Milo
Milo is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Denver, CO, who needs $8,080 for Dog Attack Emergency Surgery.
Denver, CO
Milo came into our lives during the COVID pandemic in 2020, when my brother found a family who was looking for a loving home for him. Ever since, he’s become an important family member, bringing us comfort, laughter, and unconditional love. He'll turn 6 this September. Raised mostly by women in our family, Milo has a gentle, sweet, and a little "girly” personality. Milo was recently injured in a dog attack and suffered severe injuries that required emergency surgery and hospitalization at Colorado Veterinary Specialty Group. Seeing him go through such a frightening and painful experience has been incredibly heartbreaking. The unexpected veterinary costs have been overwhelming, and we’re asking for support to help give Milo the care and recovery he deserves. Milo is so much more than a pet—he is family. He has the sweetest, gentlest personality and loves being showered with attention. Milo enjoys wearing outfits, especially during the colder seasons, and he truly acts like a little prince who deserves all the pampering. He loves cuddles, kisses, and being close to the people he loves. Our household lives paycheck to paycheck, and Milo’s emergency surgery and hospitalization came unexpectedly. The veterinary bills have been overwhelming, and any support will help ease the burden so we can focus on his recovery and bring our happy, loving boy back home.

Halo
Halo Is Still Choosing Life — Help Us Give Her More Good Days
Missoula, MT • WOOF TRIBE SANCTUARY & RESCUE INC
Halo is one of Woof Tribe’s most cherished sanctuary and fospice dogs. Halo is deeply loved by everyone who knows her, and despite her cancer diagnosis, she continues to show us every day that she is still enjoying life. She is bright, alert, comfortable, eating well, walking, breathing normally, and surrounded by constant love and care in her incredible fospice home. Recently, Halo underwent advanced genomic tumor testing through VetOmics, and the results gave us something we desperately hoped for: another possible option to help buy her more good time. Her report showed that her tumor is classified as TMB-high, meaning it has a high tumor mutation burden. This may make Halo a strong candidate for immunotherapy, a treatment designed to help her immune system better recognize and fight the cancer cells. Based on her results, the top recommendation from the report is Gilvetmab, an IV immunotherapy treatment administered every two weeks. Halo’s oncology team is now working through the best plan for her care, but timing matters. We do not want to lose valuable time while she is still happy, stable, and very much choosing life. This campaign is being created to help cover the cost of Halo’s recommended biweekly Gilvetmab treatments along with the follow-up imaging needed to monitor her response to therapy. Current estimated costs include: \\- Six Gilvetmab immunotherapy treatments at $1,559 each totaling $9,354 - Follow-up chest x-rays estimated at $500 Our campaign goal is $9,854. We know this treatment is not about chasing forever. Halo’s family and medical team understand the reality of her diagnosis. This is about giving her more quality time while she is still comfortable, joyful, and able to enjoy the life she loves so much. Every extra good day matters. Halo already has everything every dog deserves — a devoted fospice home, fresh-cooked cancer-supportive meals, ongoing oncology care, endless companionship, and a community that adores her. Now we are asking for help to give her access to the treatment her oncology team believes may help extend her good quality of life. Please consider donating to help Halo begin immunotherapy and continue receiving the care she needs. Every contribution helps buy this beloved girl more comfort, more love, and more time surrounded by the people who cherish her.

Gus
Gus is a 1 year old Boxer in Littleton, CO, who needs $4,000 for Oxygen Treatments, X-rays, Steroids, and Antibiotics.
Littleton, CO
Gus has been part of our life since he was six weeks old. He has been our strength as I’ve gone through a divorce due to domestic violence. My daughter and I both have had a lot of trauma from my ex-husband. He currently lives at home with us in our apartment. Gus was diagnosed with pneumonia a week ago after being sick for two weeks but progressively getting worse. They treated him with antibiotics and a dewormer because they feared he might have lung worm because his eosinophil levels were really high. He requires a lot of testing and stays in the hospital again to receive oxygen treatments.. Our bill is already so high and we are struggling. Gus is the love of our lives. He is my baby boy and my daughter’s best friend. He brings such joy and comfort to our lives. After going through domestic violence and being abused, physically, verbally, emotionally financially., this dog has been our comfort and our joy in our life. He is the sweetest boy I’ve ever had and everyone loves him. Our bill is already up to 4000 and Gus is not well enough yet to feel confident that he will recover without more treatment. His treatments are necessary and needed now. We need our energetic goofy boxer back! It is so hard to see him suffer the way he is
