Archer

Archer is a 12 year old Rat Terrier in Concord, NC, who needs $2,000 for Cystotomy.

Concord, NC

We purchased Archer as a puppy from a local breeder 12 years ago. He was actually bright home the same year we had our last child, colt, and three days after I had shoulder surgery. He has been a wonderful blessing and addition to our family every since. He sleeps in our bed every night, and keeps my wife's feet warm reach night. We wouldn't know what to do without our little Archer! Archer began urinating blood a few months back. The vet, MP Amimal Hospital, gave us some antibiotics after doing ultra sounds, xrays & a couple urinalysises. They said they couldn't definitively see any bladder stones, but if the antibiotics didn't work then most likely he does have them. The antibiotics didn't work, but he did begin to pee normally again. Now he has blood in his urine & stool. Archer is the life of our large family. Even though he's 12 years old, he still runs around and jumps on our laps for tummy rubs. He is an essential part of my wife's sleep, seeing that he sleeps under the covers by her legs, keeping her get nice and warm. My youngest child, who is also 12, doesn't know life without Archer, being that he was born a few months before we brought Archer home. Ever since covid, finances have been extremely dire. We had our entire savings & retirement in the market. When the market tanked, our life's savings tanked with it. Having Archer receive the medical help he truly needs & get healthy, would make our family whole once again.

Blue

Blue is a 6 year old Siberian Husky in Montrose, CO, who needs $2,000 for MRI, Spinal Tap, Diagnostics to Determine Treatment.

Montrose, CO

Blue came into my life when I met my soon to be husband about 4 years ago. Blue lives on our 4 acre rental property with her brother Ryder. Blue brings a sense of adventure, unquestionable love and the ability to steal anyone heart within seconds. She has one of the most fun personalities you could ask for in a dog. 3 weeks ago Blue developed a limp in her front limb. With vets unable to determine why she was lame, her condition progressed into critical. Blue is currently staying at CSU Vet Hospital in Fort Colins undergoing tests to determine what is wrong, as many vets have not been able to diagnose. The Vets are hopeful to find answers, tho we worry what the diagnose will entail. I wish to everyone they find a dog like Blue at least once in their life. Not only a companion but a true best friend. Her sense of adventure, love for everyone, and ability to act exactly how you need. She is more than a pet but a living guardian angel. With eyes that make you melt, a heart that heals within seconds. She is more than a dog, she is a whole spirit of joy, love, care and happiness. While living in Colorado, dealing with high prices of rentals and the vet bills we have encoutered. Every day you can see the life Blue has still, we cant let that go. Blue deserves more years of life. She shows you, she wants to live and adventure more.

Zayda

Zayda is a 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in Lawrence, KS, who needs $2,000 for TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) Surgery.

Lawrence, KS

Hello! This is Zayda, our sweet 2-year-old Cavi. We also call her Potato or Tato, because her body looks very similar to a russet potato. Sometimes we call her Sammi because her eyes bulge like Samuel L Jackson when she is mad (as shown in the birthday hat photo). She became part of our family on September 3, 2023, and has been filling our lives with love and laughter ever since. Zayda was recently diagnosed with a Partial Cranial Cruciate Ligament Rupture in both hind legs, causing her significant discomfort and making it difficult for her to enjoy her usual daily activities. Her vet recommends TPLO surgery on each leg to relieve her discomfort and restore mobility. Without these surgeries, Zayda’s condition will worsen, affecting her long-term quality of life. Tato loves providing neck support to her dad, laying around with the minions, helping mom make the bed, stealing mom’s yoga foam Skechers sandals, and hanging out with her big sister Abby. Abby and Tato are very sibling-like: Abby is afraid of thunder; Tato wants to fight it. Abby is quiet and reserved, Tato is loud and gregarious. Tato’s surgeries are essential for her mobility and well-being, but the cost is more than we can handle without assistance. Your support would give Zayda the chance to live pain-free. If you can contribute or share this campaign, it would mean the world to us.
