I got my pup Vito in April as a gift. He’s an 8-month-old pit bull terrier mix who became more than a pet, he’s my child. He’s playful, loving, and brings joy into my life every day. I can’t imagine home without his energy, cuddles, and goofy personality that fills my heart with happiness. Vito was recently diagnosed with Legg Calvé Perthes disease, a painful hip condition that requires surgery so he can walk again. He’s being treated at Yellow Creek Veterinary Surgery and Imaging in Akron, Ohio. He’s still just a baby, and seeing him struggle breaks my heart, I just want him healthy again. Vito is the sweetest, most loyal puppy. He loves toys, belly rubs, and talking back when he wants attention. He senses when I’m sad and stays by my side until I smile again. He’s my comfort, my happiness, and my best friend. His spirit is bright even through pain, and that makes me love him even more. I’m doing everything I can to afford Vito’s surgery, but the cost is too much on my own. His insurance won’t cover it due to a waiting period. Seeing him in pain breaks my heart. I just want to help my baby walk, play, and live pain free again. Any help means so much.

We got Charlie as a puppy as a family dog after we lost our old dog Buster. She’s been the best thing to ever happen to us! I love her so much and need help. Charlie tore her acl and is only able to use 3 legs right now. She just had the other knee done 6 months ago. She doesn’t let it bother her too much but now she is barely able to move. Charlie is the best girl ever, she’s so loving and full of energy! Great with our kids. One of the best dogs I’ve ever had. We’ve always loved labs! 🩷 We just had Charlie’s other knee done in November which was $5,000 that we still haven’t paid off. We have a baby on the way due in August and we cannot afford another $5,000. She is so hyper and happy all the time i don’t want to have to put her down.

Cleo came into my life from a puppy mill, shes not a pet but me ESA that helps me get through my day to day life. I attempted suicide after battling depression and PTSD in 2022 and found Cleo a week later. She helps me find a reason worth getting out of bed and continuing on. Cleo is the only family that I have left. The hospital that works with waggle Yellow Creek Veterinary Surgery & Imaging suggest that i try here for Cleo dry skin. Cleo has rarely been sick in my care but so far this time she had a skin issue. A dry, itchy, flaky rash is spreading across her body and now has reached her ears. She is lowing hair in patches and conpletely gone from her neck. Cleo is special because she isn't a pet, i need her. I’m not sure what I’ll do or how i am going to function without the one thing thats given me a reason to fight for my life. I was depressed and in a dark place before her and i dread the day that it comes back and she wont be here to help me cope. Its because of her that i am in therapy and finally healing. My support system convinced me to unalive myself in March for insurance money and I had to go no contact. Because of this i had to drop out of school and am struggling to pay student loans and maintain a roof over my head. I am planning to go active duty due to this.

I rescued my Oreo from the Columbiana County dog pound 4 years ago. He is a loving, friendly, happy, energetic family dog. He loves kids, he would never hurt anyone! He is the most well behaved dog I have ever owned and I have had alot of dogs growing up. Oreo loves going for walks, he is very energetic. He also loves the dog park, and to be outside. He is very interactive with other animals and loves them. Oreo is scared of loud noises, and he loves squeaky toys. He is very fun to go on walks with, he loves to go for runs as well. He is a very well behaved dog Oreo was recently diagnosed with hip dysplasia by our family vet. We were then sent to yellow creek vet clinic in akron where they found he has a ripped ligament in his leg and he needs surgery to put a medal plate in his leg to keep his leg working correctly. His bone is just twisting inside of his leg causing him alot of pain and he has not been the same since this has happened. It would mean the world to me if I was able to get help with my babies surgery to get him back to his fun, loving, playful self. He has not been feeling well lately so he's just been laying around

Right distal epiphyseal femoral fracture she has to have surgery on her leg that she has to get pins in her leg that we financially cannot afford, I am asking out of the kindness of your hearts to help, help our baby walk again. This was unexpected, we are low income, we can't afford this surgery, have tried everything to get help an nobody is helping, we need this surgery for our baby to walk again

Gemma was actually thrown away in a trash (her ear were already clipped when found) My husband &I found her one night when we were taking a walk & she's been in our home ever since. She has been trained to be a service dog so she could be my service dog for my PTSD. I work full time and she is always at my barbershop that I own. She is out of work right now because I do not want to overwork her. As I stated Gemma is my service dog & spends most of her time at my barber shop. She is great with my customers she's great with my children and she is great with other animals. Gemma loves to go for walks she loves to play catch (when she's able to) Gemma is my everything and we are hers. She loves attention belly scratches she's a great dog and friend not to mention she's pretty smart. I do not get SSI or disability for my PTSD (she helps me STAY working) I own my own barbershop. I personally saved $3400 & paid for the LEFT in May. I'm work hard & all my bill are paid that just does not leave much to save. Please help so I can keep working & take her2work Back in Feb. Of 21 Gemma tore her ACL on her left side. Through a tax return & saving my husband and I were able to have her surgery by 5/11/21 she was not even 8 weeks post-op (7/11 will be) now she needs her right ACL done. As I mentioned Gemma is a service dog and she is out of work because I don't want to overwork her & I need my service dog back. We paid $3400 out own $ in may. & I need you Well I'm her favorite friend LOL just kidding she likes my daughter the best. When my daughter goes away to her dad's house she sleeps right in front of my daughter's door and the night she's supposed to come home we tell Gemma that her sister is coming and it's almost like she knows what we're telling her. She's great with all people like I said she's a registered service dog
