Sophia
Sophia is a 5 month old Pomeranian in Lynnwood, WA, who needs $7,000 for Complex Fracture Surgery.
Lynnwood, WA
Sophia is so loved and saved my oldest daughter’s mental health. My oldest has challenges with her social life and Sophia has become her best friend. She brings joy to all of our family. She loves to run, play outside and she is very friendly. Please help Sophia continue to thrive and any donations would really be appreciated. Sophia has a complex fracture on her left leg that requires a very expensive surgery. She hurt her leg playing indoors and the surgery cost is between 5000 and 7500 dollars. She has pain meds and wrappings but it will not heal her leg, the surgery is mandatory. My Sophia is a big part of our family and she is so affectionate. She loves cuddles, to lick your face and play time. Shes enjoys zoomies and playing fetch. She’s enjoys her quiet time also. She’s adventurous, loves walks, exploring outdoors. and playing with children. I work full time but with children rent and other bills we can’t afford the surgery. It would mean the world to my family and especially my daughter to help fund the surgery for her emotional support dog and also her best friend who means the world to us.

Pele
Pele is a 2 year old American Shorthair in Gold Bar, WA, who needs $2,000 for Femoral Head Ostectomy.
Gold Bar, WA
We adopted Pele from a rescue when he was just 5 months old. The moment we saw him, we knew he was the one. He had been a sick little kitten, so the rescue cared for him a bit longer and nursed him back to health before he finally came home with us. Pele injured himself after running across the house and jumping onto his cat tree. He began limping immediately and avoided putting weight on his leg. X-rays confirmed a femur fracture that requires a surgery call femoral head ostectomy. Our veterinarian at Twin Pines Animal Hospital referred us to the Animal Surgical & Orthopedic Center, where Pele has a consultation on 9/17 Pele is a the sweetest boy, he loves to curl up on our chests for snuggles and has the loudest purr. He has two kitty companions that he absolutely adores, and the three of them are inseparable. They spend their days running, playing, and gently pestering one another—true best friends who bring endless joy to each other. We just lost our yorkie in July, she went though a major medical battle before she passed, it drained us financially. We are still grieving that loss and now we are facing another battle with Pele. We are needing some help to get through the heaviness of it all.

Freya
Freya is a 3 year old Perro de Presa Canario in Seattle, WA, who needs $2,000 for TPLO Surgery.
Seattle, WA
Freya was adopted from the Seattle Humane Society in January of 2022. She is a cuddly sweetheart that is an extremely loved part of our family. Family consists of 5 people, one other god named Melvin and 3 cats. Freya is overall in great health and has historically enjoyed lots of hiking and playing. She is a mix breed - mastiff type, retriever and pit bull (according to her DNA test results) Limp after walks in 2024 led to consult at Animal Surgical & Orthopedic Center in Shoreline, WA - led to TPLO surgery in 2/2025 with full recovery. Was known the other leg would at some point need same surgery - on 6/23/2025 during a mild play session in yard she yelped and now no longer puts weight on her other rear leg (non surgery leg). Have a consult scheduled, but expect to need TPLO again. She is special because she is a part of our family and we all love her completely. She is a cuddler, consummate wiggler and all around happy girl. She interacts as an integral part of our family with everyone. My daughter Scarlett has a very close relationship with her. Her dog brother Melvin is her best buddy. She's perfect. Single income family for past 12yrs. Son with autism making child care options difficult. Falling behind - just did TPLO on other leg past February. Depleted savings and income diminished due to some work/life changes. Hoping for more time before next TPLO, but needs now

Rocket
Rocket is a 5 year old American Shorthair in Port Angeles , WA, who needs $2,000 for Open Reduction of the L Femur.
Port Angeles, WA
Rocket found us 4 days ago about ready to pass out from dehydration and malnutrition. He was lethargic and swaying back and forth while sitting. He looked very thin and just wasn't right. Rocket went to the vent the next day after he showed up for the malnutrition and a limp. Xrays showed a bullet superficially in his abdomen and a complete fracture/shattered left femur due to the bullet impact. It's unknown when he was shot. Rocket has used up a couple of his lives despite starvation and being shot. We bonded immediately. He showed zero fear and immediately approached at the rattle of crunchies in a stainless bowl. He is the most vocal cat I've seen in a long time. When walking by him he always has a meow for you and a head rub. Quite amazing to me given the severity of his condition. As we all know, vets need their money up front. Well, Rockets surgery bill is 7-8 thousand dollars up front. I don't have that kind of lump sum payment. I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income. It's beyond frustrating not being able to get Rocket repaired right away.
