I have had little missy since she was born on March 18 2022. Her mom was another cats first litter. I would feed them comb them and give them love as they deserved. So I basically rescued them in my sister's old neighborhood and when she moved out I brought them hm not knowing they both was pregnant. 2 wks later I had 11 kittens Missy being one of them. Little missy was fixed at 6 wks old by a snip program she had her shots and everything. She's always been healthy so no vet history. She started bloating a few months back don't know why then out of nowhere her breathing became a struggle and now she can barely move and meows in pain but overall she has been healthy and an indoor cat. I lost my oldest brother on 2020, my mom in 2021 I felt like everything I love is dying around me. My dad was depressed and his health went down hill however little missy brought back a smile and comforted him through the loss of his first born and his wife of 44 years and now another son in 2023 has passed away. I currently have a pending disability case I have been approved for full disability however the last hearing is in Sept 2024 and my dad's on disability but barely can make ends meet and little missy is hurting and I can't afford help.

Zim loves with me, my fiance, and our 2 young kids along with our beagle and his brother from the same litter. He spends all day cuddling, playing, and doing zoomies around the house. Zim is my son's "gamer cat" as he likes to call him. He will cuddle up to my son while my son's on his switch and sleep on his shoulders. Zim loves to do zoomed with my beagle and his brother, just an all around fun loving kitten. Zim loves to cuddle, as soon as you sit down he is right in your lap just purring away and rubbing his face all over you for attention. He loves to climb under my lap desk while I study or complete school assignments and won't move for hours. Zim got injured playing around with his brother. Zims eye was scratched and I used antimicrobial eye wash and eye gel for animals; everything seemed fine until his started getting some discharge a couple of days later which rapidly progressed into this infection. His vet states his eye is not salvageable and will need to be removed. My son has a birth defect that has led to him having 11 surgeries, multiple hospital stays, specialist appointments and medications for recovery. He still has surgeries planned in the near future and with my fiances added asthma, healthcare is robbing us blind.

This is my baby Daisy. I found her outside abandoned in 2017 and she has stuck with me ever since. I promised her I would take care of her no matter what and I wouldn’t just throw her away. Her leg was run over by a car 6/19/22. I’ve had to take her to the emergency room to get a cast put on but her vet says she will need surgery. Daisy is all that I have. I lost my mother in 2017 and I found her when my mother was sick. She kept me company during really rough times and is my emotional support animal. She always knows when I need a little extra love. Right now I’m trying to return the favor to her and get her well again. If we can’t get the surgery I will have to make the tough decision to amputate her leg. Daisy is a very social cat. She loves people and people love her. She likes to be center of attention. She loves to jump up on the dinner table chairs and act like she’s having dinner with me. I love it because it doesn’t make me feel so alone. I like to tell her about my day and she just sits there everyday and just listens. Daisy is a healthy cat. I’ve never had major issues with her health, thank God. She gets annual check ups every year and she never gives me any trouble. Accidents happen and unfortunately Daisy fell victim to a horrible mistake and now needs treatment. Daisy is being treated at the Cordova animal medical center. The bones in her leg shattered and now she needs a metal plate to hold her tiny bones together. I’ve already spent 1200 for her pain meds, cast, and other items to keep her comfortable like extra bedding and an accessible litter box for her. I’m living paycheck to paycheck
