Rocco is a 7 month old Mix-Breed in San Bernardino, CA, who needs $2,000 for Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt.

Rocco was adopted and is a 7 month old maltipoo and chihuahua. We were so happy to welcome Rocco into our family after losing our fur baby of 16 years. He is such a joy! In September Rocco became ill and after several tests it was discovered he had a liver shunt. We are maintaining his health temporarily with Lactulose and prescription dog food. This is only a temporary solution and needs to have surgery in January 2025. Rocco loves to play with his lamb chop. He loves fetch and tug of war. He is always excited to see new people and loves to play with other pups at obedience school or day camp. I am retired law enforcement officer. I am a lymphoma survivor. Rocco has pet insurance however not enough to cover the surgery. If Rocco does not get this surgery he will not make it. The outlook of him having the surgery is very promising.

Zena

Zena is a 1.9 year old Chihuahua in San Antonio, TX, who needs $2,000 to Help Save her Eye Sight.

I got this little girl when she was 3 months old after my little Zander passed away from pneumonia. So we named her Zena to remember little Zander as they both name with an “Z” On Nov 5th I took my little chihuahua to her vet for annual check-up and her vet said she was healthy. She received a rabies vaccine and then she started acting abnormal and vision change. Neurologist needs to do MRI to find out what is wrong. She is very special to me and my hubby. Before this unknown illness, a happy little girl full of LOVE, she would do her little prancing around the house. I would pretend I was crying and she would come to me to give me little kisses. At night she loves to go to hubby who has stage 3 cancer and give him kisses before she goes to bed. As an unexpected sudden expense with no emergency fund, the neurologist wants to do an MRI to find out what is going on with her illness. And me & my hubby want to save her eye sight before percent damage.

I lost my other baby to kidney failure and seen an add where Freyda was being sold for $100. I sold can and water bottles and scraped together the money to go get her. She was terrified. Screamed and cried when I picked her up. She was only 6 weeks old. So little and afraid of everything and everyone. That's why I named her Freyda. She was and is "fraida" everything. I take her everywhere I go. I had her spayed and she put on weight. I noticed her limping on her back leg and was terrified she got hurt while outside playing. I paid $75 to find out she has "trick knees". It is hereditary. I'm just sick. She needs xrays and maybe blood work and probably surgery. Bear Valley Animal Hospital in a Apple Valley Ca is where I took her to see Nichole Anderson. Freyda best friend is Jay. She was raised along side him. They do everything together. The three if us live in a small trailer on my sons property. We spend every moment together. They both sleep with me and follow me everywhere I go bathroom, mailbox, and outside. They are always right at my side. If I do have to leave her with anyone she cries the whole time. This is breaking my heart in two. I'm 66 years old on ssi and ssa. We barely make it as it is. I recently had to go in debt for$4500 for partial dentures. I cannot afford another bill. Freyda is my everything. She keeps me stable. I can't imagine watching her suffer and become disabled. We need each other.

My beautiful Aphrodite came into my life as my puppy I have her parents and they are perfectly fine and well taken care of all of my dogs I gave my grandmother Aphrodite and we loved her or her three years and still loving her so much since we seen her when she was first born so she is a specialdoggie in our heart she’s been with us since her First Day of Life so I just wanna give her more life She’s never had anything wrong with her she was amazing she was healthy perfectly great about week ago she was looking her crying couldn’t walk too much and we took her to the vet and they said she had IVDD and that it can only get worse for better and now we’re almost 2 weeksin and she isn’t better she’s getting worse I want to help her and give her life it hurts me and makes me sad Aphrodite is special because she helps my grandmother my grandmother is 65 years old and she helps her live she gives my grandmother life she is like my grandmothers baby she is a very well loved doggy in our home she is not just a dog she’s a Family and what makes her special is that she is the best nicest sweetest and we had her since she was First born I cannot afford thousand of dollar surgery we do get an income but it’s not sufficient enough to complete that surgery for IVDD I would really appreciate for someone help my heart is so sad it would mean so much to give her more life she deserves it

We met Mr. Cletus for the first time in November if 2022. We adopted him from a litter of pugs that were related to our other pug Scooby. Our family lives on the oregon coast. Mr Cletus was recently diagnosed with a portosystemic shunt to the liver that requires a surgical repair to return function to his liver. He has also had numerous urinary blockages in the last year requiring eventually a bladder surgery. Because of the liver shunt he is making too much ammonia which is causing him to have ammonia stones in his also have bladder blockages. Cletus has always been our special boy. He is playful and always a source for laughter with his antics in the home. He and scooby like to wrestle, play keep away with their toys and sit in the sun. He is gentle and loving with our little girl and always seems to plop his body in your lap. He loves socializing with our bunny outside and giving the mail man a hard time. Just an all around good boy Mr. Cletus has had a lot of expenses this year. He's had 4 bladder blockages and a bladder surgery that have exhausted our finances. We are heartbroken that we cant adford the surgery that could fix the root cause. Without surgery we are told he will eventually pass away.

My dog Moco has been with us for almost a year, he was a rescue from a friend of mine in Mexico. I went and got him because my friend died in a car accident and his mom could not take care of it. I went to Guadalajara and immediately fell in love with this dog. I did not know anything about Frenchies, all I heard is bad things how horrible they are and your regretted. I love this dog to the moon. When we got this dog, it was weird that he sounded more like a pig. As I stated before, I did not know anything about Frenchies. I thought they sounded like that, we got insurance for him, but insurance will not cover a “pre-existing condition.” Although he was never diagnosed with this condition. He needs to have BOAS surgery and pallet surgery. The hospital Oregon Veterinary Referral associates Now that I have him, I can imagine any other dog around my son and my family, while honoring my friend. We have another dog in the house and they both are best friends as well as 3 stray cats indoor cats are also best friends with Moco. Those cats became ours since nobody wanted them. Unfortunately I have a soft heart for animals and I can’t leave any animals out no matter what situation I am in I wasn’t expecting the insurance do not cover this. But I cannot afford over $4000. In pet surgeries, I am a teacher and I have two other jobs in order to survive, I don’t ask for much but this is one of the things I would love for Christmas.

This is BJ had got him as a Christmas gift for my son 9 years ago BJ needs surgery on his colon he has a hernia cant poop, anal area is server swollen I take him to vet to keep draining area when full. I lost my job 2 years ago currently not making the money was making so I'm in a bad spot cant afford this surgery my baby prolong is life so he can live out his glory days he is such a good dog. BJ needs surgery on his colon soon as possible so it will be corrected the tissue in his anal area has torn colon tissue that keeps twisting his cologne when he tries to poop sometimes he poops blood and vomits poop that's when I have to take him to Forestdale Veterinary Clinic they know my financial situation so they help much as they can BJ is such a baby he loves any kind of toy that lights up or squeaky, he is older but he still has a lot of kid in him very loyal he loves to sit by my feet and just stare at me until I give him a kiss kiss. he loves to ride In the car with his head out the window and loves to walk at the park but he has been in a little pain so he can't walk at the park like he used to loosing my job having to take a job making half of my income i cant afford this surgery BJ is like my little baby hurt my heart BJ stated having medical issues i thought the vet was going to put him down because i couldn`t afford his surgery i wish he could live forever

We got ember for our granddaughter that we are raising for her birthday ember has become part of our family my husband is a retired veteran with honorable discharge and were on a fixed income and my husband become so close to ember he wanted to make her his service dog Ember became sick three days ago it started with her sleeping the entire first day then the vomiting and diarrhea started we have been to two local vets with no luck they said they require payment at the time of service and me and my husband are raising our three grandchildren on a fixed income Ember is a firecracker she would grab the bottom of your pants and lay down so you would have to drag her across the floor she would always bark if she heard another dog on TV We are on a fixed income rasing three grandkids and adult son with mental illness we live in public housing.and it would mean the world to my husband and granddaughter my husband has been completely distraught he's been pacing for the last two days he is terrified

Hamilton came into our lives at 5 weeks old. A neighbor's dog had puppies and when I saw this little guy with his eyebrows my heart melted. He is 2 years old and brings joy to our lives every single day. When I get home from work he literally hugs my legs, whenI sit down he's on my lap or at my feet. His full name is Alexander Hamilton and he has my heart Hamilton first got hurt in July and spent 2 months in hobbles after luxating his hip. This past Friday it happened again only worse, both hips are out and his only option is surgery. We are getting opinions and keeping him comfortable. His best chance is a dual hip replacement which costs around $14,000 which we don't have. There is another surgery that costs closer to $5,000 that help him Ham loves his toys and his pets friends. He is my emotional support puppy and I am his emotional support person. He is a gentle giant and hides behind mommy when he gets scared. He is so affectionate and loving, he adores my 9 year old grandson and would protect him with his life. He still has so much life in him and so much love I have been a single mom for 12 years, my son graduated college and my daughter is starting back in January. I work full time and it covers expenses but nothing extra. Any and all help to save my baby bear would be appreciated, thank you all!
