My Turkish Angora is Kayisi, I decided to name her a Turkish name as I had other Turkish Angoras that were also named based on their breed origin. Her name means apricot and since she is an orange, auburn red color it suits her. She was meant to be in the breeding pool but had a bit of a catitude and it was decided she would be adopted out as a pet. I've had her since she was about a year old. My little red girl is about 10 years old now and she never would let me brush her teeth I've tried several times but she's a bit headstrong and also a bit of a biter. So now she has some dental disease that requires surgery. We have gotten assistance for medical needs before but dental is never covered. She's at great risk with this infection and will be treated at Sierra Oaks veterinary hospital. Kayisi is a terribly smart little feline. She's a triple whammy when it comes to rarity. Being that she is a female red tabby. And of course a Turkish Angora which is also quite a rare breed. She loves to ride in the car. Walks on her leash and harness and escapes from said harness in order to catch a mouse here and there. She tolerates my boy cat; Augustine sometimes grooming and cuddling him. I had some health problems a few years back with Lyme disease and also leaving my abusive ex-husband. I have been able to make ends meet except for the occasional emergency and since dental isn't covered and now very expensive I am asking for assistance. Thank you! 😺

Saint is a two-year-old Golden Doodle, full of life and energy. We adopted him six months ago, and from the moment we saw his photo, we knew he would steal our hearts. Saint loves running, going on car rides, and digging the biggest holes imaginable. His joyful spirit and endless energy have made him an irreplaceable part of our family, and we can't imagine our lives without him. Our 2-year-old Golden Doodle, Saint, was hit by a truck on Tuesday, October 8 while our family was finishing installation of storm shutters on our home in prep for Hurricane Milton. Saint ran across our driveway and hit by the truck who did not stop to even check to see if he was okay. We are incredibly fortunate he is still with us. Blue Pearl Orlando was able to save his leg. Saint is truly the heart of our family—a fun-loving, energetic, and happy giant Golden Doodle who can melt anyone’s heart with just one look. His bright, joyful presence makes him impossible not to love. He never meets a stranger and makes fast friends with everyone he encounters. Whether he’s following us from room to room, laying in our laps despite his size, or enthusiastically digging holes. Financial help for Saint’s surgery would greatly benefit our family, as our emergency funds have been depleted. His surgery was essential for his quality of life, and the financial strain is a challenge. Any assistance would help us focus on his recovery.

3 1/2 years ago, my aunt tree was looking for a pet, And a friend of mine had posted that she had A accidental litter of dogs and was looking to rehome them. That’s when I let my aunt know and she ended up going that day and getting Hulk. She loved him For three years sadly, my aunt passed away 2 1/2 months ago leaving Behind Hulk, Naturally, I took Hulk in, Just two days ago, Hulk became suddenly ill, struggling to keep food down. A visit to the vet revealed the distressing news: he had ingested something dangerous, possibly metal or bone, The vet said They need to do dog exploratory surgery immediately which would cost Up to $1500 Hulk is very special to me because he is all I have left of my aunt. He’s only three years old and he has so much more life to live. He so funny and loving, Loud when he hast to be for such a tiny guy, he only weigh 5 pounds But he has been so amazing since she’s been here and I love him and I can’t imagine anything bad happening to him September 5, I was laid off, It would mean the world to me if anybody would help for him to be healthy again he’s so tiny and I know he’s not feeling good. He has an eaten in two days. Water would truly be amazing if you could help. Thank you.

Meiling lives with me in an apartment in Tarpon Springs, FL. I am a disabled veteran and she is my emotional support pup. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old and she is everything to me. I was recently told by my vet (Westlake Animal Hospital in Tarpon Springs FL) that she needs dental care that includes cleaning and 2 possible extractions. Meiling has allergies so financially it has been difficult for me to afford care for her. I am on a very fixed income. The vet says she needs to have her teeth cleaned and two extractions and with my limited income and the 2 hurricanes we have just had it has been even more financially difficult. She’s my best buddy and I want to keep her healthy as long as I can. She is everything to me. Meiling is adorable. She is smart and loving and she loves my son and I very much and gives us so much joy. She loves to play (especially with my son). I just adore her and want her to be healthy. In 2019 someone tried to break in my home and she woke me up at 4 am so that I could call the police. She’s such a special friend to me and I want to take care of her as much as she takes care of me. I live in FL and we just had two hurricanes which have put a financial strain on me on my very fixed income. I get VA disability and social security and with the cost of everything even a small amount like this (veterinarian says $550 ) is out of my reach right now.

My husband and I had Jameson planned in 2020. My husband Chris suddenly passed away on the day our Jameson was born July 25 2020. It was a shocked for me. I ended up getting Jameson on my own. I decided to make him my psychiatry therapy dog. He is absolutely the perfect dog. I have PTSD and anxiety. We still live in the same house that my husband passed in. I am blessed every day with Jameson Dr. Ernie from veterinary orthopaedic and mobility center VOMC in Saint augustine fl is absolutely fantastic he has already fixed both of Jamesons elbow displalhia before he was 7 months old. Then in 2022 he had yey another surgery this time for his left hip displalhia. Yet Jameson never complained once. Now his right one needed fixing. Hopefully the last surgery for him. Fingers crossed Jameson is in Love with tennis balls all sizes. He will roll it back to you so you can throw it to him over and over all day long. He loves the water and fetching huge rocks from underwater is yet another favorite. He very compassionate he always knows when someone is sad. He can stay outside in the sun all day. He is wonderful with my two grandsons honestly with anyone he's just perfect I am disabled not supposed to lift anything over 10 pounds. I am still struggling to find a real job since my husband passed in 2020. I just want Jameson better without stressing about financial problems

When my son was 15, He said he really want to have a dog. He love pet a lot. So we decided to go to the shelter to check it out. The first time we have been in the dog shelter. We saw Bobo and we love it, so we adopt it on the same day we take him to pet vet because it had a lumb on his leg. The doctor he had a cancer and it need to be removed. We really cant afford the surgery because it about between 4k to 5k. We had the pet for about 7 years. we love it, it really fun to be with the dog. We take it to a lot places with us. beach. park we walk with it every day. we really enyoy it. It would be really it we lost him The surgery would cost about 4-5k. We really can not afford. it at all. It would really helpful if we can do the surgery and have the healhy dog again. we really enjoy walking, playing with the dog.

Crackers is a 9 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Cleveland, TN, who needs $2,000 for Critical Emergency Care.

Crackers is a rescue who came to us in a little bit of an odd way. She was hit by a car as a puppy and was abandoned at a vet's office. When the vet saw her, they treated her incl. surgery and took her to the ASPCA. We found her there after many months of her being shown to multiple people who wouldn't take her because of her scar. We found her and fell in love immediately. She has been home since She was outside on a potty break and something caught her attention. She was found standing in our yard a few minutes later, bleeding and disoriented. We think she may have been trying to get to the pups and someone hit her, but we can't be sure. We only know that she is hurting and was rushed to Animal Emergency and Specialty in Chattanooga, TN. She has extensive damage to her trachea and lungs. Crackers is the most docile, loving, and affectionate dog we have ever had. She loves her family and especially kids. We have three other dogs who take their queues from her. She plays with the puppy and is mom to another who we adopted a few years after we adopted crackers. Her boyfriend is my mother's Chihuahua/corgi mix weighing 15lbs. She is our baby, even though she is our oldest. This came at the wrong time for us as we have depleted our emergency fund to cover unexpected repairs and adjusting our home to allow for home care. We now have to come up with a way pay this and to rebuild our fund while caring for an Alzheimer's patient.

Shiola came into my life in June 2016 when she was 6 months old. She has been an expert siezure detection dog since 2017. She has been my life saver and service dog since 2018. She is loved by so many. She has 1 human brother, 1 human sister and 1 cat sister. Shiola was seen after hours at the vet (baseball sized mass). She was placed on 3 medications. The mass went from baseball sized to dime sized on the outside but the mass is currently still inside her body & needs removed by surgery. She sees Dr. Michael Wolfe at Eastside Animal Center Shiola loves people & other animals. She saved my life back in 2017 after she started letting me know I was going to have a siezure. If it wasn't for her, I would have never went to the doctor & I wouldn't have found out I have epilepsy. Shortly after she became my service dog. She is loved & now it's my turn to give back to her by helping her get the surgery she needs to get better. Shiola hasn't had any health issues since I've had her. She's had the basic wellness checks & required vaccines throughout her life up until now. Now she needs surgery to remove this mass. Removing this mass, gives her a second chance to save lives again. Please help!

Current living situation with Mom at a Homeless shelter. Mom and Gizmo have been at shelter since 01/06/2023. Gizmo is 12 years old and has been with mom since birth. Gizmo is more than a service dog and EMS to Mom and is an important part of Mom's life. Gizmo is currently due for a surgery relating to Perianal adenomas which is a slow-growing, and sometimes painful masses that grown around the "anus." Gizmo is a well-trained companion who is kind to other dogs and highly protective of mom. Gizmo loves to express himself by standing on his hind legs and dancing. Gizmo also loves attention from new people and always accepts pets and scratches! Currently homeless and residing at a Homeless shelter. I cannot afford the surgery expenses that is coming out to $1,569.70 while also having other major expenses to take care of.
