Rio Rancho, NM

May, our beloved Shar-Pei, holds a special place in our hearts. She lives with me and my family, bringing joy and comfort to all of us. Among the family, my son has developed an especially strong bond with her. They are inseparable, and their connection is heartwarming to witness. Whether they’re playing in the yard or cuddling on the couch, May has become a source of happiness and companionship f May, our Shar-Pei, has been facing some serious medical issues lately. Her appetite has significantly decreased, and she’s only eating about 25% of what she normally would. On top of that, she’s been having loose stools with blood and vomiting, which has really taken a toll on her. Normally, May never has accidents inside the house, but now, because she’s feeling so unwell, she’s been unable to co May, our sweet Shar-Pei, is the heart of our family. She’s full of love and energy, with a personality that brightens our days. One of her favorite activities is playing fetch. Benji Blue

Benji Blue is a 5 year old Boxer in Las Vegas , NV, who needs $2,000 for Exploratory Surgery with Intestinal Enterotomy.

Las Vegas, NV

Benji Blue came into our lives a few months ago as a gift from a neighbor who was downsizing into an RV. His previous owners didn't care for him much, but he won our hearts instantly with his affectionate and endearing personality. Since that day, he has lived in our home as a member of our family, and grown close to all of us in his own special way. Benji entered the Green Valley Animal Hospital yesterday morning. He had been throwing up for a couple days. The doctors performed exams and labs, which showed that he has a foreign body with secondary obstruction in his intestines. He needs surgery to have it removed, or he will have to be euthanized. He is currently at the hospital awaiting a decision. Benji is the sweetest dog I've ever had. He loves to play with my 8 year old daughter Lily, and he has become a vital part of our daily routine. He loves long, lazy days on the couch with us as much as he loves going on long hikes. We call him our little shadow dog, because he follows us wherever we go. He has truly become a member of our family, and we cannot imagine our lives without him. We are, unfortunately, unable to afford this surgery. This is an unexpected expense that is outside of our means. It would mean everything to us to get our dog back. He is our child and a treasured member of the family. We will do whatever it takes to get him help.

Jax

Jax is a 6 month old Mix-Breed in Canyon , TX, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Surgery Due to Dog Attack.

Canyon, TX

Surrounded by love and care, our family is providing a haven for Jax, a courageous 7-month-old kill shelter survivor, until he finds his forever home. The past three months have witnessed Jax stealing our hearts, especially our girls, who thrive on sharing their space and showering him with love. Even in the face of adversity, Jax's unwavering resilience uplifts us, illuminating the profound impac In a heart-wrenching moment late Saturday evening, Jax's carefree playtime in the front yard with our girls was disrupted by two stray dogs that suddenly attacked, but my girls' swift reaction and my urgent intervention, yelling to scare them off, likely saved Jax's life, though he tragically lay motionless on the ground. Since being rescued from the pound, Jax has thrived on the attention from our family. He exhibits an affectionate and gentle nature, readily forming connections with everyone he meets. Notably, Jax's friendly demeanor extends to an eagerness for interaction, often manifesting in enthusiastic licking. Additionally, he delights in playing with chew toys and has developed a quirk of hiding them. Jax required emergency veterinary attention and surgery to repair esophageal injuries sustained during an attack by other dogs. Despite financial constraints, our focus is on facilitating Jax's healing and securing his long-term place within our family.
