Koda
Koda is a 6 month old Dalmatian in Manchester, MD, who needs $10,000 for CT Scan, Chest Tap, X-ray.
Manchester, MD
Koda lives with me and my fiancé Cade, as well as two cats (who he loves to play with). He came from the farm life and now lives in a home in Manchester, MD. He was born on Christmas Eve and is 6 months old currently. Our vet did an x-ray when Koda came in with symptoms of discomfort and discovered air outside of his lungs that are pressing in on them. He has undergone a chest tap and is currently hospitalized to have tubes placed in his chest and a CT scan to try to solve where the air is coming from. He is currently being treated at the Pet ER in Hunt Valley, MD. Koda was a burst of energy before he began struggling to breathe. He is shy, but he is friendly and will give everyone a little kiss on their hand. He is special to us because he had the same name and almost the same birthday as my fiancé- it felt like a sign. He is still a baby and was still learning how to play gently with his kitty siblings. My fiancé and I have just bought a house and don’t have the funds to cover outright what the procedures will cost, but Koda has barely had a chance to live a life. We would do anything to help him and make sure he is comfortable. Any donations would help us so much.

Belle
Belle is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in York, PA, who needs $10,000 for Diagnosing, NG Feeding Tube, Ultrasounds, Etc.
York, PA
I took in Belle and her litter mate Lulu back in 2019 after the loss of my previous kitty. Belle and Lulu were both barn kittens, only a few weeks old, when they came to me covered in fleas. Belle and Lulu were a bonded pair and have since been in our household, welcoming elderly rescue pit-bulls, friends, family, and everyone in between. Belle stopped eating and drinking, causing her to become lethargic. She was admitted to the Hunt Valley Pet ER in Cockeysville, Maryland on January 16th, 2026. Belle has since been there undergoing treatments and an attempt to diagnose the problem at hand. Her diagnosis is unknown but constant treatments including a feeding tube have been done. Belle is extremely special to everyone who has met her. She is nicknamed Americas sweetheart. Since she has been away, Lulu and the other pets have noticed. The household has not been the same without her personality and cuddles. Belle still has not been diagnosed and has a possible long term treatment ahead. Financially, we are at a bill of $9,000 and want to see her come home. More finances could get her diagnosed, treated, and back home where she belongs.

Cole
Cole is a 10 Year Old American Shorthair in Dundalk, MD, Who Needs $6,000 for MRI.
dundalk, MD
I rescued Cole's mother and she had four beautiful babies, one of which is my Cole, my heart. I have had him since birth, he is now 10 years old living the good life. He has been recently diagnosed with seizures, and we are currently seeking the next steps with his primary vet and ER vet. An MRI is beneficial to rule out any brain tumors, and these can range from $4600.00 to $6000.00 Cole is the sweetest cat with lots of love to give, and I feel he should have more time on this earth. He loves his sisters and his human Dad too. He loves his "tents", and he is always by my side, he is my shadow. We have had unexpected financial emergencies arise with one of his sisters and with family as well which has depleted any emergency fund to fund the MRI

Jelly
Jelly is a 13 year old Mix-Breed in Westminster, , who needs $2,000 for Surgery on Liver Mass.
Westminster
One night in 2013 a friendly cat approached me asking for a snack as I was walking into my house. For the next few years my next door neighbor Jim and I took care of her. She would be with him in the summer in his garage and with me in the winter, I’d sneak her inside. Much to my mother’s disagreement. She turned out to have a lot of allergies, so she became indoor only. Sunday 9/28/2025 Jelly refused to eat her breakfast, I thought maybe it was her allergies acting up because it’s fall. She was taken to the vet who determined she was in Diabetic ketoacidosis. The vet sent her to the ER. The ER felt hardness in her abdomen and found a large mass on her liver. We have visited a surgeon at Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists who has faith he can remove it. Jelly is amazing, I honestly don’t know what I’ve done to deserve her. Jelly likes everyone she meets, at parties she sits next to guests and walks around greeting them. She waits for eye contact and to be noticed and seen. She loves love, give her a drop and she will give you a bucket. She meets me at the door when I come home, she sleeps with at least one paw touching me. She is my best friend 7/28 I started a new job teaching autistic children. 8/29 I fell and fractured my left ankle. I had only been working at my job for a month and because I could not fulfill my job duties I got laid off.

Zorba
Zorba is a 0 year old American Shorthair in Baltimore, MD, who needs $2,000 for Urethral Catheterization.
Baltimore, MD
Zorba was adopted from BARCS. A true city topcat. We've been together 2+ years now and are now each other's family. Zorba was originally names Castor. But we changed his name to Zorba to give him some ethnic character. Zorba means 'bully' in Turkish. But Zorba is not a bully. He can assert his needs and respect mine too. Zorba had a sudden urethra blockage and required emergency hospitalization as his bladder could burst anytime. I did not know until hospitalization that he has a genetic tendency to develop crystals and mucus in his bladder. He is being treated at Everhart Veterinary Cross Keys Baltimore and Pet+E.R Hunt Valley Maryland. Zorba is a distinguished gentleman. He always loves to sit between me and friends and family and listen to all the gossip and tea. He also is vocal for his needs for outdoor runs and catnip treats. Loves to snuggle with me and does not want me to leave his side when he sleeps. Until I do. He respects visitors boundaries but will walk around them for pets and scratches. I was recently laid off from my Academia job due to federal cuts to research funding. I lost my own health insurance and my Cat's pet insurance along with my job. I need help in paying medical bills and food bills for my beautiful boy cat, Zorba.

Nova
Nova is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Essex, MD, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Vet Visit.
Essex, MD
I adopted Nova from a high-kill animal shelter in December of 2020 at 4 months old. At the time, I was working from home so we bonded very quickly. She is my girl, always laying with me, always sleeping with me. She’s my soulcat. She is the sweetest girl ever, always purring, always making new friends, always giving hugs. Nova started retching and throwing up white foam and had a small coughing fit. The next morning, she wasn’t interested in food and she passed a lot of bloody diarrhea. We rushed to the ER where they discovered she was severely anemic and her RBC count was 3,000. Later on, her body temp dropped to 98 and her blood pressure dropped to 82. She was transferred and is receiving a blood transfusion. She is the sweetest cat I have ever met. She loves to be loved. She loves to cuddle but she can also be crazy and gets the zoomies often! She loves wrestling with her siblings and waits (not-so) patiently in the kitchen every night for her daily Churu treat. Unfortunately this happened at a time where everything is going wrong. My car was broken into, our apartment flooded and now my poor girl is fighting for her life. She is my soulcat who has a whole life to live ahead of her.

Gotti
Gotti is a 4 month old American Bulldog in York, PA, who needs $2,000 for Aspiration Pneumonia and Hospital Stay.
York, PA
Gotti is a homegrown puppy from our own breeding. He was born and raised here, coming from one of our litters, and we made the decision to keep him as part of our family. What makes his situation especially unique is that both his parents live with us as well, allowing him to maintain close family bonds. Gotti was urgently taken to the Pet ER in Hunt Valley, Maryland following a severe choking incident. During one of his vomiting episodes he aspirated which has led to aspiration pneumonia. While an emergency endoscopy is needed to check for any lodged objects, the doctors must first treat the pneumonia before they can safely perform this procedure. The medical team is keeping a close eye on him Gotti is our gentle shadow, a calm puppy who turns every room into his comfort zone. He trails us from kitchen to living room, his soft paws padding quietly behind. His peaceful nature makes him perfect with everyone - whether he's snuggling or playing gently with the kids. In a world of chaos, Gotti is our constant, calming presence. Our beloved Gotti needs emergency vet care, and we're struggling with the overwhelming costs. Every day he's suffering breaks our hearts. Emergency vet bills are crushing us, but we can't bear to see him in pain. Any help would mean the world - not just to us, but to gotti
