I got Marmalade when he was just weaned from a friend of mine for my daughter. My daughter's father was killed by a drunk driver. Marmalade is everything to my daughter. They have a special bond. He loves her and she loves him. He has helped her through her grief. Marmalade has a blocked urethra from stones that will require surgery for removal so he doesn't become blocked again. He is at Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital in Gardnerville Nevada. Marmalade races me to the bathroom in the morning because he wants me to turn the sink on so he can drink out of the faucet. When my daughter is not home at night he roams the house calling for her. When she gets home from school he climbs right up into her lap and presses his forehead against her and closes his eyes and just purrs and purrs. He sleeps with my daughter every night. I am widowed and on a very tight budget. To have Marmalade back home would mean the world to us. My female cat is depressed without her buddy and the tears have not stopped flowing from myself or my daughter.

Teddy was rescued from the street in Las Vegas he was looking for food and water on a hot day around the dumpsters he was very filthy, extremely dehydrated and sick when I found him. I took him to my home and called the number on the tag, I never received an answer and since he was getting worse. I took him to the veterinary and he stared getting better. Teddy needs dental work, and was diagnosed with heart murmur by DVM Wagner at VEGASPET animal hospital in Las Vegas and needs to be seen by a cardiologist. Teddy is a sweetheart and very friendly. he loves to play in the snow. He Loves people and other dogs. He can’t get enough playing time and loves to chase the ball I am unemployed and waiting for social security disability, Teddy is very special to me due to the horrible circumstances I found him not knowing according to the Vet that he will survive. he’s so cute and friendly, I want to be able to prevent more damage to his heart.

We adopted Sunny about a year ago. She was dropped off at a shelter to be euthanized as her original owners would not pay for the surgery she needed for canine pyrometra. She was in terrible condition. 4ever Yours Rescue in Auburn CA took her in and brought her to a vet for emergency surgery. She survived. We had already adopted 2 Shihtzus from these folks and now have Sunny forever! Sunny is 6 years old and needs dental care. She saw our vet a week ago for her annual exam and it was recommended she get her teeth cleaned. The estimate ranged from $1100. To 1800. We need to have 5 of our 6 rescues to get dental treatment. Sunny went from being a very sick little girl to being a bold and happy girl. She has no hesitation in letting me know she needs back scratching and attention away from her 5 brothers and sister. She’s a love bug! We are senior citizens and are able to provide for our dogs in every way possible. We can take care of all their regular vet bills and overall care. But sunny and 4 other of our dogs need dental care. Anything helps!

She’s just 2 years old. We are able to provide her financially with all her other needs. We have to have 5 of the 6 dogs acquire dental treatment. Truly is just about the sweetest girl you could ever get to know. She has blended in with the other dogs nicely. Her and her brother Henry are very close. We found Reno in the city of Reno NV! She was a homeless man’s dog and he was trying to push her into traffic when we found her simply because “he didn’t want her anymore”. She is the most loving, sweetest, caring dog i’ve ever known. I’m trying to raise funds to take her to the vet because she has been limping after falling off a curb for about a week. She is a very large dog and so it’s difficult now for her to get around. Her bestfriend is her sissy, miggy. She is a pitbull mix as well and we also rescued her. They spend every second with each other and always cuddle when we are away. I’m looking for funds because i’m only 20 years old, and i have a baby on the way. I’m 7 months pregnant and medical bills for myself are difficult as it is.

Toto is approximately12.5 year old LhasaPoo, I rescued from Washoe County ASPCA at about 8 months old. He helped heal my heart since I found him when searching for my missing Chihuahua. That was a long time ago and now we are both seniors together. He’s my little ol man. He is the senior dog in a household of 4 longtime pets. Toto needs dental care estimated to cost up to about $1800. His teeth are really bad now and unhealthy for him and probably painful. His doggie doctor says he needs the work done as soon as possible and I am without the ability to pay it all. Vet is Carson Valley Veterinarian Hospital in Minden NV. Toto has a lot of personality. With long hair he looks like a little Ewok. He only listens when he wants and likes to be boss. He loves to play ball but has slowed down a bit playing with the other animals. He likes to play keep away. He is so sweet. He is very vocal and uses cute little sounds to communicate. Lil ol man, he snores loud and groanes in his sleep. Toto got sick and the plan was to take care of his teeth when he was better. Then My other dog was badly injured and it was over 3K for his emergency and wound care. I’m now unable to pay the full amount for Toto’s dental care. I really need to help Toto.

Kona come into my life when we rescued her. She was timid at first but has grown to be a fun and happy dog. Not much is known about her back story other than she was found wondering around. I’m just glad someone found her before she got hurt. Kona has become a major part of my like. She goes everywhere with me. She love all the attention she gets and wants to be everyone’s friend. Her personality is amazing Kona is special. Like most bull terriers she is a huge clown and goofy. She will play fetch all day if she could. She just loves to be outside and playing. Kona had some health issues and we just need some help with the vet bills. She has a stomach issue. And is in need of medication, treatment and special food While going through a divorce is hard. Jack was one of a litter of pups that was being given away by a local person. I answered her ad and it was love at first sight. Jack lives with me and 3 other dogs in Dayton, NV. Jack is wicked smart and has always (up until his illness) full of life. Jack loves to GO anywhere. He is super loyal and his favorite thing in the world is to lay with his head on his owner's chest - he is a cuddler. Jack even loves to cuddle with the family cat. Luckily the feeling is mutual. The cat just says Jack has bad dog breath! Jack tries very hard to be a good boy. Jack is just so full of love for everyone. His family includes older dogs who get irritated with his overt affection but he never gives up. He has to show you how much love he feels. He is very smart hasn't met a doorknob he couldn't open, which gets him into trouble sometimes. He is very athletic and the neighbors are in awe of his ability to clear every fence around without even trying. Jack started feeling ill and it surprised the vet to find out that his Parvo came back positive, especially since he has been vaccinated and his symptoms are somewhat unusual. He is being treated at Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital in Minden, NV. His care is being performed by several vets there. Dr. Bailey was his intake doc, but his normal doc is Dr. Mannan, who is only there part time. This is a sudden catastrophic expense and I have no cash resources left. I have had some car repairs and other expenses that have drained my cash supply as well as maxed out my credit cards and I have nowhere left to turn. I am attempting to sell stuff, but that takes time

Kingy found me. He was one kitty out of many litters in a bad situation. I decided to bottle feed him and house break him and get him ready to be a perfect cat that someone would love to adopt. (His eyes weren't open yet when he came into my life) so i have had him from the beginning. I Wa going to adopt him out until my significant other was tragically killed by a car striking him in a crosswalk He came into my life after the tragic death of my significant other. So he became my emotional support animal. If i didn't have him im not sure how i would of been able to het through the loneliness. It just him and myself so he het all the loves and affection. He ks truly the man of the house. He is a blessing. Kingy is different than most cats. He loves to go for walks in his harness by the Carson river. We vet the funniest looks from the joggers going by with their dogs. He also likes water. He joins me in the shower. It wasnt by choice, i actually tried to break that habit by shutting the door and he wouldn't have it...so every time im in there he is at my feet. He knows silly tricks like "kisses" Kingy is in trouble health wise. Time is of the essence. He swallowed a 3ft ribbon and jts not coming out its been over a week now..and the prognosis is grim. I have a quote from vet $5000+. Jessica from SPCA of NN, HAS AGREED TO PAY 40% AND IF I VAN GET THE REMAINING 60% $2000 the application will be approved. I don't do social media so its extremely hard to share the word. Im doing anything. I have PTSD and other repercussions from the tragic loss. It was so traumatic because he was hit and he was in many pieces on the road. A psychiatrist has labeled me disabled temporarily. So at this time i have no income. Luna came into my family when she was a few months old. She was given to me by my daughter-in-law's mother that could no longer care for her. We chose her to come and become a part of our family. Her given name was from her previous owner and kept it. She has grown up with my granddaughter that is the same age. Luna enjoys the outdoors, walking, hiking, and running. She sleeps most of the time and is well-trained in going potty. She loves the lake but won't go into it, the fresh air in her hair. She's not much of a fan when it comes to long drives, they exhaust her and make her nauseous. Snacks are always a good reward for her and knows when she will get one. Luna just found a friend she gets along with, my son's dog, Rider. That was her first love. They have become friends for the last few months. Since she is a loner, it's hard for her to accept that she can't only get cuddles. She protects me and barks up a storm. She is a happy dog, brings so much joy to me when I get home from work, and greets me with her warm jumps and licks. On June 1, Luna went through the trash while we were away at work and accidentally ate chicken bones. The Dr. doesn't know if that's the real issue why she's not feeling well but, needs care and I require assistance from all my animal lovers. She has been in really good shape until now. I have faith that she will get better in time. Took her to the ER, June 5 and they provided IV and need to take X-Ra, and blood work and she has to stay overnight to get observed, she may be diabetic but without the resources financially, she can't be seen until we can possibly cover her expenses.

My Cici was found at a shelter by my daughter. She is the only pet that I have and she is just a joy. It's hard to believe that someone dumped this sweet thing in the desert. They obviously took the time to train her because she is leashed trained, uses potty pads and knows a few commands. She is friendly to everyone. The only thing is she does not like cats. Hard to believe that someone would dump such a sweet dog in the desert but that's where the shelter found her. She is great around everyone. Just wanted pets from people. She never barks, not much of a watchdog but that's ok. She's good being left inside the house while I'm at work. She loves to sleep. All she asks for is love and I give her plenty of that. Cici loves to watch puppy videos. She was probably a really good momma. I had her probably 6 months before she barked. I thought that perhaps the previous owner had removed her bark box cause she never barked. When she finally did, it was at me because I wasn't paying attention to her!! It was so funny.... It scared me because I wasn't expecting it! Cici is having a dental issue. The vet doesn't think she's ever had her teeth cleaned and she has one tooth that is giving her trouble. The vet is afraid that once they do the cleaning, other teeth may need to be removed too. The vet we use is a first class operation. I'm divorced and live on my sole income. Not much is left in the bank after rent and the car payment. Any help would be a great help and would help get Cici's teeth fixed.

Winnie is a vibrant and big hearted pug that brings so much joy to our family. As a single mother, she is the highlight of my day and my best companion. She is the most loving girl in all life dynamics and is loyal beyond measure. We live in Nevada, were she enjoys both the indoor and outdoor activities. Her favorite being in this area is exploring Lake Tahoe and being fearless. Winnie is a joyful pug who likes to communicate through tilting her head, making direct eye contact and barking in response to questions. She is very intelligent and know just the way to love and communicate. She sleeps at night having to touch one of us at all times. She loves her small stuffed lamb and her treats. Riding in the car and traveling is one of Winnie favorite things Winnie has so much personality that you cannot help but smile and laugh. She lights up the room and we honestly don't know what we would do without her. When she was 2yrs old, she was diagnosed with Addison's Disease. She receives monthly medication injections and takes a tablet once a day. She has not let her disease hinder her spirit in anyway. Recently, Winnie has been diagnosed with Bladder stones that require surgery. Another bump in the road, but our veterinarian has reassured us Winnie will overcome this too. I am a single mother of 1 child and two dogs. I have been on my own with no support or family for the last 15yrs. I am also a full time student. Unfortunately due to life, live pay check to paycheck making ends meet. Although, i cannot imagine living without Winnie.

My Bear is a rescue adopted from Animal Rescue Relay in Gardnerville, NV. The rescue removed hom from his home at the end of December, 2021. I attended a rescue event held by the organization one month later. Bear ran across the parking lot to me, I sat down and he immediately settled on my lap, all. 115 pounds of him. We both knew at that moment that we totally belonged together. Bear is very social. He loves absolutely everyone and expects they will love him. His mission to have as many humans pat him as possible. We walk several times a day and he loves to go to the park to meet people. He interacts with them much more than with other dogs. He is very well known in my community now and is loved by all. It is just the two of us so the bond has become super strong. Every human is Bear’s friend! He has two special dog friends that he enjoys but would rather be patted by the owner. Bear is a talker and a loud one and he expresses his thoughts to everyone. Mothers walking a little one in a stroller have no qualms about bear sticking his head in to talk to the child. People stop their cars to talk to him, some leave out a water bowl for him or get him a trea Two months after Bear came to live with me he tore the CCL in his right leg and was seen by Dr. Ross at Carson Valley veterinary Hospital. He must have surgery to be pain free so of course I will manage that in anyway I can The doctor also x-rayed his left leg and it appears he had a total tear in his left knee also from sometime ago. Cost for both surgeries is $7000. I am on a fixed income and live by myself. I have never had a special bond as I have with Bear and I’m sure he feels the same way. He is very unhappy right now he misses his friends and his walks and I ache for him. He now knows what it’s like to be love and he deserves this
