Pumpkin
Pumpkin is a 2 month old Mix-Breed in Madison, WI, who needs $2,000 for Oxygen, IV Fluids and Antibiotics.
Madison, WI
I adopted Pumpkin from a local humane society about 2 or 3 weeks ago and she has been an amazing addition to my household. She has been both a cuddle and play buddy to not only me but to my 3 year old female cat, Lumiere, as well. We would both be devastated if I was not able to bring her back home. Pumpkin is currently staying at the VCA in Middleton, Wisconsin due to pneumonia developed from an upper respiratory infection she caught while at the shelter. I brought her here after her condition continued to deteriorate 12 hours after leaving the first emergency vet we visited where they had diagnosed her. She is currently receiving oxygen as well as IV fluids and antibiotics. When she's not sleeping, you can find her either sitting and chatting up a storm or being a normal playful, happy kitten. She has taken a lot from her older sister, Lumi, to the point where their favorite toy is the same (the mice with shakers in it). They also love to play by chasing each other back and forth like it's an episode of Scooby-Doo. I am currently employed at a local hospital, but the care she needs is costing more than what I make in a month. My savings have already taken a huge hit when I had to replace my car earlier this year. I have Care Credit but cannot afford to take out much more.

Rizzo
Rizzo is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Sparta, WI, who needs $10,000 for Surgery to Remove Remaining Cancer and Vaccine.
Sparta, WI
Hi, my name is Rizzo. I am a 4 1/2 year old rescue puppers. My siblings and I were discarded on the side of the road when we were just weeks old. I was taken in by a foster family, until I found my forever family. My family adopted me when I was 9 weeks old. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Oral Melanoma a few weeks ago. I have since undergone one surgery to remove the mass and two teeth. I was seen at the VCA Oncology department in Madison, WI, were I underwent a CT scan so we could get more information. I am a very sweet boy. I love playing with my brother Hondo and taking car rides with my family. I love to run around and play. I love to take walks and runs with my mom and dad. I still get a little scared of storms, but I have a special place in the basement by my brother Jordan that I feel safe. I love greeting everyone at the when they come to visit. My mom and dad both work full time jobs and make a decent living. Unfortunately, this is a very unexpected cost for them and they want to do the best they can for me to live a full life. My family does have some money set aside, but will not be able to cover all costs.

Ivy
Ivy is a 2 year old Mix-Breed in Madison, WI, who needs $2,000 for Diagnosis & Treatment.
Madison, WI
Ivy was adopted into our family in August 2023. She is a baby sister to our first cat, and they have grown so fond of each other. They spend most of their time together wrestling, grooming each other, and cuddling of course! They are our special girls and each one half of a whole. We chose to name her Ivy because when we began introducing them, she would climb the netting that kept them apart. Ivy began having diarrhea 6/28/25 and soon developed symptoms such as lethargy, an extremely inflamed GI tract, fluid in her stomach, and more. After many vet visits, we admitted Ivy at VCA Middleton, WI 7/10. She is in a lot of pain while we scramble to find out what has been causing these issues. We are currently unsure of how treatable our baby is, and we are running out of funds to support her Ivy is the silliest little lady. She never fails to put a smile on our faces. She takes a lot of interest in what her humans and sister do on a daily basis, and she loves looking outside at birds and the garbage truck. She’s always excited to be with us and watch any and all movement, whether inside or at her window spot. She is very caring for her humans and aims to give us love when we’re sad. My husband and I are working off of low income and we didn’t have the money or credit to admit Ivy to VCA in the first place, but we couldn’t bear to not help our baby. She means the world to our little family and she’s also still a baby (2yo) in our eyes. We need your help.

Winnie
Winnie is a 10 year old Mix-Breed in Sauk City , WI, who needs $2,000 for Blood Transfusion and Bone Marrow Testing.
Sauk City, WI
Winnie was a birthday gift 10 years ago and has been my best friend ever since. She has been with me for many job changes and moves, she has been my support system. I can’t imagine living with out her. Winnie recently had become very ill with an undiagnosed anemia condition. We have been working with the vets at VCA in Middleton, WI to help her and she needs another transfusion to help get us to an answer and effective treatment. She is a very loved member of the family and has helped me through hard times. She is a favorite at my grandmothers healthcare facility because they say she is always happy and smiling. I have been unemployed for over a year with my own health issues and my mother has been helping with my bills but she is on a limited income her self. We need help to allow time for diagnosis and treatment of Winnie’s condition.

Phoebe
Phoebe is a 5 year old Australian Cattle Dog in Monroe, WI, who needs $2,000 for Exam, Xray, Diagnosis of Cancer Type, and Leg Amputation.
Monroe, WI
We took her from a family member who could not keep her. One of my kids named her Phoebe, and she immediately fit perfectly in to our family! She is the most lovable, caring, smart, and sweetest dog ever! 11/24 diagnosed w/Lymes and developed a bump on front leg. The bump has continued to get worse and she is walking 3 legged. 3/25 did in house sample and confirmed cancer. Dr thinks it’s hemangiosarcoma. I now would like her to be seen by vet oncologist for next steps. But she needs an exam, X-rays, diagnosis, leg amputation, and a plan. My poor girl is hurting so bad and needs help immediately! Phoebe loves to be outside running and playing. She follows the kids around our 8 acre property being their protector. She goes on a 3 mile walk everyday, and she hasn’t been able to since around December. She has quickly declined with her leg. Phoebe is a huge part of our family. We NEED to get her feeling better and back to living life with her family! I am going through a divorce and a stay at home mom. I’ve taken her to the vet 5 times, trying to get her back to herself, but unfortunately I don’t have the money to continue for all that she needs. Our family isn’t ready to give up on her.

Guinness
Guinness is a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier in Lake Villa, IL, who needs $2,000 for 5 treatments of Tanovea.
Lake Villa, IL
Almost 3 years ago I got a text from my daughter who had been driving to work, "so this happened" followed by the picture above of a dog laying on her jeep seat. He was just sitting on the side of the road and as soon as she stopped and opened the door he jumped right in. We tried police and lost pet sites, to no avail. We decided instead of giving him up, to integrate him into our home. When we Integrated him into our home with our 2 rescues, the vets best guess was he was 2 to 2.5 years old. That would put him at 5-6 now. In May we felt some lumps in his neck, turned out to be lymphoma. We did a full round of Doxorubicin which put him into remission. Recently the lumps started to return. The oncologist suggested Tanovea which is newer, more effective and much more expensive. Guinness has brought so much joy to our household. He absolutely loves our grandkids, going on car rides, playing with friends dogs. And always looking for cuddles. He has become such an integral part of our family and is definitely the spoiled baby. It's mind boggling he was left on the side of the rode, a Covid dog is how it was put to us. It seems way too soon for his story to end. My wife has lost 1 of her 2 part time jobs, I'm trying to help with 2 kids going to college and helping all I can with my grandkids due to a separation. He is everyone's cuddle buddy and everyone's playmates I will do everything in my power to get him healthy and with us.
