Miss Bella was a medical surrender to our clinic due to her diagnostics and previous owner's medical conditions. She was diagnosed with Diabetes in June, due to the lack of control of her glucouse levels she has developed severe cataracts. In order to place her in a foster or permanent home, she requires a surgey to remove the cataracts and repair her eyes. Bella is extremly sweet at home, not much of a cuddle bug however she does need to know where her people are, at all times. She loves to play with her foster siblings and correct them when they are getting to rowdy. She loves her new squirrels and coming to the clinic everyday to greet paitents. She even has a veterinarian outfit of her own. Bella is very demanding and sassy, she barks when it is time to go outside, when she needs her treats and medications, or when she gets lost. She is very smart and has settled fairly quickly, she knows when the morning alarms go off, it is time for her breakfast and insulin. She has learned to navigate her surroundings and avoid obstacles. Bella has been a long time client of the clinic since her first puppy shots, as of June she was diagnosed with diabetes. Within the past couple of months she has developed severe cataracts due to her unstable glucose levels. The doctor referred her to the Animal Eye Clinic, where they found a way to repair Bella's eyes rather than removing them. Due to Bella's medications and basic care the surergy has reached out of budget for our clinic, we are in collaboration with the eye clinic to find the best economical way to proceed, however the cost are still a bit high.
