Majora

Majora is a 13 year old Mix-Breed in Littleton, CO, who needs $10,000 for Mammary Chain Removal & Chemo.

Littleton, CO

Majora & I have been together since she was weeks old & rescued from the streets of Chicago. Syringe fed & inseparable since! She loves balled up receipts, belly rubs, baking in the sun and eating your fingers if you don't wake up quick enough to feed her. Shortly after a diabetes diagnosis last fall we discovered a lump on her stomach but had to get her diabetes under control first. In April she had her first surgery that did unfortunately return a mammary cancer diagnosis that has since spread to a lymph node. She’s had 3 chemo sessions so far & can confirm her mass is already shrinking! We've been seen at VRCC in Englewood, CO since her diagnosis. Majora's personality never screamed "typical cat" - she loves being around people & cuddles up with you the second you hit the couch, cooing the whole time. She is truly the sweetest bean you'd ever meet. Not once has she reacted poorly to her insulin doses or at her many vet visits. Everyone falls in love her instantly. Maj is my first cat & I couldn’t have been luckier that we found each other. It's been a tough year financially for many reasons & now feeling helpless & unable to fully provide the care Majora needs is nothing short of heartbreaking. No one wants to feel like a failure to their family member and any support would certainly be appreciated!

Tofu

Tofu is a 3 year old Shar Pei in Mountain Village , CO, who needs $2,000 for MRI and Potentially Surgery.

Mountain Village, CO

Hi there, my little dog Tofu, is a 3 yr old shar pei mix rescue that i found at 2 months old in very bad condition, he has been sick all his life and we have been to every specialist and vet in Arizona. We live in Telluride, Colorado now and 2 days ago he suddenly lost the use of his legs. We are looking for help to get him into recovery. The doctors of the Telluride Animal Hospital think he may have a blood clot, a herniated disc, or something called FCE or potentially something else. We are looking for financial help to get him a MRI as quickly as possible and care if he needs surgery. This is very sudden and I love him so much, I am willing to do anything to help him! If you can help please reach out, he is so special! Tofu is such a sweet gentle little guy. We don't know why he has been so sick, but at one point he lost all his fur and has had several infections including a staph infection but he has recovered from all of that. He is still so sweet and loving considering what he has been through.?he has always had a good life with me but he needs more intensive care. I have taken out multiple loans to afford his care through the years, it pains me that he is still not better and now can't use his legs. I need help getting him an MRI and potentially surgery plus 24 hour recovery care. He is a special guy that I will continue to fight for

Gia

Gia is a 15 year old American Eskimo Dog in Highlands Ranch, CO, who needs $2,000 for Removal of Bladder Mass.

Highlands Ranch, CO

Gia was a gift for me right after my dad passed away. She was eight weeks old. We currently live in a one bedroom apartment in Highlands Ranch Colorado. She is spoiled with multiple beds and lots of toys and love and all the desires of her heart.. We do everything together as I work remote and she is my service animal that travels with me and goes to the store and even restaurants. Gia is a cancer survivor from her first round 3 1/2 years ago with an adrenal gland mass treated by both VRCC and Denver and Csu veterinary school recently. She had some bleeding and frequent urination and was treated for UTI but we found out through an ultrasound that she has a mass in her bladder that needs to be removed for longevity and quality of life. Gia has got me through all the darkest moments of my life from both my parents passing my divorce and a recent break up. I do more with her than most people and brings me unconditional love and comfort every single day. We experience everything together and have long walks we watch the sunrise every morning and the My life without her She still has a strong soul and spirit, and I need to save her The surgery is going to cost $7000 and I definitely don’t have that amount. Time is of the essence to get this mass removed. Any assistance will help towards our goal.

Mac

Mac is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Denver, CO, who needs $2,000 for Hospital Stay & Surgery.

DENVER, CO

Mac came into my life 5 years ago, I rescued him as a puppy, He is truly my best friend. He completes my life in so many ways, we camp, hike, play ball and just hang out together. Mac has been my constant partner climbing mountains, swimming in lakes, riding trams, driving cross country and even occasionally taking flights with me. We currently live in Denver, CO and have been here since 2020. On May 8th while I was at work something spooked Mac, he managed to get our sliding door open and fell or jumped off the balcony of our 3rd story apartment. He will need extensive surgery to repair his back leg and potentially a front paw, as of today his vitals are stable, but before surgery the team at VRCC in Englewood, CO needs to assess any potential internal injuries & need paid upfront. Other than being an adventurer, Mac loves to play fetch and go to the dog park more than anything. He also loves people and chasing squirrels. He frequently has “conversations” when he wants to get his way. He is an only dog but his best buddy is my parents dog, he loves to lead her around by her collar and steal toys from her and hide them outside in his favorite hiding spot. I work full time but many months I live paycheck to paycheck. Although bills are paid, there is not always a lot left over. I just want and need my best friend to be home, healthy and happy. We have not spent much time apart, I know he is as scared and lonely as I am.

Photo of Boomer

Boomer

Boomer is a 6-year-old Lab/American Bully in Thornton, CO, who needs $1,700 for MOPL Protocol.

Thornton, CO

Boomer is a six years YOUNG Lab/American Bully mix. We adopted him from the local shelter after he had given up and was separated from his brother. Boomer lives with us as a pampered pup with his sister Charlie and his kitty friends. He recently helped raise a wonderful group of puppies and was a fantastic uncle! Boomer is a gentle giant who really believes that he is a small small puppy As the resident gentle giant Boomer plays the part of the shoulder to cry on, buddy to adventure with and snuggle bug to chill out with. He has taught us how innocent animals are and acts as a support dog to whomever is needing just a little extra love. Boomer resides with his 15 year old momma and when she is out, quickly moves onto the next person and soft bed. His love knows no bounds. Boomer is special, through and through. Boomer honestly believes he can fit in any lap, he is scared of little dogs, he pursues the finer treats in life and has never met a person he doesnt love wholeheartedly. Often times people stop in just to get some attention from Boomer. He truly has a purpose bigger than what we know right now. Early December brought concern for Boomer and after a month of diagnostics he was finally were told he has lymphoma. A mass was found in his chest and his oncologist recommended a chemotherapy course. While his lymphoma cant actually be cured, he can achieve remission which will afford him, and us, time with the greatest dog we know. 6 is still very young, and he still has so much to do. To summarize due to character count limits. December--Hospital visit for mom, emergency surgery for Charlie (dog), loss of Ranger to heart failure, loss of Cleopatra to renal failure, broken k9 tooth surgery, Boomer diagnostics/diagnosis and finally main floor water damage.

Denver, CO

Figaro is my son son. I’ve raised him since the day he came out of his mommy. He had a sister who passed away at 6 months after being run over by a car. I’ve noticed him having breathing problems lately and gagging/ coughing but nothing comes out. I work at a little restaurant making minimum wage and when I tried to take him to the vet to get checked, unfortunately I couldn’t afford it. I love him very much and have become very close with this little kitty. I really hope I can raise the money to fix him.:(
