Help Chase get X-rays & Bloodwork — Albany, GA

Albany, GA

My sweet Yorkie, Chase, is so much more than just a pet—he is my family, my little companion, and a huge part of my heart. He has the biggest personality packed into his tiny body. He is loving, playful, affectionate, and has a little bit of that classic Yorkie sass that makes everyone who meets him smile. He loves being close to me, following me around, cuddling, and making sure he is always part of whatever I’m doing. His little personality has brought so much happiness and comfort into my life, and it is heartbreaking to see him struggling now. I am doing everything I can to get him the medical care he needs, but the cost of his treatment has become more than I can manage on my own. I’m asking for help from anyone who is willing to donate, share, or simply keep my little guy in their thoughts. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to getting him the care he needs and giving him the chance to come home happy, comfortable, and back to being his silly, loving self. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my little boy. Our sweet Yorkie, Chase, is being seen at Bush Animal Clinic because he has recently had blood in his stool and has also been vomiting. The cause is not yet known, so the veterinarians need to perform X-rays and bloodwork to determine what is wrong and figure out the best course of treatment. We are hoping to get answers quickly so he can receive the care he needs and begin feeling better. Unfortunately, we do not have the finances available upfront to cover these unexpected medical expenses, which is why we are turning to our community for help. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help us get the testing and treatment he needs and bring us one step closer to getting our little boy healthy again. Our bond is meaningful because [Name] is not just my dog—he is a beloved member of our family and has been there through so many moments in our lives. His unconditional love, companionship, and little personality have brought us comfort, happiness, and countless memories. He has a way of making even the hardest days feel a little easier just by being beside us. Seeing him sick and struggling is incredibly painful because he means so much to all of us. His recovery matters because we want more time with him—to watch him play, cuddle with him, spoil him, and continue making memories together. We are doing everything we can to give him that chance, and any support toward his recovery means more to our family than we can put into words. We are reaching out to our community because [Name] needs medical care that we simply cannot afford to pay for upfront. We want nothing more than to get him the treatment he needs and give him the best chance at recovery, but the unexpected medical expenses have put us in a difficult financial situation. We are doing everything we can to help him, but we cannot do this alone. We are humbly asking for support from our friends, family, and anyone who is willing to help. Every donation, regardless of the amount, will go directly toward his medical care and means so much to us. Even if you are unable to donate, sharing his story can make a tremendous difference. We are grateful for any kindness, support, and prayers you can give as we fight to get our sweet boy the care he needs.

Photo of Iggy

Iggy

Iggy is a 2 month old American Shorthair in Leesburg, GA, who needs $260 for Leukemia Vaccine, Deworm, FVCRP Vaccine, and Leukemia/FIV Test.

Leesburg, GA

Iggy was found in a ditch after many days of thunderstorms and rain. He was alone, wet, and scared. I picked him up and brought him to the vet for treatment. I can foster him but will be looking to rehome him since my husband is allergic to cats. I also have a puppy. He has tested negative for Leukemia and FIV. He was dewormed, given his first round of booster shots, and treated for ear mites. He will require more rounds of kitten shots in the next month. The vet is named Bush Animal Clinic in Albany, GA Iggy is very personable. Very tender and cozy. He immediately got on my lap and crawled to my shoulder to rest and snuggle. Filled with purrs. He doesn’t want to play quite yet but he handle his first bath very well. He is playing and loving on my 9 year old daughter. I am an educator on a fixed income and can’t absorb the medical bills. I took this kitten in and treated him since all of the local shelters and rescues are at full capacity. I would like to recoup some of the costs. Any extras would be donated to a local cat rescue.
