Ace is an 11½-year-old long-haired Chihuahua x Papillon (Chion). I took him in at about 1 year old from a neglectful home, and he’s been my best friend ever since. We now live in a small desert town with my family. I’m currently working part-time while building my online eBay store. Ace lives indoors, sleeps in my room, and is loved and well cared for. Ace is an 11½-year-old Chion with hip and knee issues since birth. He recently developed an abscessed canine tooth and possibly tore his ACL on his good leg. He’s also been diagnosed with arthritis. He’s receiving care and medication through our two local VCA Animal Hospitals. Ace is a sweet, loyal Chion with the biggest heart. He loves being near me at all times and follows me from room to room. He’s gentle, affectionate, and protective in his own quiet way. Ace greets family with excitement and cuddles, always bringing comfort and love to everyone who knows him. I left my job to help my mom care for my grandma on hospice, and since her passing it’s been hard to find steady work. I’m doing part-time cleaning and starting an online store. Getting Ace healthy again means everything — he’s my best friend and deserves a pain-free life.

Freki is a 31month old Mastwheiler. I got Freki when he was 6wks old. I rescued a dog that had been very abused, Hayzyl. She had bad anxiety which is why I got Freki. Hayzyl took to Freki right away and she hasn’t had anxiety since. In a way you could say Freki and I saved Hayzyls life and gave her the companionship she longed for. We also have another pup named Freya. My home is where they live I noticed Freki limping so I took him to my vet at Brown Vet. They referred me to Colorado Canine Orthopedics and the vet, Ashley Iodence, took exrays of Frekis back legs and he has torn CCL’s. He needs TPLO surgery on both legs. Freki is in pain. Without surgery he will live a life of pain and lose the ability to walk at a young age. With surgery he will live many more years pain free. Freki is one of the most amazing dogs I’ve ever had. He is so loving and full of life. He has saved my life in so many ways and impacted the life of so many others. When I lost my youngest son It was Freki that helped me pull through, got me out of bed each day.. I am a domestic abuse survivor because of Freki and no longer a victim. I literally wouldn’t be alive today if It wasn’t for Freki. I am currently not working due to injuries on my left arm that I had surgeries on. I have not regained full use of my left hand. Freki means the world to me. I literally would not be here today if It wasn’t for him. Please help me save his life as he did mine.

My partner and I share the beautiful month of May, we’re 1 year and 4 days apart. So we decided to add a furry friend to our family in the middle of those days. May 20th 2025 we get our little boy Winston when he was only 2 months old. He’s just what we needed for our family. With our 6 year old little girl who’s full of energy Winston fit right in! Winston is 8 months old now and is very healthy and a loving boy! Unfortunately November 5th he fell off my partner and I’s bed and fractured his growth plate near his hips. Our energetic playful puppy stopped walking and without surgery we’ll never get that back. Our little boy Winston was always greeting us the second we got home. He loved our quick walks in the morning. In just the short 6 months of having him he’s learned so much! We understand times are hard for everyone now, and no one prepares for an unfortunate unexpected situation so fast. My partner and I are working off a fixed income and don’t the means to pay for him surgery to get our little puppy back.

Rain came into on home about 3 years ago. We took him in to help a friend but instantly feel in love with him from day one and he’s been with us since. As the baby of the family “rain” joy and energy is what we needed to finally complete our home. A few days ago rain was attacked extremely bad and will lose his eye right eye due to the attack. Our family funds are short due to our family size and lack of of funds right now for care. Rain is what our family needed as he’s the baby of our home. His older fur sibling would be devastated without rain as well my 4 boys. We are hoping to get help asap here at animal urgent care Dallas. The previous owners gave him the name “chapó”. But, our family called him“Rain” not knowing we’d soon find out the true meaning of it. One day while working in the yard it began to rain. As we called rain to finally come in he refused. He immediately laid out in the grass enjoying every rain drop until he was soaked. So we soon found out of course the name we’d chosen fit perfectly! This was so unexpected as we have been preparing for the holidays. I’m a single mother of 4 boys and 2 fur babies. On a fixed income and not being able to get assistance to find this surgery I need help. Without help in time our family will yet suffer another major loss.

Hello, My name is Dejah and this is Chinx! he’s 2 years old and has been apart of me since he was 4 weeks old. Since then he’s grown to be my best friend. He’s the sweetest big baby a girl can ask for. He’s loves walks, hiking, swimming, tug a war and mainly cuddles. Unfortunately Chinx hasn’t been his usual self and will need to examined to figure out if he’s in pain due to a UTI or possibly needing surgery to remove any blockages. Thank you to Highway Animal Hospital for letting him come in to be seen but at this time im unable to cover the vet bills alone and i’m asking for any help possible to help raise what I can for Chinx to get the proper care. Chinx is special because he’s our first family dog, he’s helped us learn to be patience and responsible but he also showed us what unconditional love feels like. With me being able to have the help and assistance of waggle it gives me the chance to save my dog from being euthanized. Chinx will be able to live his everyday life without being in pain

We first met this beautiful girl at Stanislaus animal shelter. Yesterday 11-5 we were able to adopt her so she hasn't even been home for a full day yet. But she is already loved and an amazing fit. We chose the name Mercy the second we met her Because God has been so good to us. And now we're blessed with this beautiful puppy we just want to take care of, love. And give her the best life. So the same day we picked mercy up. We had to take her to Standiford veterinary center because of her leg she had a limp and were told it could be broken. We got x rays and infact it is broken, and has been broken for approximately 2 or 3 weeks already, and will require surgery. They splint her leg and gave us pain medicine until we can get surgery So mercy has been home for 1 days but she loves her teething treats, loves to sit in your lap for love and belly scratches had the biggest eyes full of trust and love. I just know she feels at home and that brings us so much joy that she's safe and happy with family. So we were just adding a member to the family and had no expectation of the cost a broken leg could bring. We do work but this is very sudden and very expensive. And we don't want her to wait longer than she has to to get surgery

I was looking for a companion for my Maltese Abby. So i started looking on line at Pet Finder. When i seen Sophie's pic i just felt something about her. Even though she would have to be shipped from Aurora MO. to Cincinnati Ohio on a plane. Oh Boy!!!! was it worth it. Now Abby has a play mate And Sophie is a cuttie pie. Sophie has a kidney stone Dr Collen Black says its so big that its taking up her whole bladder. I take her to PETS IN NEED of Greater Cinti. She needs surgery. She has to wear a diaper all the time. And that's no quality of life or she pees on the floor very often and also poops in her diaper too. In pics 7& 8 taken recently you can tell a big difference than the other ones, taken in 2022 & 2023. Sophie loves to go to the dog park. Seems she is more interested in marking her spot more then playing and running around. She loves riding in my basket on my 3 wheel bike. And sitting in shopping baskets when i take her with me. She usually gets so much attention because she is so cute and i dress her up too. She is such a joy to me. I lost my Maltese a few years ago. She's I am a single pet mom. Iam on Social Security Disability and living on a limited income. I just cant afford to have surgery on Sophie. And it breaks my heart to see her suffer going thru Kidney stone issues. I want her to have a good quality of life, for what time she has.

Maverick is my two-year-old baby, my constant companion, and the joy of my life. He’s full of love, energy, and spirit, and has trained in service work. We recently moved to a Minnesota farm so he can run and play freely every day. He deserves a bright, happy, healthy future, and my heart aches to see him in pain. Maverick was brutally attacked and suffered a shattered bone along with two additional breaks in his foot. He urgently needs orthopedic surgery to save it and have a chance at a normal, active life. We went to the Animal Emergency & Referral Center (AERC), where his surgery was quoted at 5–7k dollars. I am doing everything I can to help him heal, but I cannot afford this critical care on my own. Maverick is an incredible, sweet, and gentle dog with a huge heart. He loves everyone he meets and always greets people with warmth. He is affectionate, loyal, and emotionally intelligent, comforting me whenever I’m sad. His playful, loving nature brings joy and light every day, making him truly special and one of a kind. I am trying to find stable work and do not have the funds or any emergency savings to cover Maverick’s urgent orthopedic surgery to save his foot. The cost of 5–7k is beyond my means. Having him healthy again would mean the world — seeing him run, play, and be happy.
