Kitty Poo

Kitty Poo is a 6 year old American Shorthair in Lehigh Acres, FL, who needs $3,000 for Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment.

Lehigh Acres, FL

Kitty Poo has chosen me as his primary care giver. He was cared for by two different families who have each moved leaving him behind. He has gone from outside community cat to my cat gradually transitioning to inside. A scratch on the nose has been identified as cancer and is growing. Animal Medical Center of Lehigh Acres referred me to Fetch. He is undergoing a biopsy as we speak for formal diagnosis. Loveable and super laid back! He sits with in the back yard. As you can see the benches are his favorite hangouts. He walks with me to survey the mango trees each morning and evening, earning him the title of Grove Manager. And he is THE BEST GROVE MANAGER EVER! He even gives tree advice when asked. There is no sweeter creature. I am retired and social security covers very little. While I realize it's a choice to have a pet, this pet did not choose to be left behind not once but twice. He also did not choose this fate. I want to give him any reasonable chance he has at life.

Leo

Leo is a 6 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in Spring Hill, FL, who needs $7,000 for Blood Transfusion, Anemic Ehrlichia.

Spring Hill, FL

Five years ago, Leo was found tied to a bench at a train station, sick with kennel cough and waiting for someone who never came back. I brought him home, and slowly his fear turned into trust. Today, he’s my loyal companion — a reminder that love can heal abandonment and that second chances change everything. Leo had diarrhea and vomiting for two weeks and wasn’t improving. Our vet diagnosed anemia and Ehrlichia, a tick-borne disease. After a few days on meds, he seemed better, then suddenly collapsed. At the emergency vet, his red blood cell count was dangerously low, and he needed a blood transfusion so I rushed him to FETCH Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers for critical care. Leo is my best friend and loves everyone he meets. Even at the hospital, as weak as he was, he insisted on visiting everyone in the waiting room, gently asking for pets and offering tail wags. That’s Leo — spreading love and comfort, even when he needed it most. Leo’s hospital care has already cost over $7,000. As a college student, it’s overwhelming, but he’s my best friend. I’ll spend everything I have and do whatever it takes to get him the treatment he needs and bring him home healthy.

Duke

Duke is a 9 year old Dachshund in Plant City, FL, who needs $8,000 for a CT scan, Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy.

Plant City, FL

Duke is a long-haired mini dachshund, who loves to chase lizards, hunt in the back yard, and play outside in the sunshine. I have had my sweet Duke all 9 years of his life, and he is still as spunky as ever. He lives with his Mommy, Daddy, human sister and brother. We recently lost his doggie sister Daisy, and I know he misses her everyday; Daisy and Duke were inseparable. Duke was recently suddenly diagnosed with a rapid growing mast cell tumor. After establishing care at Fetch Specialty & Emergency Vet, we discovered the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes. Luckily by the grace of God, his spleen and liver have not been affected! This makes him a candidate for radiation treatment in combination with chemotherapy. He will need to undergo multiple treatments. Duke is the man of the house, making sure to keep his family safe with every loud bark. Sometimes I think he forgets he's only 12 pounds! He loves to explore the back yard, jumping on logs and prances through the grass like a bunny rabbit. Duke gives the best cuddles and loves rolling over for some belly scratches! He loves to cuddle most with my daughter (probably because she shares her goldfish) I unexpected needed major lung surgery and was unable to work as an RN. I have many appointments to treat my chronic illness, and the medical bills pile up. It would mean the absolute world to have my Duke healthy and cancer free! He has been by my side through everything.

Noelani

Noelani is a 9 year old Siberian Husky in Winter Haven, FL, who needs $10,000 for Blood Transfusion and Immunosuppressants.

Winter Haven, FL

Noelani came in to my life 9 years ago when she was 8 weeks old. Her gotcha date will be in 2 weeks actually. She has cat brothers and sisters that she treated like her own babies when we got them. She also had 2 puppies she had 7 years ago That she plays with every day in our yard. She is the light to our household and a parent to any baby animal we’ve ever brought home. Noelani is hospitalized at Fetch Veterinary Hospital with severe immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (suspected IMTP/Evans syndrome). She has critically low platelets causing ongoing GI and urinary bleeding and anemia, requiring multiple blood transfusions and intensive monitoring while awaiting platelet recovery. She also had blood pooling into her eyes from lack of platelets. Noelani is a motherly and loving dog. She LOVES attention and talking to everyone she can. She is so smart we think she is human sometimes. She gets along so well with her cat siblings that she herself thinks she’s a cat! She loafs and insists on small bites food. She lights up a room with her bright blue eyes and big smile. She is a big sweetheart who is so gentle, even when playing “rough” We took out a small loan, but I just got hit a few months back and they totaled my car. So I had to buy another and it hit hard and I’m not approved for any more loans. I cashed in my 401k from a previous job to try to pay for her treatment. I work 2 jobs already.

Emmitt

Emmitt is a 5 Year Old Mix-Breed in Zephyrhills , FL, Who Needs $2,000 for CT Scans Rhinoscopy Biopsies.

Zephyrhills, FL

Emmitt came into my life 5 years ago when I was looking for a little furry bundle of joy. Since then my boy has grown up into 76 pound big boy! Emmitt has fur siblings which are all girls so he plays big brother protector with them. He loves his sissies so much and enjoys his time with them even though he likes to push their buttons! Haha! Emmitt is going through diagnosis of nasal issues he has been having for over a month. Testing for a diagnosis has been getting costly and personal funds are running out. The specialist he has seen at Fetch Specialty and emergency care has said it could be a fungal infection, tumor, a foreign body, or chronic rhinitis. He has had horrible sneezing episodes and bad nosebleeds Emmitt loves playing outside with his sisters and playing ball, but it’s a specific ball for that day that he chooses and will only play with that one ball on that day. He loves playing hide the ball in anything he can tuck it in. Emmitt always greets you with a wagging tail and his “Chewbacca “ call when he sees you. He loves playing hide giving kisses especially open mouth ones! Emmitt is my son my child as simply as you can put it. He depends on me for whatever he needs and this situation has made me feel like I’m letting him down a his Momma by not being able to afford ct scans, rhinoscopy, biopsies and so forth. My boy is everything to me!

Annie Mae is a 11 year old Mix-Breed in Lakeland, FL, who needs $2,000 for Surgery.

Lakeland, FL

Annie came to me when she was 5 weeks old and she turned 11 in September 2025. We had another dog, Sasha that was 17 when we put her down last August and it was heartbreaking,, but Annie helped me through. Annie has helped me through the loss of my Mother to brain cancer, my life threatening medical issues, and life in general for the past 11 years. She is my best friend. She has a large tumor on her hind leg that needs to be surgically removed. It cost me appox. $1500 to determine the mass is not cancerous. The estimate to remove is $5300 - $8000 from Fetch in Brandon, FL. It is growing at an alarming rate, and needs to be removed. I have serious medical issues of my own that are expensive and she needs help! Annie loves chasing red laser lights. She has a projection machine that shoots them across the house. She loves toys, to play and people in general. She has never met a stranger and loves everybody. She is a big ol' baby! I have had a hard few years. Trying to get back on track. My mother diagnosed w/brain cancer, in 2021, and passed, then I was very ill and it took years to get a diagnosis. I am on multiple medications for my lungs, autoimmune disorders, and heart. My son is in college.

Photo of Cody

Cody

Cody is a 9 year old German Shepherd Dog in Riverview, FL, who needs $2,000 for Femoral Head Ostectomy.

Riverview, FL

Cody is our rescue-angel who came into our lives 7 yrs ago. We adopted him from the shelter where he had been found alone and emaciated — not knowing how long he’d been out there. He was about 25 lbs at the time, shivering and scared, but we fell in love with him the moment he looked into our eyes. Now he’s a healthy happy boy at 67 lbs, but his right hip is suffering. Cody is having severe hip dysplasia in his right hip. Apart from his femur being out of place, his hip socket has completely deteriorated and is basically non-existent. He is in pain and hasn’t been able to go on walks in months because he starts to limp. He’s currently on pain medications, but is going to need a Femoral Head Ostectomy which he will have next month at Fetch Specialty Center. Cody really is the sweetest boy. He loves unconditionally and leaves a lasting impression on everyone who meets him. We like to say he talks to us with his eyes. He’s calm and gentle and loves a good cuddle or belly rub. He loves all his cousins, the 3 human ones, 3 cats, and 1 dog. He hopes to someday volunteer at the local hospital to brighten the day of sick children with his warm personality. Up until a few months ago, we’ve mostly been living on one salary as my husband was finishing his schooling to become a teacher. We are also trying to expand our family soon, but are facing some fertility challenges. This expense has been very unexpected, to say the least.

Bonbon

Bonbon is a 12 year old Mix-Breed in Brandon, FL, who needs $2,000 for CHOP Chemotherapy.

Brandon, FL

My baby boy Bonbon came into my life 12 years ago when his mama, a stray neighbor cat gave birth to him, I immediately knew he was mine. Since the day I was able to bring him home he and I formed a bond. He has fallen asleep, purring, on my chest every night and put me to sleep. He’s a playful, SWEET and loving little guy that loves being a lap cat and meowing about the house. I took Bonbon to get checked and found that he had masses and diagnosed with lymphoma. My heart sank and I started shaking knowing I may lose my precise baby. He needs several round of chemotherapy. Before this he was in excellent condition his bloodwork even came back perfect! I can’t imagine being without him! Fetch Specialty&Emergancy is treating him and are amazing! Bonbon loves to play catch with these little balls I shoot out of a toy gun. I Call him by his nickname Baby and he comes running to snuggle and depending on the inflection of my voice he knows to come and hunt a bug for me. He is shy but warms up to everyone and immediately wants love. He particularly loves his grandpa and comes running to greet him. He loves being groomed for minutes on end… This unexpected diagnosis has put financial pressure on me so I can get him all the treatment and medicine he needs to heal. The treatments are costly he needs 16 rounds of chemo plus meds he needs so he may go into remission. Having him for a few more years means the world!

Cooper

Cooper is a 9 year old Boston Terrier in Tampa, FL, who needs $2,000 for Stereotactic Radiation.

Tampa, FL

Cooper has always been an only dog, which comes with a lot of attention & love from everyone around him & undoubtedly he returns the favor to every single member of our family. His face brightens any room, he's such a good boy & all he wants to do is give love, make you smile, eat green beans & go on long walks with great squirrel chasing. He is unbelievably mannered and just deserves the world. Cooper has always been a very healthy and happy dog. Mid March he had his first seizure & a week later another followed. After several costly ER visits & an MRI he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. This tumor is causing overcrowding with side effects such as seizures & restlessness. He is currently on meds that are a temporary fix, but he needs radiation therapy at Fetch Brandon asap. Growing up I had never had a pet and was actually a little scared of dogs. But when I met Cooper that all changed. There is not a day that goes by that he doesn't find a way to make a situation brighter, funnier or just relieve some of my stress. He brings a smile to everyone's face he meets, provides the best companionship and motivates me in ways you wouldn't imagine a dog can. 2 months ago my grandpa was diagnosed with stomach cancer. I have been his primary caretakers as neither of my grandparents drive anymore & English is not their native language. This assistance would help me focus on both his & Cooper's healing & relive the financial stress.

Gabby

Gabby is a 9-year-old French Bulldog in Lutz, FL, who needs $2,000 for Eye Surgery.

Lutz, FL • AnimalLuvr’s Dream Rescue

Sweet Gabby was found abandoned on the streets after clearly being used for breeding her entire life. Her body was in terrible shape and she suffered from extreme skin, ear, dental, and eye infections. Animalluvr's Dream Rescue stepped in determined to provide Gabby with the love and care she deserves. They have worked hard to treat the immense infection and inflamed skin covering Gabby's entire body. Despite the clear pain and discomfort Gabby faced, she had nothing but love to give. She enjoys meeting new people and making friends, especially those who give her belly rubs! With the persistence of Animalluvr's Dream Rescue, Gabby is making slow improvement and her infections are gradually going away. She is starting to realize how amazing life can be when surrounded by love! Despite this positive progress, Gabby still needs immense help. An eye specialist recommends surgery to help heal her painful ulcerated eyes. Without treatment, Gabby will continue to be in pain and could lose her eyesight entirely. Please donate to help Gabby see how amazing life can be when pain-free and full of love!
