My little guy Maximus is a full breed Yorkshire Terrier who is such a sweet boy and very energetic little pup. Who came into my life as a gift from my husband as my little companion. My little fur baby became ill. I thought it was a stomach bug at first but it quickly turned into something worse. I rushed him to the veterinary hospital where he had undergone tests to see what was going on with him. The doctor at Animal Health Center came out and told me the devastating news. That my fur baby was in kidney failure. It was hard to believe that he was going through this. I name my fur baby Maximus after the character in my favorite movie Gladiator played by Russell Crowe. He is so small but has a mighty heart and full of energy. Maximus loves to be held & loved by everyone around. He also love the outdoors and love car rides. Most of all he loves attention and being pampered. My husband got him for me because I told him I was lonely at home while he went to work. It means the world to me that my little guy was given a second chance at life and that he will be around to keep my heart healthy. He brings me so much joy. I became disabled and help me with my mental health. I not lonely when my husband is at work or my kids are at school.

I have a 15-year-old male Papillon named Cody. I got him from a pet store when I was 15 years old, making him my very first pet, and he has been my baby since 2010! He currently lives with me, my husband, our son, and our rescue lab mix, Bella, in our home in the Chicago suburbs. Cody has been a huge part of my life for so many years, and I cherish every moment with him. Cody has been experiencing significant health issues recently. He has been refusing to eat all forms of food, experiencing vomiting and bloody diarrhea, and has lost a pound in just a week. Since he is 15 years old, these symptoms are concerning. The only thing I can get him to eat is chicken breast. He is currently receiving care at NAWS in Mokena. Cody is a high-energy dog with a lot of spunk a cat like dog. He showers you with love on his terms and prefers hanging out on the back of the couch or under things. He LOVES people. He always seems to know what’s going on. Loyal and loving in his own way, Cody adores attention especially ear scritches. He has been my little shadow for 15 years, and is an important part of our family. Matthew and I lost our jobs a month before our son was born, depleting our funds. Now, with Cody’s severe health issues, we urgently need veterinary care. Seeing him sick and unable to eat has been heartbreaking. We want to get him seen by a vet to get treatment.

Ollie

We adopted our Ollie 6 years ago from a rescue. He was only 3 months old when we brought him home. We were told that he was a boxer mix. He is much too big for a boxer. He is our first family dog and we love him so much. My kids came up with his name because of a cartoon the heard it on. We have two dogs. Our other dog is a pit mix and the sweetest. Ollie has had no medical problems or issues in the past. He’s been pretty healthy except for this ACL. He only had allergy problems as a puppy. I’m not sure what else to type if he doesn’t have any medical conditions. Our vet is Sycamore Creek Animal Hospital in Temescal Valley Ollie has an amazing personality. He screams and cries when kids come to the door. He loves all the kids that come over. He’s a big shoe thief. He never shows them up but likes to take them and run with them. I’m in need of financial assistance since we just paid for our other dog, Blue to have her TPLO sx back in Sept. I’m not even close to paying it off and now we find out Ollie needs his back left leg done as well. We took him in for limping and was told he tore his ACL.

Hi. My name is Maverick, and my owner is Cody Lowery. He went all the way to Missouri to visit his grandparents and while there he was looking for a puppy to be trained as a service dog and he found me. I was 9 weeks old. It was love at first sight. He named me Maverick because he loved Top Gun, and his oldest brother was in the Navy. I am his Maverick to his Goose. LOL. My grandpa has a dog, and she ran full force into me and knocked me down. I limped afterwards but then it went away. A week later I started limping again and sometimes couldn't walk well. My vet gave me meds and x-rays nothing was broken. He referred me to a Neuro doggy dr and recommended an MRI because he said my spine. I have an appt on March 17th at UF Small Animal Hospital. I started learning how to sit, stay and give paws when told which one they want. I am also learning to down stay on leash without moving but I need to still practice. I am being trained for Cody for a service dog. He has medical issues, and he is autistic with memory issues plus more. I am helping him when he is emotional and needs me to be close. I don't leave his side. I love everyone!! Grandma is not working due to having to be home here with Cody make sure meds are taken and his dr appointments and tend to his strict food restrictions. Maverick being hurt and all training has stop has affected Cody so much. Only income is Codys SSI. Maverick is his life.

I had bought some Benny for a Christmas gift for my kids they had had them for 2 years and he was starting to be a bit too much for them so I told them that I would take him any has been a big help to me with my anxiety he is my emotional support is a big enjoyment tells me he loves me I take him to access veterinarian care this is his first time there he got away from him ate something bad and got very sick was throwing up and could not keep nothing down and pooping out lots and lots of blood so that's where I bring him to access veterinarian care We live in an apartment so we do lots of walks he requires a lot of exercise so we go to the office Park as much as possible he loves when the grandkids come over and he gets excited see friends he holds a lot and talks says I love you and loves when we sing happy birthday Due to all my surgeries I am of social security disability and it would be great appreciative grateful to have my pet healthy again I don't know what I would do without him I'd be totally lost

I am looking for help to treat Lamb chop skin allergy or Red mange as of now Lamb chop is completely bald raw with red open sores from scratching. His vet is family and friends vet clinic on 28th street in Grand Rapids Michigan. I have been unable to get Lamb chop seen.I want Lamb to continue to strive and live a healthy loving life with me and my family! Lamb chop is a talker he can really talk he knows how to shake paws he loves the rain as I love the rain he loves to go outside and dig when it’s raining in the fenced backyard then play like he’s been a good boy with muddy paws he loves to cuddle all day and sleep he loves his giraffe toy he has had it since we got him we continue to buy the same one over and over he loves swimming in dog pool. I am currently on a fixed income due to a bad car accident the jaws of life was used to get me out of vehicle.I was exspected to recover and go back to work but things did not work that way. It would be a great blessing from God for Lamb to get the care he needs.

While on active duty in Phoenix, I rescued Toto, a tiny abandoned puppy. I didn’t know then how much he would mean to me. Through deployments, my kids leaving home, and 29 surgeries, Toto stayed by my side, offering unwavering support. Toto is support system and best friend….. This happened while we were out of town. We are currently 3 hours away on our way back to take him to CVETS emergency services…..this costs thousands of dollars usually and I am afraid I will not be able to pay it and make ends meet please help us. Toto is a force to be reckoned woth. His favorite toy is stuffed lambs he loves to destroy them. He is also the best snuggler on the planet and will lay on tour chest under your covers for Hours. Toto also has a wild side we named scrappy doo when it comes out and shows itself lol. I am 100% disabled and run a nonprofit supporting veterans, first responders, and adaptive athletes. We also started a gym as a small business to further this mission. Despite working 18-hour days, funds are extremely limited. Savings Toto would mean everything to my family.

I took my baby to the vet Feb. 3rd for worms which they gave him medicine for. However they misdiagnosed him for the wrong type of worms and wrong medicine. He still has worms and is now spitting up massive amounts of blood. I took him for a simple case of worms on Feb 3rd. He still has them which I vacuum his bed and the entire house at least 3 times a day. Everytime I do I find worms. He was found tied up in trash bag and I'm a dumpster the day after my late husband told his friend he wanted the exact dog. The dumpster just happened to be at friends place of employment. He was on the verge of death but we got him back to health. I figured falling in love with him at first because I had just lost my dog. Well his lovable personality and silly antics made me fall in love. My husband passed away a couple of years ago leaving me with $900 a month to live on. I lost everything but him he was right there licking my tears and consoling me every step of the way. I have had multiple spine and knee surgeries and he never once left my side.

hello, my name is Nicholette and I have a French bulldog named Lucifina. she lives with me, my boyfriend and my 11-year-old daughter. She was a gift from my boyfriend to me for my birthday almost 2 years ago. We’ve had her since she was a little baby she is my everything. When my mom recently passed away she was there for me always giving kisses and hugs. Lucifina has had seizures since she was only eight weeks old. She’s been on medication. She went a good six month seizure free and then began having them monthly again. She’s been on Zonisimide since we’ve had her, but she still has reoccurring seizures, and the vet wants to do an MRI to try and find the cause of her seizures. She currently goes to Airmont Animal Hospital and a neurologist. Luci was there for me at such a tough time in my life our special bond we share comes from her being there for me when I needed it most. She has an amazing ability to sense my emotions, offering companionship, love, and support when I was grieving or feeling vulnerable. Her presence l provided a sense of stability and unconditional love, making her truly special to me. I am currently struggling to make ends me being. I have an 11 year-old daughter and I am a single mom. Yes, my boyfriend helps but the expense of healing my poor baby is hitting us at a rough time. With help having my puppy healthy and seizure free would me the world to me.
