the military. I just knew that I would be completely devastated emotionally and realized that having something else to care for would lessen my grief. The man that worked on vehicle for me knew of these people who's Alaskan Malamute who had a litter of pups. They were free with one stipulation, I had to write a letter to them. Mollie loves her people and tolerates her little brother and sister. She lost her other little brother Zeus in 2020 and it left us all devastated including her. She's 12 but is still full of vigor and life. She used to play tug of war and win most of the time. She loves her chew chews, and is always ready for cuddles. Mollie and my son have howl fests frequently and once a month when the tornado siren in my front yard goes off. She's always been curious about everything and a go getter. She used to run like the wind, I mean 30-40 miles and hour, she was fast. She has slowed down but we can tell she still wants to go, but can't without her leg being strong enough. Mollie blew out her left ACL in March of 2020 and we immediately set up the surgery. She blew the right out in Sept of 2020, the same month we lost Zeus, but we set up the surgery and just kept pushing on. She had to have surgery again on the right leg because of the band loosening. Dr. Randall Schildnect from Twin Pines Vet Clinic has been nothing but wonderful and gracious to this beautiful girl I'm a 56 year old mom who has had back surgery, a spinal fusion, and my son works nights which pretty much leaves me to do all the dog stuff, including lifting her in the back door as she can't jump. Brace alone is $899. Brace will help rebuild strength in her leg.

Keira came into my life when she was barley 8 weeks old. I rescued her from a bad situation, there was abuse and she was very malnourished. The people who had her was just looking for a quick fix as they was hooked on drugs. Ever since then she has been right by my side. Literally a girls best friend!! ❤️ Kiera lives with a couple other dogs in the house. She loves to be outdoors and play frisbee, she is a master a catching frisbees in her mouth and bringing them back. She loves to go on long hikes and car rides. She is so smart she knows how to bow, shake, lay down, and to sit pretty 😍 if you ask her for a toy she will be more then happy to bring you her favorite one of the day!!! Every morning when I wake up to start my day, she runs up and greats me with head pets and a hand shake. Then she stays by my side as a get ready for the day. She sits in the bathroom with me as a shower and loves to go outside early in the morning to start my car and to make sure everything is safe. She is a little protective, but with her abuse it’s to be expected. Keira is waiting to under go doubleTPLO (Knee) surgery. She already had one knee done and is needing a bigger more invasive surgery on both. As of right now she struggles to get around and do normal daily routines. She is in so much pain she don’t want to play with her toys or other dog friends in the house. She lays around more and struggles to get up and down to just walk. It would mean the world to me to have my baby girl healthy again, and able to get around without as much pain. Due to my mother having a brain aneurysm and the treatment coast. I’m not financially prepared for her double knee surgery.

Puppy Myla means the world to her family. "We got our sweet Myla in July as a surprise for my son's 4th birthday," Danielle S., Myla's human mom, tells Waggle. "She is very spoiled and a very playful and loving girl. She is my son's world." So everyone was devastated when Myla was hit by a car over the weekend. "Now our sweet girl is at the veterinarian waiting to undergo a leg amputation. She also had to undergo a blood transfusion due to her low red blood cell count being low and not rising on its own. She is at Twin Pines Veterinarian Clinic," Danielle says. Myla's family loves her so much, but they can't afford her surgery. "I am a stay home and take care of my disabled father that recently suffered a very significant stroke," Danielle says. "We have a fixed income, and I care for my four-year-old child. Our financial situation has been a stress on this situation tremendously." All they want, with your help, is for Myla to be back home for the holidays! "Our sweet girl is such a good, loving, listening, and friendly pup. She is glued to my hip, if not my son's hips, on the floor licking his face, playing tug a war, chasing him around the yard. She is such a good puppy and has been nothing but an amazing pet to our family."
