Mond

Mond is a 11 year old Australian Shepherd in Austin, TX, who needs $25,000 for Surgical Tumor Removal.

Austin, TX

Mond came into my life 11 years ago and quickly became my shadow and best friend. He’s an 11.5 year old half Australian Shepherd and half Border Collie with the sweetest soul and endless loyalty. It’s just the two of us at home, and he’s been by my side through every chapter of life. His name, Mond, moon in German, is an ode to my heritage and the calm, steady light he’s always been in my world. Mond is under my care, with my primary veterinarian helping stabilize his health after a very difficult year. Last year he underwent radiation for nasal carcinoma and responded well, but soon after was hospitalized with a new diagnosis of diabetes. During that stay a tumor was spotted on his anal gland. After confirming it is cancer, we are seeking help for surgery to remove it before it spreads. Mond is the happiest dog I have ever known. He loves hiking, swimming, spending time with his mom and bestie, and playing with his toys and sticks. He’s incredibly intuitive and always seems to know when someone needs comfort. Even through his health challenges, he has remained smiley, affectionate, and incredibly sweet. He’s been my greatest source of comfort and unconditional love. Over the past year I’ve spent months caring for Mond through radiation, hospital stays, vet visits, and managing his diabetes. Just when it felt like we could finally breathe again, another hurdle appeared. I’m doing everything I can but the financial strain is overwhelming.

Bob

Bob is a 3 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound in Seymour, MO, who needs $910 for Heartworm Protocol.

Seymour, MO

The Springfield shelter had a clean out the shelter special rate day. I went to check it out and Ferb followed my boss around, guarding them and sitting at their sides. He kept bobbing his head keeping his head on a swivel watching for my boys like he knew they were special needs kids. So we renamed Ferb as "Bob" for the mannerisms of bobbing his head. He immediately accepted that he's now Bob. Ava Animal Clinic needs to put him on an intensive heartworm protocol to save his life. I am a low income, I have had trouble finding s job with my c4c5 spinal injury and paying to store my incarcerated ex-husband things that I now can have junk removal come get. We had been using the Walmart brand and apparently that's not effective. Bob has heartworm and time is of essence to treat it. Bob will guard the kids when they're playing outside. Just sits there watching them. He is a sweet soul. Bob doesn't really play with toys as he prefers to keep himself alert watching over my kids. He relaxes when they're at school then is following them around when they get home. He listens to the twinplets and they delight in how Bob will sit and lay down when they tell him to. My ex-husband was arrested in October... and a few months prior I had a spinal injury. Si I've been unable to work. Ive had to fight the Webster County courts to get access to autism services and victim advocacy. Having Bob healthy again will help us all relax.

Buster

Buster is a 9 month old Mix-Breed in Indiana, , who needs $5,500 for Surgery.

Indiana

Buster was a birthday present for me and he was 2 months old when I got him. He is/was a very rambunctious happy puppy. He loves to be outside and his favorite thing to do is eat lol. We live in a single house that we rent and Buster has a brother named Cooper. They love to play all day long with each other and are best friends. I am disabled and am considered low income but I do what I can. Buster and Cooper play all the time and when they were playing one day Buster jumped off the couch and hurt is right hip/leg. I took him to the vet after a day because he was very depressed and limping on his right leg. The vet ran test and found out that he has a torn ACL a dislocated hip and a partial fracture He is going to have to have surgery which is estimated to be $5000-$6000 dollars. Buster is my emotional support dog and I don’t know what I would do without him. I tried everything I can think of from financial aid to personal loans and credit cards I can’t seem to find help anywhere. As I am low income I can’t afford a surgery that expensive. I am begging and would be ever grateful to anyone who can donate so Buster can get his surgery. Thank you and god bless. Buster means the world to me and I am disabled and low income. Anything no matter how big or small will help get Buster closer to being able to get his surgery. He will be having the surgery at BluePearl in Pittsburgh. I hope you find it in your heart to please donate.

Charlie

Charlie is a 10 year old Chihuahua in Charleston, SC, who needs $1,500 for Dental Surgery with Tooth Extractions.

Charleston, SC

Charlie has been part of my life since I brought him home on January 30, 2016 from Ridgeville, South Carolina. He was born December 7, 2015. I named him Charlie because we live in Charleston and the name felt right. Charlie lives with me, my husband, my grandchildren (17 and 14), my two adult sons, and two cats. He mostly ignores the cats, but they all live together peacefully. March 3, 2026 - BluePearl Emergency Pet Hospital - bleeding from his mouth and left nostril. The veterinarian noted severe dental disease with infection around the upper canine tooth and prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. On March 4, he was seen at The Animal Hospital of North Charleston and diagnosed with dental disease and suspected oronasal fistula. Dental surgery was recommended. Charlie loves car rides and watching the lights at night from his little car seat. He’s a bit overweight and not thrilled with his diet food—sometimes he stares at the bowl and looks at me as if to say, “This again?” His funny expressions make everyone laugh. At night he curls up beside me when I sleep. To me he’s a little soul who depends on me for everything. 72-year-old grandmother on a fixed income raising two grandchildren with limited financial resources. Applied for CareCredit but was not approved. Having Charlie healthy and pain free would mean everything to me and the family who depend on the emotional support he gives.

Sparky

Sparky is a 15 year old American Cocker Spaniel in Lonsdale, MN, who needs $650 for Heart & Kidney Ultrasound.

Lonsdale, MN

Sparky is a bouncing cocker spaniel around 15 years old. We adopted him from a family in Rochester, MN when he was 2.5 yrs old. This family told us that he was originally from Mexico! They decided to sell him because they didn't have time for him - he was kept in a crate all day while the family was away. He now lives in a beautiful home out in the country, with his human family of six! Due to severe decay, Sparky needs tooth extractions, but Chest Xrays/bloodwork showed he has a heart murmer & high kidney levels, meaning early heart/kidney disease. A heart/kidney ultrasound is scheduled at Animal Care in New Prague, MN. Results will be sent to Veterinary Dentistry Specialists in Woodbury, MN who will help Sparky have dental surgery with safe amounts of anesthesia & medications. Sparky's full of energy, love, and snuggles and has been my very best friend since I was 13 yrs old. I know everyone says they have the best dog, but I'm convinced Sparky is the best of the best! He loves his family, snacks, walks, and camping adventures. He loves our other dog, Tasha (a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix), our cats, and our rabbits. He is a very handsome boy with a big personality! My family of six is undergoing major financial struggles as we navigate the aftermath of a divorce involving long-term domestic abuse, and we aren't able to cover Sparky's bills for tests and upcoming surgery. We're believing that help is out there, though! God bless you!
