Sofia I rescued about 13 years ago fr am elderly woman who couldn’t take care of her and was going to have her euthanized instead of rehoused her - I saw her ad 3 times and asked for her all 3 times but 2 times someone was on the way to get her - the 3rd time was the charm and I knew she’d be a forever pet for us. I’ve rescued and rehoused another dog b4 but Sofia special to me Sofia is funny and silly - she loves to run and play and lay in the sun and dig holes and run after squirrels she’s just a comfort to anyone she sees sad and we’ve been blessed to have found her She eats her food in circles and can’t howl so she does her own lil song when her lil bro howls - she’s loyal and protective and will put herself first to save you We just found out a growth she has could be cancerous and the cost is more than we can handle She’s got a ball the size of a baseball on her left shoulder that when we had checked was told not to worry about it cause it’s not attached to anything and was fatty - the ball has burst and is infected now and when I brought her to an emergency vet they say it’s cancerous and needs to be removed I’ve lost my job due to health issues and had to move in with family to survive- my husbands sick as well and I’m and out of the hospital so financially we’re really struggling - I just want my dog who’s like my daughter yo be healthy and cancer free

Eros came into our lives when he was 8 months old due to a friend not being able to keep him. He was a gift to us from the very beginning and he has been with us ever since. He was originally named Oreo but never responded to the name. Our then 4 year old decided to name him after love, we first thought cupid but that was just not it so we then named him Eros like the god of Love. Eros is what we like to call a free husker:) he loves tailing behind you, giving you his tap dance, and big bewildered smile. His true home is where ever you are. He loves children, people, any animal, and anything that will give him free scratches. Eros is our crazy pup he loves chasing his tail in his free time, doing his while husker tap dance, and giving you his big goofy smile and showing off his big beautiful sky blue eyes. Whenever he lays down he loves to stuff is cute little nose in his tail and cross his legs like a gentleman. Our husker needs your help he has broken both his font legs and requires surgery urgently, unfortunately we lost our home recently and have little to no income. Aloma Jancy Animal Hospital (Dr, Roman Pilip) has gratefully helped us with discounting his surgery to $4,722.50 instead of 7k. Unfortunately we lost our home recently and have little to no income. It would trully mean everything to have Eros treated and back to his normal self.
