Baby Jesse
Baby Jesse is a Pit bull puppy in Simi Valley, CA, who needs $2,000 for surgery to repair broken elbow.

Jesse is a 4 month old puppy who found herself in a shelter, moments from being euthanized. Her owner was a homeless man in Bakersfield, California who was arrested and Jesse was transferred to the local shelter. As fate had it, Jesse was diagnosed a broken paw. "The shelter would prefer to spend $8 to euthanize a dog instead of fixing its paw", Mark R., founder of So Cal Pit Bull Rescue stated. He was asked to take the pup into his care, which he did without hesitation. A 90 minute drive to the shelter to save a dog's life is not out of the ordinary for Mark's team. Jesse is now the most fun-loving, rambunctious puppy you've ever met. Rest and recuperation aren't going to be easy with this little one! So Cal Pit Bull Rescue needs your help to pay for her incredibly expensive surgery. Any donation will help! With rest and a lot of TLC, Jesse is expected to make a full recovery. When she's in the clear, she will be spayed and her umbilical hernia (as though she doesn't have enough with her broken elbow!) will be repaired. So Cal Pit Bull Rescue only adopts out their pups after all follow ups are cleared, and the dogs have been spayed or neutered. So Cal Pit Bull Rescue had to go through 3 different emergency hospitals until finally one was available with an orthopedic surgeon. Sweet Jesse was diagnosed with a broken elbow, a difficult break to repair. She was scheduled for surgery the following day, and had to be kept sedated and on meds to control the pain she was experiencing overnight.

Sedona is a 3-year-old Golden Labrador in Maricopa, AZ, who needs $2,000 for Cyst Removal of Mammory.

I found this dog alone in the Arizona desert. I took her into my home. I started to notice that her nipple was enlarged. I took her to my vet and she did a needle sample test on the site. It came back not showing cancer but a biopsy was never done. We have a Cairn Terrier and they both get along well. The are best buddies. Sedona has adapted well to being in our home. I don't know much about her as she was a stray. I think she was abandoned when the owner saw what was wrong with her. I love her sweet way in the house and desperately want to help her. This is an unexpected cost and I have to pay my own bills. I just don't have extra cash to afford this. I had my hours cut due to covid. I am in healthcare and due to a lack of clients afraid to come in my hours are limited. I never want to see any animal suffer. I asked the vet if I could make payments and the vet declined. I don't have that kind of cash. I need help. I love animals. This dog is loyal, protective and sweet natured. She loves toys, we call them her babies. She walks all over the house with them in her mouth and protects them as though they were real. She picks one favorite toy a day and it is the cutest thing to see. She makes me smile and fills my heart with happiness

Lulu is an angel sent straight from heaven. I adopted her shortly before my 17 year old Dakota passed away. We drove 3 hours to get her she is truly my angel. She is so sweet and lovable. Adores people and squeaks friendly squeaks when she sees people and goes nuts over her trashmen friends who give her treats every week. She even sings with her brother Thor She has a puppy brother Thor and a kitty brother Kneival. I am her mom and she has her human brother William. She is the sunshine on any day and brings everyone so much joy. She loves to eat and ding and play with her brothers and she is best friends with her neighbors Molly and Storm. She is an active pup and loves to chew on stuff she is not supposed too. I am single I work a full time job. I have no money saved especially for emergencies. I am exhausting all options and this was suggested by Med Vet themselves. So payments can be made straight to the account so you know your donation is going straight to the bill. Lulu was at camp over the weekend and got overly excited and fell at camp. She broke her femur just above the knee joint. Medvet in Girard Ohio took care of her and stabilized her til we could get her back to Pittsburgh where she awaits surgery. We were told she should make a full recovery especially being young and resilient. We do hope that amputation is not an option. Prayers are needed. She makes us smile everyday. I always take pics and videos of her especially her singing. Thor absolutely adored his little sister and she rules the roost. My coworkers say they all need a little Lulu to brighten their day. She truly makes me smile and my heart burst with pride. We love her so much she is truly our family.
Tres
Tres is a six-week-old Domestic Shorthair kitten in Gatesville, TX, who needs $463 for critical surgery.

As a paramedic, Josh B. is used to crises, handling emergencies, and rushing to the rescue--- but what happened earlier this month even shocked him! "I was driving with my two daughters, and we heard a noise," Josh tells Waggle. "We turned the radio down, and we kept hearing the noise. I had my daughters turn their phones down. Then we heard meowing." Josh pulled the car over, jumped out, and opened the hood. He was stunned to find a kitten with a terribly injured tail and leg in the engine compartment. "I was worried because he wasn't moving. Then I saw him move a little bit and he fell out of the car, then took off running! Knowing he was injured, I could not leave him like that. So we found him in the bushes. We got him!" The family then took a detour to Bar N Veterinary Clinic and got the kitten immediate help. "The vet said his leg is badly broken, and his tail won't heal. He needs them both amputated," Josh says. Josh and his daughters fell in love with this kitten who came into their lives so unexpectedly. They plan on adopting him and making him a member of their family, but they didn't budget for a surprise surgery bill. "Since I'm a paramedic, my daughters expect me to be able to fix things, but we're having trouble coming up with the money," he says. As Josh contemplated what to do, he says the animal hospital suggested he create a fundraising campaign on Waggle to help pay for the kitten's surgery. Now Josh is hoping Waggle's generous donors will help Tres get the assistance he needs so he can live happily ever as an indoor cat, that way he won't end up under the hood of a car ever again. "You have to have compassion for life, even if it is a stray kitten," he says. "Thank you for giving him a chance. This little guy has a true will to survive."
Shohei
Shohei is a three-year-old Pit Bull in Huntington, WV, who needs $1,300 for spinal injury diagnosis and care.

For months poor Shohei was confused, frustrated, and unable to walk. Heather A., the president of One by One Animal Advocates, tells Waggle she was shocked when she heard the dog's backstory. "One of the shelters we work with contacted us. We were told he had owners, but he was hit by a car, and they never sought medical care. They kept him and, two months later, surrendered him to the shelter. He had no use of his back legs," Heather says. The nonprofit group took him in immediately. Heather says she was even more stunned to learn after all Shohei has been through, he has an incredible zest for life. "His story itself is devastating, and once you meet Shohei, it's more devastating because he's the happiest, most loving dog." One by One Animal Advocates rushed Shohei to the Proctorville Animal Clinic for a complete medical workup and X-rays to diagnose his injuries. "Shohei had to be sedated for his X-rays because he was wiggling around and licking everyone. He was so happy to be pet, get love and attention," Heather says. The X-rays revealed the trauma from being struck by the car caused two discs in his back to smashed together. Sadly, he cannot walk, and there is no treatment or surgery to fix his injury, but Shohei is not in pain. Knowing Shohei has so much enthusiasm for life, the group decided to see how he would do using some assistance to get around. "We have a temporary cart that was donated to us. It doesn't quite fit him, but we wanted to see if he'd accept it. Not only does he accept it, he's thrilled with it. When he sees the cart, he starts wiggling. He knows how much it changes his life," Heather adds. "When he's in it, he runs. The vet techs have to race to keep up with him. He plays ball. He goes out for ice cream socials. He's a perfect cart candidate." One by One Animal Advocates specializes in saving sick and injured dogs and relies 100% on donations. They're hoping to be able to pay all of Shohei's veterinary bills so they can continue to help him, and all the other animals they rescue. "To be given an opportunity to see Shohei be a dog again just makes me cry," Heather says. "He is one of those dogs that proves how resilient animals are how they make the best of their situation. With your donations, we will have the ability to turn this tragedy into a happy outcome."
Cesar
Cesar is a 5-year-old Pitbull in Tampa, FL, who needs $1,500 for tumor removal.

Kazzandra R. is devastated. Their family dog, Cesar, needs critical medical care, but it's something they can't afford because they've fallen on hard times. Cesar was just admitted to the North Bay Animal Hospital after a tumor on his back burst and caused an infection. "If it ruptures again, it could kill him the young age of five years old," Kazzandra tells Waggle. "I'm worried because there's a possibility this could be cancerous." Kazzandra lost her job due to COVID and is trying to get a new one. Her husband has been struggling to support their family and has a special bond with Cesar. "He saved my husband's life. My husband fell homeless before he met me, and all he had was Cesar," Kazzandra says. "Still, my husband didn't surrender him (to a shelter) and did all he could to make sure he was fed and happy." The couple tells Waggle that Cesar is the glue to their marriage, and he was instrumental in how they met and fell in love. "We both took our dogs on our first date and fell in love immediately. So did our dogs," Kazzandra adds. "Cesar is a huge lover. He has never been aggressive despite his breed and is the most caring and calm dog I've ever met." When the family learned about the cost of Cesar's medical bills, they were faced with economic euthanasia, putting down their beloved dog because they could not afford his veterinary treatment. Instead, they turned to Waggle, and now they hope compassionate animal lovers will help Cesar. "He deserves a long and happy life instead of being euthanized," Kazzandra says. "He is a fighter. He's given us hope despite his condition, and we feel like we owe it to him to fight for him."
Wiggles
Wiggles is a 1-year-old Lab mix in Oklahoma City, OK, who needs $1,100 for Orthopedic plate and screws to stabilize bone.

I posted a campaign for wiggles and sadly I just don't have the social media following for this to work for her. She has re injured her leg. I'm looking for someone that can help her cause I can't. She goes back to the vet next week and I will be told she needs more surgery I can not do it I lost my car and can't work to pay the first surgery loan it breaks my heart to look at her She is a ball of energy and that's why the screws and plate have come loose her leg is bulging and she's in pain this is a last effort to save her life I don't want to let her go she's a special girl. I can't have her put down with out trying to find her someone who will help. I can't find anyone to help me maybe you might find it in your heart to help her Paid for first surgery with loan car was in shop and previous mechanic ripped me off for $600 in parts lost car cause I couldn't pay the second shop because I got loan for her surgery. She needs another surgery or be put down. Someone please save her not for me for her She broke her femur bone and a plate a screws were used to fix it because of her age I thought she would heal but in fact because of her age she is too hyper to mend. I have no means for anymore medical expenses, lost my car and part time job because of no car. Its going to take me a year to pay off the first surgery loan on my income I said in the other post what she does and means to me but being on disability i shouldn't own a emotion support dog if I can't pay her vet bill. I've come to terms with this horrible choice I don't want to loose her but I can't give her a life with the money issues and my PTSD she deserves a better life I will never own another emotion support dog again. I don't have the means to take care of
Rickie
Rickie is a two-year-old Australian Cattle Dog in Mount Vernon, WA, who needs $2,000 for an MRI.

From the moment Pacific Northwest Cattle Dog Rescue saved Rickie, she has limped and had trouble walking. The reason why remains a mystery, and now the rescue needs your help to find out answers. "She's a spunky quintessential cattle dog. She's obsessed with fetch, which is difficult with her mobility issues," Marie A., with the nonprofit group, tells Waggle. "She wants to run. We want to get her close to having that life she deserves." The sweet dog and her pup were originally dumped in Texas during the devastating winter storm that hit the state earlier this year. "You never know what you're getting into when you rescue a dog, but we didn't think twice when we learned they were in need," Marie says. Rickie is now living in a foster home in Washington. She needs an MRI at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle to help her medical team diagnosis what's going on. "She doesn't appear to be in pain, but her mobility issues slow her down," Marie adds. "We need the scan to get the information and figure out does she need surgery or supportive therapy." The outlook for Rickie is very positive, and once her medical issue is figured out, she will be up for adoption. "She’s settled in beautifully with her foster family and their two resident dogs," Marie says. "She loves hanging out in the backyard and going on leash walks with the rest of the family. Rickie has already been on a couple of boat rides in Puget Sound. She loved it!" Please help Rickie get the scan she needs. "She's got a strong spirit," Marie adds. "She's a brave dog, that's for sure."
Shelby
Shelby is a 1-year-old German Shepherd Mix in Moorhead, MN, who needs $120 for Spay.

Shelby was rescued from a family that had 2 accidental litters at the same time. We brought her home at 8 wks old & fell in love with her! We took her to puppy check up visits & puppy 1 on 1 training classes. We're now in socialization puppy training classes to teach her to be more mellow around puppies & people. She's an excited young puppy that loves to hug you! Especially if you have treats! Shelby has a favorite toy. A chewed up cucumber or pickle that she loves to squeak! She loves to run outside and play fetch. Or keep away if you can't catch her! 😀 She does well at potty training as long as she's outside often. She sleeps in her kennel at night time. This is her safe place as well as ours. She takes time outs there as well. She'll let you know when she has to go potty by whining. As some of you may already know I started a part time job. This has been great. But it's not enough to supplement my RSDI I'm on to cover the basic bills of the house including having extended family living with me that would otherwise be homeless. We took Shelby to all of her vet appts since she was 8 weeks old. I also just recently took her to a microchip clinic that was only $25. She handles appts like a champ and gets excited to see people! Since all the visits I have used up my finding to get her spayed. I would like to take her to Minn-Kota Paaws for the surgery. This will cost $120. They don't have scholarships at this time. Shelby is fun loving and energetic. She loves to great you at the door with a jump and a hug. Yes we're working on the jumping part. She'll dance with you too! It's so cute when she puts he4 paws on your arms and just sways back and forth. When you leave she'll jump on the back of the couch to watch you go. She's almost like a cat that way. Maybe learning from our kitties in the house!
