Rascal came into my life 4 years ago he was rescued from where someone had set out a litter of kittens and a man was going to stomp him head into the pavement and my step son saved him and brought him to me he's my angel he's changed my life for the better. He's only been one time to wilkes veterinary hospital in north wilkesboro nc and that was for rabies shot and a check up. He's in dire need of another visit He's sick not eating or drinking much now and not playing like he use to he just lays around all the time. I'm on a fixed income and don't have the funds to take him I don't want to loose my angel my best friend. He is so loveable to everyone he doesn't know a strange he loves attention and he really loves to have his belly rubbed. He loves to lay on my lap at night when I sleep cause I have to sleep sitting up in the bed so he curls up on my lap and when he does it warms my heart so much I'm on a fixed income and not able to work due to alot of health issues and it would mean a great deal to have him healthy and back to his normal self so we can have many more years together.

Gizmo came into my life just before 2020 pre-COVID when I got a call from my grandma asking if I wanted a cat.. and I said absolutely!! I went down there and just saw this little baby grey kitten and was in Love and he’s been with me ever since. As soon as we got him we immediately went thinking of what to name him and my sister said “Gizmo” and it was sold. also know as “Gizzy” Gizmo is a very adventurous cat he LOVES being outside and watching his surroundings as the birds and cars go by. Another thing about Gizmo when he sleeps with you he loves to cuddle up in between, on top of my legs on right beside me. He’s also really sneaky with treats I’ll leave a bag sitting around and when go to get them they’ll be all be gone,ripped open with little bite marks! When I first got Gizmo when he was a kitten I would carry him absolutely everywhere and it’s definitely stuck as he’s gotten older he loves to be carried see what I’m doing.. I would say Gizmo would prefer a plastic straw to play with he loves playing with them I would find countless straws under my carpet or dresser He’s gotten into! Gizmo Medical Problem is something called “pododermatitis” “Pillow Foot” inflammation of the skin on the foot it’s a swollen foot pad bruising or purplish coloring on the foot pad. It’s immune response is triggered in the cat’s body from an infection process that leads the plasma cells to infiltrate the cat’s food pad and become activated which causes puffy swollen painful paws. I need help with this because I’ve just been having a lot of things piling up lately and getting gizmo helped and getting him back healthy and happy would mean everything to me he’s the best thing ever and my genuine best friend!
