Zoey Mama

Zoey Mama is a 2 year old Mix-Breed in Midlothian, TX, who needs $2,000 for Surgery Revisions, Diagnostics, Medicine.

Midlothian, TX • New Life Cat Rescue

Zoey was found as a stray—bleeding, exhausted, and clinging to life with five newborns. A Good Samaritan rushed her to Veterinary Emergency Group (Dallas, TX), where she defied the odds and survived a risky surgery. Despite multiple post surgery complications, she’s attempting to heal in foster care, fiercely devoted to her babies and fighting for the chance to raise them. Zoey, a stray mom cat, was brought to VEG ER for Pets (Dallas) by a Good Samaritan with a prolapsed uterus, dehydration, and anemia. Despite surviving emergency surgery, her incision rapidly reopened twice with deep infection, requiring two more ER visits and emergency repairs to keep her from sepsis. Bacterial cultures were sent out as well in hopes to narrow down why this is happening. Zoey is an incredible mom—gentle, attentive, and deeply bonded to her babies. Even after surgery, she struggles to rest unless they’re nearby. She lights up during cuddle visits and watches over them lovingly. Her devotion shows just how special and strong she truly is. Intaking Zoey has turned into spending 16+ hours in ER and $1500 in revisions - not counting follow ups. We’re out of funds and facing more costs. Your support helps Zoey heal, stay with her babies, and finally rest. Every donation keeps this little family together!

30 Lives in Just Days: Help New Life Cat Rescue Save Them All

Midlothian, TX • New Life Cat Rescue

In just a matter of days, New Life Cat Rescue has taken in over 30 vulnerable, sick, and abandoned kittens—all in desperate need of medical care, love, and safety. This wasn’t planned. It wasn’t expected. But the rescue said yes—because their lives depended on it. Here’s what the team is facing: 🐾 14 sick babies were rescued from a rural property where cats are routinely dumped. With no intervention, the population had exploded—roughly 30 adult cats and these 14 kittens now needed urgent help. New Life Cat Rescue is working to TNR (trap-neuter-return) the adults while giving the kittens immediate medical attention and care. 🐾 Another 12 kittens came from a separate property overwhelmed by unfixed barn cats. That population, too, has grown to over 20 adults—who will now be TNR’d. The kittens are now in New Life’s care, being vetted and prepped for adoption. 🐾 Three bottle babies arrived from a small local shelter without the means to care for them. Without intervention, they wouldn’t have survived. 🐾 And then came two more—a kitten found alone in someone’s yard with a severe upper respiratory infection, and another tiny soul found sick and abandoned outside. Both are now safe, being treated, and finally receiving the love they’ve always deserved. Your donation can help New Life Cat Rescue continue providing the urgent medical care and love these vulnerable cats so desperately need.

Resilient Little Patches: Help Her Heal From a Heartbreaking Attack

Midlothian, TX • New Life Cat Rescue

This precious girl is Patches — a soft, gentle one-year-old soul who has already endured more pain than most cats ever should. She was living as a stray when tragedy struck: Patches was attacked by a dog and left with a severely broken leg. Thankfully, a kind-hearted person found her and rushed her to safety. Patches is now in the loving care of New Life Cat Rescue, but she still has a long road ahead. After being examined, the heartbreaking news came in: her leg is too damaged to save. To give Patches the pain-free, joyful life she deserves, her leg will need to be amputated. She's currently on pain medication and antibiotics to keep her stable, but surgery is urgent. Despite everything, Patches is still full of love and such a sweetheart. She purrs when you pet her and leans into affection like she's finally found safety. Every dollar brings Patches closer to a life without pain — and the chance to run, jump, and play like every cat should, even on three legs. Please help New Life Cat Rescue give Patches the second chance she deserves!

Help Romeo Heal: Give This Brave Kitten a Future Full of Love

Midlothian, TX • New Life Cat Rescue

Romeo is a six-month-old kitten who has endured more than any little one should. Rescued from a small shelter in South Dallas, this sweet soul was struck by a car, leaving him with a severe inguinal hernia—his bowels are protruding through—and a badly broken femur. Despite the immense pain he's facing, Romeo is fighting to stay strong. He needs urgent medical care: a hernia repair surgery, and a separate surgery to amputate his broken leg. These procedures are his only chance at recovery, but they come with significant costs. Through all of this, Romeo's spirit remains unbroken. He's an insanely sweet and aggressively affectionate kitten, loving and trusting those who care for him, despite the suffering he's been through. He deserves a chance to live the full and happy life he was meant for. Each donation, no matter how small, will help us get one step closer to giving Romeo the life he deserves—one free from pain and full of love. Your generosity will give him the fighting chance he needs, and will help us find him a forever home where he can thrive.

Help Marla Mend Her Broken Bones and Heart

Midlothian, TX • New Life Cat Rescue

Marla's past is a bit of a mystery, but one thing is clear - this sweet soul has suffered immense trauma. She was found with bleeding maggot-filled open wounds and her mouth would not close. New Life Cat Rescue spent two days working to safely trap Marla who was in immense pain, terrified, and struggling to survive on the streets. They were determined to help Marla no matter how long it took to gain her trust. X-rays confirmed that Marla's jaw was severely broken but, unfortunately, there was more bad news. She also had broken ribs and a pelvic fracture - injuries that are consistent with being hit by a car. Marla will need intensive care and monitoring, pain management, hand feeding, constant vet rechecks, and may need jaw and pelvic surgery. New Life Cat Rescue knows Marla's road to recovery will be long and difficult, but they are committed to giving Marla her best chance at a new life. Please consider donating to help Marla receive the intensive care she desperately needs.

Artie

Artie is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Midlothian, TX, who needs $2,000 for Urinary Blockage Treatment, Hospitalization, and Sterilization.

Midlothian, TX • New Life Cat Rescue

* New Life Cat Rescue * Artie was found unable to walk and dragging his back legs, crying for help. New Life Cat Rescue was contacted by a bystander who knew this poor thing needed immediate help. Knowing something was seriously wrong, New Life Cat Rescue rushed him to the vet. They discovered he had a massive urinary blockage and crystals in his bladder. The vet pulled 300ml of urine out and was shocked his bladder hadn't ruptured. Despite being in immense pain, Artie's disposition remained loving and sweet throughout everything. He was even showing off his biscuit making skills while getting a catheter!! Artie is scheduled for additional diagnostics such as x-rays and bloodwork and has a long journey ahead to a full recovery. New Life Cat Rescue is committed to making sure he gets back to full health. Please consider donating to help make this possible. Update: Artie is making INCREDIBLE progress! He is doing great at his underwater treadmill therapy and his mobility is getting better every day. Artie even startled his foster mom by jumping onto a cat tree! He is getting stronger every day and no longer needs weekly appointments but has now graduated to chiropractic adjustments every 3 weeks.
