Charity’s New Chapter: A Loving Foster Home—and a New Medical Need

West Palm Beach, FL • Adopt A Cat Foundation

Charity has come such a long way since the day she was found frightened, frail, and desperately searching for food a year ago. After everything she endured, this sweet senior girl finally has something she has always deserved—a safe place to call home. Recently, Charity moved into a new foster home where she can receive something especially important: one-on-one attention and plenty of love. Her foster family quickly began getting to know her personality and noticed that Charity had been scratching at her ears more than usual. Concerned that something was bothering her, they took her back to the veterinarian for an examination. The veterinary team discovered that Charity has a yeast infection in both ears. She is now receiving prescription ear drops to treat the infection and help relieve the irritation and discomfort. For a senior cat already managing stage 3 chronic kidney disease, keeping up with unexpected medical needs is especially important. Charity's foster family is making sure she receives the treatment and monitoring she needs so she can stay as comfortable and healthy as possible. After surviving life on the streets, recovering from severe malnutrition, and receiving her CKD diagnosis, Charity has proven just how resilient she is. Now, she finally has a foster home where someone can notice the little changes, give her individualized care, and make sure she gets help when she needs it. But her veterinary expenses continue to add up. 💜 Please consider donating to help Adopt a Cat Foundation cover Charity’s ongoing medical care, including treatment for her ear infection and monitoring related to her kidney disease. Every contribution helps this deserving senior cat receive the care she needs. If you aren't able to donate, sharing Charity's fundraiser can help her story reach someone who can. Charity has already overcome so much. Now she deserves to spend her golden years feeling safe, loved, comfortable, and cared for. Thank you for helping give this sweet girl the second chance she never should have had to fight so hard for. 🐾💜

Georgia Animal Project

Help Provide Veterinary Care for Up to 30 Community Cats in Georgia

Holly Springs, GA • Georgia Animal Project Inc.

In communities across Georgia, countless free-roaming cats live without access to basic veterinary care. Without intervention, these populations continue to grow—leading to more suffering, more kittens born outdoors, and more strain on local resources. Georgia Animal Project is working to change that through a large-scale Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiative designed to humanely stabilize and reduce the community cat population. Through this effort, approximately 25–30 cats will be humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and returned to their outdoor homes where they are already living and surviving. A special package rate of $3,000 has been secured to cover: • Spay/neuter surgery for each cat • Rabies vaccinations • FVRCP and additional core vaccines • Basic worming and flea treatment • Ear mite treatment if needed The infrastructure is already in place to make this project possible. Traps have been secured, trained TNR volunteers are ready, transportation support is arranged, and a caretaker is actively involved in the process. The only missing piece is funding for the veterinary services that make this work possible. TNR is one of the most effective and humane tools available to reduce community cat overpopulation. Each cat that is altered not only improves their own quality of life but also prevents future litters from entering the cycle of homelessness. Georgia Animal Project typically supports the spay and neuter of over 300 cats per year, and every project like this plays a critical role in that ongoing mission. Every dollar raised directly supports veterinary care for these 25–30 cats and helps continue this life-saving work across the region. Your support today will directly fund spay/neuter surgeries and essential veterinary care for this group of cats, making an immediate and lasting impact on this colony and the broader community. Please consider donating to help make this TNR project possible. With your support, Georgia Animal Project can move forward and bring this critical work to life.

Rescue Kitties of Hawaii desperately in need of help due to flooding.

kaunakakai, HI • Rescue Kitties of Hawaii

The recent flooding in Hawaii has devastated entire communities, and the impact has been harsh on Rescue Kitties of Hawaii. For a few weeks, there were no flights, no way off the island, no access to medical care, and no way to save other cats/kittens in need. Roads were washed out, shelters were surrounded by rising water, and rescuers were cut off from supplies. It felt like the world stopped… but the needs didn’t. During that time, the RKH team did everything possible to keep every cat safe—moving them to higher ground, sharing precious resources, and staying by their sides through the uncertainty. The floods didn’t just wash away roads and homes. They wiped out budgets, destroyed supplies and shelters, and left many animals in urgent need of medical attention and ongoing support. These cats need urgent medical attention, and they need the chance to recover from the trauma of neglect and natural disaster. But this rescue can’t do it alone, especially with having to repair their own shelter and homes, along with other resources. We are asking for donations to help provide medical care, supplies, and a safe future for the cats affected by this disaster. Every contribution—big or small—goes directly toward helping the cats and caretakers of Rescue Kitties of Hawaii heal and thrive despite the challenges they’ve endured. Please give what you can. Your support is tremendously appreciated. Thank you.

Coco’s Heart Is Fragile — Your Support Can Strengthen His Future

Lauderhill, FL • Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc.

Coco was first surrendered by his family when severe allergies made it impossible for them to keep him. Soon after, he was adopted, and for a moment it looked like his story would have a happy ending. But that hope was short-lived. When his new family learned about the cost and complexity of his medical care, Coco was heartbreakingly returned. Now, Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation is determined to give Coco the stability and care he deserves. During his veterinary evaluation, Coco was diagnosed with a grade 5 heart murmur, a serious condition that unfortunately cannot be corrected with surgery. Despite this, Coco is still full of love and deserves every chance at a comfortable, happy life. To better understand his condition, he has already undergone an echocardiogram, which confirmed the severity of the murmur. Coco will now begin two specialized medications to help support his heart and improve his quality of life. These medications are essential — but they are also very expensive. In addition, he will need ongoing bloodwork to monitor how his body responds to treatment, along with regular follow-up appointments and repeat echocardiograms to track his progress and adjust his care as needed. Through it all, Coco remains gentle, affectionate, and trusting. He doesn’t understand why he’s been passed from home to home — he only knows he still loves people and wants a quiet place to feel safe. Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation is committed to providing Coco with lifelong medical care, but they can’t do it alone. The cost of his diagnostics, medications, and continued monitoring is significant, and your support will directly impact his comfort and future. Please consider making a donation today to help Coco receive the ongoing care he needs. Every contribution — big or small — helps ensure this sweet boy can live his life surrounded by compassion, stability, and love.

BellaRose

BellaRose is a 4 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Pensacola, FL, who needs $875 for Surgical Removal of Growth Above Right Ear.

Pensacola, FL

Bella rose came into my life unexpectedly a little over 3 years ago. I had lost my lab, Ollie a yr earlier. We rescued each other. I needed a friend and so did she. She was attacked by her sister from a previous litter and honestly I was reluctant to consider a pit bull because of the stereotypes BUT… when we met each other and she called me to the bedroom that first night, I knew she was home. Shortly after we found each other I noticed a little scab on her head, I thought maybe it was a bite but eventually it has turned into what I hope is a cyst. She never complains about it too much but I know it has to hurt. The first vet said he could remove it when I deciddd to spay her, another said it might be cancer. I want it removed but am not able to pay for the surgery, I have no income. As you can tell by the pictures, Bella has a deep fondness for my grandson and vice versa, she is the best dog that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and loving. She came into my life and saved it, I would have never gotten through that first winter without her, she is my girl, my baby, my best friend and I don’t know if I would want to live without her. I love her. I am not asking for all of the money to pay for the surgery and if you knew me you know how humbling this is for me. I am disabled, waiting on my hearing finally. The cyst is growing very fast and the guilt I feel when I look at her!!! I just need help, so I’m asking for it
