I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart as my heart dog, Bolt, is currently hospitalized due to serious health issues. Bolt has been experiencing frequent seizures, and he has been diagnosed with hypernatremia, a condition that has put his life at risk. Bolt is currently hospitalized at the Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hopsital of wichita and has been diagnosed with hypernatremia and continuous seizures. He is in critical condition with still having seizures, an altered mental status and trying to get his sodium level down at a healthy rate. Bolt is not just a pet; he is my soul dog, he’s a wonderful big brother, he’s been a great teacher to many many a vet tech student, letting them perform blood draws and injections, place catheters, practice radiographs and other practice procedures. His infectious energy, playful spirit, and unwavering loyalty have brought so much joy into the lives of everyone who has met him. This is an unexpected financial stress, but more than worth it for my heart and soul, Bolt. I am continuing to work and picking up overtime as much as I can but the bill stacks up with each and every second.

So my name is Tina and this is Rex he is a 5 year old Siberian Husky! I got rex when he was only 6 weeks old! Hes my first dog and at the time everyone told me that was the last thing i needed i could barley take care of myself let alone a dog as well between trying to keep my job and moving and not knowing where i was going or what i was going to do i decided to get him anyways Unfortunally when Rex turned 3 years old out of no where however he started haveing seziures they are random and we never know when hes going to have them lately hes been haveing more and frequently sometimes he has one and then wont have one for a month or two other times he can have a few the same month and takes him a minute to be back to normal we been seen at and go to Pinehurst Veterinary!! Rex is not a dog to me he is a person he's a part of me like my shadow, my companion, my best friend, like my kid to me rex is a person and over the years he became a part of me! I can't explain in words how much i think i needed him more then he needs me! He cheers me up when i am sad licks tears off my face, he listens to me when i need to and brings me joy and is my purpose to get up every day it would be amazing to not have to worry about if hes going to make it thru another seziure or if hes safe when i have to leave him at home! with moving and bills and in between switching jobs we are just trying to make it through the best we can and i need him the most now!

My daughter was a junior in high school when she got Zeus. Such a tiny little puppy and she gave him such a great big name. The following year she went to college and Zeus became everyone’s little man He has traveled back-and-forth to visit her at college as well as when she moved away to Nashville, Tennessee He loves traveling and is the best dog in the world when it comes to riding in the car Last October, we took Zeus to the vet because he had a continuous cough He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure December 2024 he was hospitalized and takes 4 medicines twice daily. November 2024 he was put on additional medicine for excessive coughing. His condition is getting worse, and he is in desperate need of an echocardiogram to further treat his congestive heart failure. Zeus is loving, playful and gentle When we travel to the store or anywhere, people will stop just to pet him or compliment how handsome he is or what a sweet dog he is He has a very kind disposition and loves to be cuddled and rubbed The medicine he takes is very costly The recent medication for cough cost 127 per month My personal health has changed as well I too have congestive heart failure in addition to being diabetic and hypertensive, and as a result have experience severe health conditions

We received our bundle of fur joy from a breeder in Mountain Home,AR. He was the cutest in the bundle and I fell in love with him from day one we drove 4 hours to get him when we got there he was so sweet and calm, the drive home he was as well and a song came on and made me think he seems to have an old soul already we should name him after Jason grandfather Jake Earl so that's his name. As he is 5 years old now he has been getting these nodules under his skin and has a huge mass on his leg. We are new here to CO and have taken him to Huron Animal Hospital which they are very sweet and good with our animals but the surgery he needs to remove the mass and biopsy it and the others under the skin with blood work chest X-ray we can't afford we have other boxers as well his wife Marley He has his some of his family with him he fathered 24 puppies we have 2 of those daughters with us as well he is Jason PTSD dog he helps him in so many ways he would be devastated to lose Jake he is very protective us both as well his family and he lives children esp my grandchildren. He is a snuggle and a lover but he will not let anyone he finds a threat near us. Lacey Ann has a genetic issue in the form of luxating patella. Without this surgery she will be crippled for the rest of her life. She will be receiving this surgery at Great Neck Veterinary Hospital. She loves everyone and everything. She wakes up Happy. She absolutely adores her big Brother Whiskey as he does her. She loved daycare and playing with all animals. She loves going for walks. She is a cuddle bug when she sleeps. She is very vocal. She honestly thinks she is all that and a bag of chips. She loves life and food/treats. She is full of adventure and energy. She brings a smile everywhe I took her to save her not knowing any history. I make 19,000 a year. Boone has been part of our family since he was 10 weeks old. He grew up alongside our kids, always bringing love and joy. He loves cuddles, playtime, and walks—but his sudden IVDD diagnosis has left him unable to walk or relieve himself. We’re doing everything we can to get him surgery so he can have a second chance at the life he loves. Boone was completely fine on Friday night, but by Saturday morning, he could barely stand on his back legs. He was in severe pain, crying and drooling. We rushed him to South Metro Animal Emergency Care in Apple Valley, MN, where they performed tests and X-rays. The vet diagnosed him with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) and gave us three options: surgery, pain management, or euthanasia Boone is more than a pet—he’s family. He’s been with us since he was 10 weeks old, growing up alongside our kids with endless love and loyalty. He’s playful, affectionate, and always by our side, offering comfort. He adores snuggles and greets us with pure joy. Seeing him unable to walk is heartbreaking, and we’re doing everything we can to give him a second chance. This past year has been tough, with medical emergencies, childbirth, and a broken wrist surgery, leaving us with $20K-$30K in expenses. Now, Boone’s $13K-$15K IVDD surgery is beyond our means. As I sit here trying to describe Walter, tears come to my eyes. He is my world. He was given to me when he was 8 weeks old, he was a very serious puppy, grumpy and so picky! He acted like an old man, hence Walter. We have never been apart. We ran upon hard times and we lost our house, so we've been couch surfing. But no matter what if I only had enough money for 1 of us to eat, Walter ate. Walter has a prolapsed urethra. He has been bleeding from his penis for 2 days, and not just a little bit, but, ALOT! I took him to Neel Veterinary Clinic, who charged 300 just to tell me he has a prolapse, and sent him home. This morning he is still bleeding along! I NEED HELP! He is my world and it hurts me to see him like this, I know he is in pain. Walter is a American Bully, but, he thinks and acts like a lap dog! EVERYONE loves Walter! He is a registered emotional service dog, and is very intuitive to all peoples emotions. He is so laid back, sweet, and spoiled! He knows his people...to him everyone is his. I couldn't imagine my life without him. We lost our house 6 months ago, and are couch surfing. I just started a new job, but, live paycheck to paycheck. It's a struggle for a 61 yr old single female trying to get back on my feet. I just need a little help. Not for me but for Walt! Thank you

I got Zoey when she was 8 weeks old from a family friend. She has 1 sister, her name is Ally and she is also a chihuahua and is 16yrs old. Zoey is 10yrs old and has a big personality, she is full of love and energy. Zoey and I are extremely bonded. She makes it very clear that I am her person and she's my baby. She follows me everywhere I go. She sleeps by my side every night. Zoey has dental issues. Her teeth are bad and she is in dire need of dental care. I live alone and have some disabilities. I work but barely make ends meet. I would like to take Zoey to Lakeview Veterinary Hospital to get the dental care she needs. She is showing signs of mouth pain and it breaks my heart to see her suffer with tooth and mouth pain. Zoey is a sweet soul but protective when she needs to be. She loves my neighbors and my family which included 2 young nieces that she is very patient and playful with. Her friends and family call her ZoeZoe. Before my mom passed she lived across the street from us and as soon as Zoey went outside she headed straight for nana's (my mom's) front door. She loved spending time with her. We all mis her My income is limited. I live alone and with some disabilities I have to limit my work hours but still maintain my home and utilities so vet care for Zoey right now is not possible for me to do. Zoey is having tooth and mouth pain and it's killing me to see her in pain.

We first met Theo in 2022 at the humane society. First look and we fell in love with his big eyes and floppy ears. We knew we had found the best brother for our other pup Leo. Once we brought Theo home there was an immediate connection between him and Leo. They have been inseparable ever since! When we first got Theo there was no medical history provided. We were unaware of his situation. We developed the knowledge of his idiopathic epilepsy in 2023 when he suddenly had his first seizure in our home. Since then it has progressively gotten worse, as its intensity and severity had progressed. Veterinarian is suggesting an MRI of his brain to see what is causing his seizures. Theo is the sweetest boy ever! He loves everyone he meets, enjoys the pets and treats. He adores and protects his little brother Leo and cuddles him when they are sleeping. He is extremely gentle with his baby sister ( my daughter). We are in need of financial assistance for Theos MRI and medical bills for hospital admission. This treatment process will help us find out what is causing his seizures. It could be anything from a tumor to multiple strokes. and MRI would help us find out what help he needs.
