Hailey is an itty bitty senior Chihuahua who was found stray. It's hard to imagine...but it's true! When she was picked up by animal control, off she went to the shelter. Hailey is a super lovable and grateful little foster girl. She will shower you with kisses (and despite her wretched breath)...she is impossible to resist! Don't worry...a full dental with extractions is also part of her upcoming surgery date! Food, kisses and snuggles are probably a tied when it comes to her favorite things in life! Hailey makes us laugh because among all the other dogs in her foster home...she is MUCH MUCH smaller! But she walks along side the biggest of dogs, isn't the least bit shy and will cuddle up with all the pit bulls in her foster home without a second thought of the size difference. She is no princess and is just grateful to be off the streets and safe. Hailey was pulled from the shelter by Murphy's Paw Rescue and was placed into a loving foster home. As we started the vetting process of exams, bloodwork, vaccines etc...a mammary mass was found as well as the fact that she has a low grade heart murmur. Also, her teeth are in dire need of cleaning and extractions which is important to her heart health. Hailey is safe in foster and has started the pre-surgical labs to prepare for her upcoming surgery on March 28th. In addition to bloodwork, mammary mass removals, dental and pathology is estimated to cost between $1,300-$1,800.

Gracie

Gracie is a 15 year old Dachshund in Las vegas, NV, who needs $2,000 for Physical Therapy and Chemotherapy.

Gracie was a blessing in disguise. Little did I know I need her as much as she needed me. My daughter said the fluffy one that looked like a teddy bear was the one. Gracie went home with us her new mom and dad. She went everywhere with us. If she couldn’t go in somewhere I waited in the truck with her. We had daily talks about everything. She became my most important little person. Dr Nick took some x-rays. Sent them stat to a radiologist to read. Both Dr Nick and the radiologist agreed on the x-rays and said my Gracie girl needed to see a specialist. Dr Nick sent Gracie and I to Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center. I went to the specialty. That’s when I found out Gracie had bone cancer and her hind leg needed to be amputated followed by chemotherapy. She loves to play games her favorite is to get me to follow her around in chase. At nap times she likes to burrow herself into the blankets but her favorite spot is at the top of my head in my pillow. She has had two sister kitties she adores and loves playing with and antagonizing. She loves to play games her favorite is to get me to follow her around in chase. She sleeps right above my head. I said as soon as I got the money I would call but instead I I sold something things took the money down and paid her surgery deposit. She will need physical therapy and chemo.

I took Bella from my daughter's house when she was a pup She was not safe there so I've had her for 10 yrs. She's been a healthy baby until now. She was recently diagnosed with Cancer and it is growing by the day. I am heart broken seeing her going through all that pain. I am asking for help paying her $3700 vet bill. The surgery will be to remove the cancer and get spayed at the same time. She will be getting the surgery done at Barton' Heights Veterinay hospital My Bella is a loveable cuddler. She's had 2 pregnancies so I stayed with one of her daughters They are always together playing,running around, letting us know when there are people around our premises. She spends most of her time with my son and then comes to cuddle with me. She is such a big part of our lives. I recently lost my husband so I cannot even process the thought of losing her as well I am a low income disabled mom. So I do not have the finances to save my baby. She has kept my depression and anxiety controlled and my sons adhd as well It will mean the world to me and my son to have our baby healthy again

Beans was an abandoned kitten. I took him in and he is now my baby boy. He is an indoor/outdoor kitty. He has 2 cat siblings and 2 dog siblings. He is a sweet, lovable cat. He loves to sleep by my head and he has the loudest purr. He is still just a baby and I want to give him a long, happy life. All of my animals are rescues. I cannot leave an animal in need. Beans loves to sleep on my head or under the covers. He loves his scratching posts and chasing his cat siblings. He annoys them just like a little brother. He loves to sit in the backyard and soak up the sun. He is lovable and sweet. His favorite toy is his older cat brother. He is always terrorizing him. He is scared to death of the automatic litter box. Every time it goes off, he runs for cover, even after he uses it. He likes to stalk the other animals. I have to check under the recliner before I sit down, because he hides up under it. He loves to sniff and touch my 8 month old grand baby. He will lay by her when she is on the floor playing. Beans came in one night limping on his back leg. When I tried to see what happened, he hissed and growled at me. He is very guarded with it. I took him to the vet and found out, he broke his femur from his hip joint. He needs FHO surgery as soon as possible or he will be forever in pain or lose his leg. He is still a baby. He has a whole life ahead of him. I do not make a lot of money. The vet bill is more than I can handle alone. I have tried to take out loans and get help, but my credit is not good. If Beans cannot get this surgery, I will have to put him to sleep. I do not want him to suffer but my options are limited.

Chloe, our beloved 15-year-old rescue cat, came into our lives after my daughter Sheilah found her lost during a terrible thunderstorm as a kitten. She has been a loving part of our family ever since and is now our only remaining pet. Recently, Chloe developed a bleeding tumor on her stomach. Our vet says it could be breast cancer or benign, but it must be removed and tested. Chloe has recently developed this bleeding mass on her stomach. We brought her to our Veterinarian at Lakeside Animal Hospital in Cameron, NC. We initially tried a round of antibiotics which hasn't helped. The price for the surgeryto remove this mass and get it tested is $2,691.27. My daughter Sheilah and I are doing everything we can to save our beloved Chloe. We hope youcan help us! Chloe is a lover. She welcomes all friends to our home. She will talk to us when we're all together and over the phone when one of us is away. She is such a sweetheart, everyone falls in love with her. She certainly doesn't act her age, even our Vet asked if she knows she's 15! We would be lost without her, she's such an intregal part of our family. We are forever grateful for your help! I'm on a fixed income and have recently had some unexpected expenses. To resolve these, I'm refinancing our home. This takes time and we don't know if Chloe has this much time left, without this surgery. We know she'll come through this surgery and be well again!

I adopted Lina during COVID after a chance shelter visit—it felt meant to be. She was shy but curled into my lap within minutes, and I knew she was mine. I’ve had her 7 years, and she’s my soul dog. She’s grown so much from her timid beginnings and is now incredibly loving, loyal, and never leaves my side. Her name was originally Dina but Lina was more fitting ❤️ About two years ago, Lina had a panic episode and tried to escape, breaking a canine that cost $1,500 to remove. It was scary, but I did everything I could for her. I crate trained her for safety, and she’s been okay—until yesterday. She panicked again and broke another canine, the hardest tooth to remove. You can see the severity in the attached video. She needs urgent surgery, and I need help. Even after all these years, Lina greets me like it’s the best moment of her life—whether I’ve been gone 5 minutes or 4 hours. She’s so vocal, happy, and full of love. I’ve been through so much, and she’s been by my side through it all—even when I almost lost my life. I truly don’t know what I’d do without her. I love her more than anything. This past year has been really hard—my home was destroyed during Hurricane Helene, I had to move in with my mom, and work in the restaurant industry has been slow. I don’t have anyone to turn to and can’t cover my dog’s surgery on my own.

I found Ferguson on the back porch of a friend's house in 2011. She was just a kitten. I adopted her and her two brothers. She has been my constant companion for the last 14 years. She is in a multicat household where she is the momma cat! She rules the house with an iron paw. On 2/11/25, we took Fergie to Towne Animal Clinic to see about getting a mass removed from her stomach. This mass had tested negative for cancer in April but has metastasized and spread to her lungs. She had a pleural effusion and had to have a chest tap. She had stopped eating prior to this visit but has eaten a little bit since and is on medicine for congestive heart failure as well. Ferguson is the sweetest cat. She never hisses or shows any sign of aggression. She has been a faithful companion to me for 14 years and though she gives my husband lots of side eyes she loves her spare human as well. Her favorite activity is laying on my keyboard while Im trying to work. We have been trying our best to get Fergie the help she needs but this couldn't have come at the worst time. Im a long term sub with LCPS. I had double pneumonia and a miscarriage in Sept/Oct and with all these snow days, recently, it's been rough. Lots of unpaid leave.

I have had the pleasure of being Reeses' mom hee entire life. I have had her since the day she was born. I also had her mother. Our bond is inseparable. She is a 14 year old Dachshund Chihuahua mix and the sweetest most spoiled princess. Last year we noticed a lump on Reeses' breast and our vet aspirated it to look at the cells determining it was a type of cancer. Due to her age we decided to monitor the lump as her labs came back normal and she seemed in otherwise good health. The last few months the lump has grown drastically. She still wags her tail and dances when I come home. I just want to provide a better quality of life My family adores Reeses. She is our only dog and the queen of the castle. I have had her my entire life and she is literally at my heels everywhere. Bathroom, laundry room, kitchen. And when it is time to settle for the night she patiently waits for my blanket to be laid on my lap so she can hop up and snuggle for cuddles. I am looking for assistance to remove her lump as we just bought our forever home 2 years ago using most of our savings. Then came a devastating personal legal matter that required time away from work.

When Pico was about 8 weeks old my son decided he wanted a cat, not a dog, for a pet. It so happened that a friend of mine had a momma cat with kittens. Pico was the last one and they needed him gone, so we took him. Fast forward to last week: my beloved Pico, who I now can't imagine life without got a urinary blockage. He was fading fast. I took him to the vet and now I need help paying his bill. When my son moved out at 19, the kitty stayed behind. I have 2 dogs who he has grown up with. He lays with Gypsy all the time. He sleeps on my or at my head every night. He loves me and I love him...he cuddles, he grabs my arm.or hand when I stop putting him before he us ready. He is family...my little fur kitty-boy. Pico has always been more affectionate than you'd expect from a cat, just a big ol' cuddle bug. The week before he got sick he and I were in my recliner. He was sitting on the arm with his face buried in my armpit. I moved my arm a bit away from him and he grabbed my both front paws and pulled my arm back toward him, like he was saying, "Don't leave me!" Late last week I noticed him acting out of his norm. The only time I had seen him do this before was months before, when he had a UTI. So, I was worried. I emptied his litter box so I could keep an eye on his urine output. At 3am, about 12ish hours in, he'd had zero output. By 7:30am, when I called the vet, he was just laying in the floor in his room, kind of lethargic. I thought I was going to lose my baby boy. I haven't worked in a while, so there isn't any wiggle room for emergencies in life right now. He is getting help, but help costs. Opelika Animal Hospital in Opelika AL was a God-send in a desperate moment. They've given him life!
