Chapo is my first fur baby, and we love him to death! He fits right in with our family & my kids adore him. He’s not just a pet to us, hes my baby, and my kids call him their brother. I would be lost with out my chapitos, and it breaks my heart that he’s in pain right now. I just want to get my baby better. I’m looking to fix my baby’s leg. He was playing fetch with my youngest son and somehow broke his front leg, the doctor told me surgery is the only way he can heal his leg. We went to a vet called vca, and I spent all my money I had just to get chapo some pain meds while I try to come up with 5000$. I’m a single mother of 3 and I’m struggling as it is, now this happens..i need help, please… He is the most precious little baby you’ve ever seen! Full of energy, loves to play, his favorite game is fetch! has his own bed but still sleeps with us! Loves to cuddle, friendly to ALL animals and loves children. Walker

Walker is a 5 year old Siberian Husky in White Cloud, MI, who needs $900 for Exam + Bilateral Cryptorchid Surgery.

White Cloud, MI

A friend gave me (WolfSpirit) Walker as a baby pup in April 2020 when COVID had just started. I got him microchipped right away but found out that he couldn't be neutered because he has bilateral cryptorchidism - neither of his testicles dropped! He needs a dual orchidectomy and it cost a lot more than I could come up with but at the time. However, the vet said that as long as I got it done while he was still young (< 5 or 6) it likely wouldn’t become a problem. I had saved about $300, but then in July 2024 he went missing! Being a husky, he had gotten out of the yard a couple times but he always came back by the end of the day. This time there was no sign of him! Knowing he was ‘chipped I held out hope, but after a year I began to think I’d never see him again. Then, to my joy and relief, after 18 MONTHS, Kent County Animal Shelter called me to say they had him and I could come get him (01/02/2026). He was found over 55 miles away from home! The BIG problem is that now he is 6 years old (as of February 26, 2026), having two undescended testicles puts him at a much higher risk for cancer if not surgically corrected ASAP - anywhere from 4x to 14x greater than a normal dog - so time is of the essence! The surgery was estimated at ~$600 about a month before he was lost, and at this point we also need ~$250 to renew his shots and get him a pre-surgical examination. UPDATE 02-23-26: He started dripping blood from his penis and I am taking him in for an emergency appointment at 8am tomorrow. Considering his condition, this is not a good sign! I love Walker very much and feel blessed to have him back, but my only income is SS disability and I’m still just scraping by myself. I feel like I have to get this surgery for him before something seriously bad happens and I truly appreciate any help that anyone is willing to offer us at this crucial time! Thank you so much!

Nova

Nova is a 8 month old Mix-Breed in Ogden, UT, who needs $2,074 for Blood, X-ray, Hospitalization, Meds, and More.

Ogden, UT

Nova came to us as a surprise a coworker was having a litter of puppies they were not ready for and as my husband and I just lost our senior dog 6 months ago we decided to take one of the puppies to expand our family. She is so fun and full of life and loves picking on her sister our senior dog, they have grown to be best friends, she loves everyone she meets and is the best judge of character. Last week nova suddenly became ill after a bad reaction to an antibiotic given to her after being spayed. We took her to vet since she was not able to keep food or water down and was vomiting and having chronic diarrhea and so lethargic, they did blood work and a new round of antibiotics, nausea meds and appetite stimulant, she was okay for first 2 days and now has taken a turn back for the worst Nova and her sister are best friends always playing together they love to antagonize and squeak the ball to get the other one to play keep away, she also loves ropes, scrambled eggs (very food motivated), she is so strong and the best snuggler there is around, she always has to sleep right inbetween my husband and my head every night. My husband and I are in a financial bind due to my pressing medical condition of my own we are a very tight paycheck to paycheck household and are in a debt relief program so all we have is stretched very thin we would greatly appreciate any help anyone can give for our baby

Tyson Blue

Tyson Blue is a 12 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Tijeras, NM, who needs $1,100 for Overnight Emergency Treatment, X-ray, and Blood Work.

Tijeras, NM

I’ve had Tyson since 2014. I was only 15 years old when he came into my life, and now I’m 27. He hasn’t just been my dog — he has been my constant. My best friend. The one thing that never left no matter how hard life got. Tyson has been there through everything. My very first car. My very first apartment. My first real taste of adulthood. Now my very first house… and even my engagement. Tyson suddenly developed an issue where he would faint while throwing up, which was scary enough that he had to be rushed to the vet immediately. They admitted him and ran extensive testing, including full bloodwork, X-rays, and IV treatment. He stayed for two days and 1 night Every test came back clear, including cancer and heart disease. I just want to bring my boy home. Every major milestone in my life has Tyson standing right beside me. He goes everywhere with me. We swim together. We hike together. We boat together. He lives for those moments — the wind, the water, the sun, being by my side. At home, he’s the heart of our pack. He loves his little brother and sister dogs with everything in him. He watches over them. He plays with them. He protects them. My pet isn’t “just an animal” to me he’s family. He’s been my comfort on my worst days, my reason to get up when things felt heavy. Our house flooded the same day we took him in due to freezing pipes. My fiance is in nursing school and I am between jobs. ):

Lola

Lola is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Lothian, MD, who needs $14,000 for MRI Scan and IVDD/Back Surgery.

Lothian, MD

In March 2020, I lost my childhood dog, Loba. A few months later, a friend gifted me the cutest puppy, my sweet Lola who was named in honor of Loba. 2 months later, we got her Pomeranian brother Yogi who has been her companion, growing up together. They were the only two before we were also gifted two more dogs. So Lola now has one brother and two sisters always keeping her company! On Sunday morning, Lola started to lose function in both her hind legs slowly throughout. We took her to AAVEC as an emergency case, where they informed me that it's most likely a neurological problem and has IVDD. She is no longer able to walk on her hind legs and drags them, having back pain as well. Due to this we have to express her bladder for her to pee. She does have a chance, with surgery. Lola is the sweetest! I just adore her laidback personality. She loves to eat, and she will perform her roll over trick for a taste of your food. She loves walks, and she will demand them! Lola enjoys laying between your feet, this is how you know she trusts you. She has such a different & unique personality compared to her siblings. I love her quirks and her little feet/legs. I just love her so. I lost my job and unfortunately have no emergency funds left. Lola is still so young, she is only 5 years old. When talking to the vet, he did tell us her chances. While not guaranteed, we don't want to give up on her and want to fight for her life when recovery is possible.
