An intended sale for my girls felt like a rescue mission after review of her home at eight weeks old the conditions resembled a puppy mill rather than an ethical breeder, and I felt it was necessary to rescue her She is now six months old and has become a beloved companion for me and my two daughters. Chloe is extremely active smart and proven to be an escape artist Chloe, who has been diagnosed with a fracture. While NYSAVE covered her initial diagnostics and X-rays at HeartofHarlem Veterinary Hospital, they confirmed she likely requires surgery.Because my current clinic lacks an orthopedic surgeon, I was referred to a new facility. However, they require a $361 re-examination fee before I can apply for further grants through their facilities I wanted to share how extraordinary 6mo old dog, Chloe is. She displays an intuitive awareness of human emotions, comfortingly sitting by me when I am upset and retrieving water bottles from the table or fridge without formal training. Her innate ability to follow instructions and respond to feelings at such a young age is truly remarkable. She is a sweet, active, talented, and smart companion I am a student and single mother of two living in public housing. I am currently unable to afford a necessary surgery for my puppy, and your assistance with these costs would mean a great deal to my family.

My baby girl's name is Willow, I call her Bug. She is 9.5 years young with a lot of life & energy left in her given the circumstances. I have had her since she was born, my very first dog when I was 6 is her bloodline. This girl means the absolute world to me, she is my heart & soul. I have recently bought my first little condo home (about 1.5years ago). So we have our own space now. Recently she had her first grand mal seizure, blood panel came back fine. A month later it turned into cluster seizures. The scariest moments of my life leaping across the bed, catching her half way to the floor. She has always been healthy, so I got an MRI at HVHS. She has a glioma tumor in her left piriform lobe. I am set for a consult w/ VRC. I believe this is the early stages. My happiest moments with her, is when she is in her happy place out in nature. She loves to squirrel & bunny watch, cooling down in the creek on a warm day, jumping & rolling around in the snow. Any time of the year, that is where she wants to be. She is constantly people & nature watching from our little deck or her pillow on the couch. She is always by your side if you are down, looking to help. Her episodes came on quick so, I paid out of pocket for her emergency visit. Three trips in one week to the vet (and meds) when it all started, her consult & MRI at the Neuro (more meds). All of this has drained my accounts & I'm doing things I have never done to help her.

My dog has been part of my life for years and is truly family. He’s loving, loyal, and always by my side. He gets along well with others and brings comfort every day. He’s more than a pet to me, he’s my companion and best friend. My 8-year-old dog has a severe infected growth on his testicle that has opened and is getting worse quickly. It has a strong odor and appears infected. He urgently needs antibiotics and treatment. I plan to take him to a local vet as soon as I can get help. He is loving, protective, and always there when I need him. He brings joy and comfort to my life every day. He doesn’t deserve to suffer and means everything to me. I just want to get him the help he needs so he can be okay. I recently lost my job and am struggling to keep up with basic bills, leaving me with no savings for emergencies. This situation came suddenly, and I cannot afford vet care. Getting help would mean everything and give him a chance to heal and not suffer.

I rescued Athena from a hot car she had been living in in the heat of August almost 3 years ago, she is a very special part of our family along with our 5 other fur babies. Athena is the most gentle, sweet, lovable girl and is so gentle with my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves to sit on our feet, including company and her favorite spot to sleep is at my foot of the bed. I love her so much Athena was struck by a school bus that was speeding. I called our vet but he wouldn't see her so I took her to 2 other vets in Michigan both said weren't equipped to care for her and recommended that I take her to an emergency clinic in Ft Wayne Indiana, which is where she is right now. She needs immediate surgery and I can't afford the amount but I'll do anything to save her life. She saved me Athena loves my family, friends and grandchildren. She gets along well with other dogs and loves attention. Especially sitting on people's feet or just giving you her paw. She loves treats, car rides, snuggles and sleeping in bed next to me. Athena is very much loved and cared for. I don't know what I would do without her My fiance paints and repairs broadcasting towers and hasn't been able to work until recently due to the weather. It's starting to stay warm so he's been able to start work. I desperately need help with paying Athenas vet bills and for her surgery. I can't lose her

My parents were going to give up my dog after I had gotten kicked out of my house initially for a drug problem I'm now in recovery and planning on to take care of my dog as on couch surfing and trying to find stability Going to be a city vet oak lawn she has a infection in her anal glands and it is hard for her to sit as well she is a fever lethargic and has lost playfulness she is a jumping giant She is a big teddy bear but she is a very big teddy bear to where she has been known to interact with any kind of wildlife like ducks or chickens cats anywhere that I go she attracts people and wants their love and she gives the love just as much back I am in transitional housing in between rehab and halfway house with and trying to have funds to be able to house her long-term and as well as make sure her health is okay I have usually been able to cover costs but he's pressing times up and difficult to provide that

Zara came into my life when I was 18 years old. She has been with me through everything, even losing my son at 8 years old unexpectedly. I lost my job due to the deep grieving process and Zara is now having health issues out of nowhere. And she deserves all the help she can get so I’m trying every and anything possible. Zara is in dire need of help with her breathing issues, and dental work. She has times where her breathing is so difficult she will begin panting. Her daily life has changed so much since these issues and she no longer enjoys much. I want my dog back Zara makes everyone happy. Her personality is like no other. She understands so much and it makes it so easy to be around her, she truly is such a joy to us all and makes us all laugh all the time Well; i lost my job grieving my son. Nobody is to blame and I’ve never been in need like this. To have Zara healthy again is to have a piece of my old life back. Nothing makes me as happy as her and without her, I’m not sure my next step. I need her to be happy and healthy

Red dog was found on the long side of the road with a pug. Someone had dumped them off. I took both of them in. Red dog's been with me and in my life for 12 years. Red dog started having a problem a few months back now it's turned into this large abscess. I believe it's caused from a block duct, at first I had it under control for him, now I wake up to it looking like this I'm frightened for him! Red dogs amazing! he's terrified of fireworks and thunder. He's our companion of 12 years he lost his companion that I rescued with him quite a few years back. He's been so awesome we've done so many things together he runs around in circles when he goes on a walk he loves trying to sneak cat food outside, the way he buries things with his little nose. I don't want to see Red dog die like this, he doesn't deserve this.We live off of fixed income I'm 59 my husband is 72. If I get funds I will take him to Baker's animal hospital cridersville Ohio. I need help before it's too late.

Hi, so Reno is a 6 year old Full bred Boxer that a brought in as a puppy from a local breeder. I also have a cat named Rosie who is his best friend. As shown in pictures he has developed a bump that has progressed over the last two weeks that is in dire need to get a biopsy and removal. It is located above his left leg and is now the size of a softball. What is not special about this guy. He is a big teddy bear and enjoys going to the dog park and playing with all of his other furry friends. He is also great around kids and is very playful, by far the best dog you could ask for. I currently rent out a house by myself, work full time and go to school part time. All of my bills at this time unfortunately do not meet the finances for a surgery.
