Mickey is my first dog and best friend. We adopted him 3 years ago after moving to the U.S. from Ukraine. We live in New Jersey, and he’s always been by my side—on beach trips, at dog parks, or just walking in our neighborhood. He's a huge part of my daily life. Mickey was diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction caused by a foreign object. We were hoping to avoid surgery and the fluids were injected under his spine to help, but his condition became critical. Now he's undergoing emergency surgery to remove the foreign object at AERA in West Caldwell. Mickey has a calm and loving soul. He senses when someone feels down and stays close, always offering comfort. After I lost two uncles in the war in Ukraine last year, Mickey helped me through deep sadness a lot. His love is pure, loyal, and incredibly healing for our whole family. I couldn't lose my best friend. As a full-time student, I couldn’t afford this sudden emergency. My family had to take out CareCredit, but monthly payments are overwhelming. Getting Mickey healthy again means saving the one being who brings me peace, joy, and strength during the hardest times.

Maple came into our life when she was 3 weeks old. Her mother's owner did not want her and was going to put her out in the street. I took her hone with me in a shoebox from NC to GA. Maple is older but full of life! You would never expect her to be an old lady. She has so much for this world. She has been an amazing furbaby! Maple escape from the backyard and was attacked. We have tried to fix her leg but it has cone down to getting it amputate. Animal hospital of Los Lunas has been amazing in trying to save her leg but the therapy treatment and weekly casting is not working for Maple. So the suggestion is to amputate the leg. Maple is a very loving dog and wants all the attention. She's a daddy's girl but love anyone that wants to pet her. She's fun of engery! Her favorite toy are the ones with a squeaker. She loves car rides and sticking her head out to feel the breeze. She loves her treats and cuddle times with the family. Evening walks when she could go for one. Not a water girl. Unexpected emergency in our family which has put up in a hardship and have exhausted what we have to treat her in the 1st go round. We would appreciate anything.

I adopted Missy in July 2022 from NAWS Mokena while struggling with depression. Named after Missy Elliott, she lived with me in my apartment until I lost my job in 2023. We now live with my parents, where she’s adjusted well and continues to bring me comfort and joy. Missy has stage 3 lymphoma with a good prognosis. She needs CHOP chemotherapy over 16 weeks, which she’ll receive at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital. She saved me during a dark time, and now I’m doing everything I can to save her. Missy is probably one of the only Jack Russells on earth to nap as much as she does. She has been my perfect companion! We both enjoy curling up on the couch and watching movies together. She loves her nana and pop pop and I can always count on them to give her the same love that I give her. Missy has really been everything to me I love her little brown eyes and loud bark! I have limited income. Even with my job, I can only afford so much during this time. Since the treatments will be around $500-$1,000+ per treatment (over 16 weeks) I am not sure how I can keep up with both regular expenses and her medical bills.

My dog, Saint, is a 1-year-old frenchie who has been a beloved part of our family since he was a puppy. He was a gift to my daughter after her hamster, who she had for three years, passed away. Losing her first pet was incredibly hard on her, and Saint brought joy, comfort, and healing into her life. From the moment he arrived, they formed an inseparable bond. Saint is currently facing a serious medical emergency. He has been diagnosed with pancreatitis, which has developed secondary to a bowel blockage of unknown origin. His condition has rapidly worsened, and after several vet visits and diagnostic testing, it became clear that emergency surgery at Solano Napa Pet ER Clinic is needed to remove the blockage and give him a chance at recovery. Saint is truly one of a kind. He has the most gentle, calm spirit and brings a sense of peace and comfort to everyone around him. He’s incredibly intuitive and always seems to know when someone is having a tough day — especially my daughter. He’ll quietly curl up next to her or rest his head in her lap, as if to say, “I’m here.” Saint has a way of making our house feel like a home. I’m a single mom and this has been difficult for my family, not only emotionally but financially. Saint’s emergency surgery for a bowel blockage, along with treatment for pancreatitis, came without warning. I’ve already spent everything I could on diagnostic tests.

As you could see in the pictures, he has lost a tremendous amount of weight from what he was before. His name is bear And he really is not just my pet. He is family. Hi, my name is Magi and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My sweet dog Bear has been diagnosed with a tumor that needs urgent surgery. It’s been devastating to watch him in pain, and I’m doing everything I can to get them the help they need. The vet has recommended surgery as soon as possible, but the cost is more than I can afford right now. He has this big, goofy personality that lights up every room, and a gentle soul that surprises everyone who meets him. He’s protective, but sweet. Strong, but so loving. He senses when I’m sad and will come sit right next to me, as if he knows exactly what I need. He’s been there for me through some really tough times—always loyal, always by my side. My dog needs surgery to remove a tumor, and the cost is more than I can handle on my own. I’ve been doing everything I can to make it work, but I’ve hit a point where I need to reach out.

I got Leo for my birthday in July 2020. It was a life long obsession to have a tiny chihuahua and it finally came true! He was 9 weeks to the day on my birthday when I got him, so the name Leo during "Leo season" felt appropriate. He is the definition of a lapdog and is not only our best friend but 3rd wheel. He comes EVERYWHERE with us. His spunky self is what our family with 2 cats needed. Our boy has never had any major health concerns and is a generally a healthy fit dog. He started yelping over small movements over the weekend, and by Monday the vet said it was a sore neck. 24 hours and some antinflammatories later, he collapsed, scream-yelping at any movement. Emergency vet has confirmed a slipped disc and surgery needed or else he would be in extreme pain and agony. I've never met a dog like this. He even does a cartwheel when he goes peepee! His favorite toy is lambchop, we collect all the different editions and versions for each holiday. His funniest quirk is thay there is one specific alarm on my phone he loves and sings to. My wakeup calls have gone from generic iPhone tunes to my little guy singing me awake. His seat of choice is perched on dads shoulder I have found not only does this dog need me but I need him. He has been through my side through losses and gains. His biggest role is becoming a big bro- I'm 7 months along with my first human child (he'll always be my 1st baby.) Costs and finances are so tight for me.

I contacted a man called Jason Hibbs he was looking to get his bonded pups a new home so Jason came over and had Booker with him Booker was just so happy to run our yard and was so well trained Jason had just left the military's. so Jason gave me Booker and his sis Jasmin brother and sis jaz is just as healthy as can be Jason told me to give booker ear drops for the smell other than that booker was healthy as can be. Jason had very little records for both pups but he said he had both of them from birth so we sign a agreement if I could not care or if my medical got to bad he can get them back. a good deal for us both booker is my buddy he keeps me calm and gives me and my wife so much joy even with his ear issues we love them both they act like our kids and our best of buddy' Booker and Jaz are so well behaved they come and go into yard as they chose to they stay by our sides all time they play with each other and keep our home safe as can be while we are at the doctors I stay home 90% of time me and Mary are on fixed income with ssdi and most of bookers needs are met without issue.when we found out about the tumor of cancerous with covid and cost of food being so High we cant afford 1300 in cash up front for surgery all expenses have gone so high it is so tight

I got my boy in April of 2016. He was just winged so tiny and omg adorable. My cousin helped me name him. Cheeko. Cheeko has always made friends everywhere we went. As long s he was the alpha male everything went smooth. He is the spunkiest Lil only butt. He is the smartest dog I've ever met. He has a personality like a human. He loves his girlfriends very possessive over them. He is my world Cheeko recently had some issues with anal gland bleeding During this he developed a cough with like gagging.Now my main concern is his breathing. I am almost positive he needs surgery on his trachea. Last night he had an episode he stop breathing for a second it was gut wrenching. His doctor at healthy pets of westgate is a great doctor and I have faith he can get this condition under control. Cheeko is the most special boy he has brought me nothing but happiness. He helped me get thru my sons ten year incarceration and that was hell. If it wasn't for Cheeko I don't know if I could of made it. It was truly hell. Cheeko always knows when I'm hurting. He will bully his way to my face to start kissing me. He does stuff he knows I think is so adorable to make me happy. He s 1 in a million. To watch anyone let a lone someone who's your whole world suffer and potentially dying because you don't have the money to get him the medical attention his life depends on is the most pain and sadness one will expiration. He has alot of life left but needs medical attentio

Meet SKY when we got her she was 18 weeks old. She was the last one of the first litter and in a very short time has become a very important part of our lives. On June 14 I was looking to get insurance on SKY but with the many choices I decided to wait until later that day to buy it. My grand daughter came over that afternoon to play with SKY and SKY somehow ended up falling down a flight of stairs breaking a bone near the shoulder blade requiring a $5,000 surgery that including 2 screws and rubber bands. Sky was a quick learner taking only 1 day to chase and bring back her Frisbee and learning to give her paw in one day also. Until she gets surgery which I can't afford, she won't be doing any running around and not having the surgery will be very bad for her long term. She will be having surgery at Colchester Veterinary in Colchester, Ct and needs it done right away before it starts healing before the doctor can get everything aligned
