Hammy, also known as Nubby, was rescued from a shelter. He loves being sung to, when I come home, he’s right there by the door waiting for me. He follows me everywhere, room to room, just wanting to be close. Honestly, he’s more like a little dog—you can call his name and he’ll come running. Right now, Hammy is fighting a tough battle. His liver isn’t functioning properly, and he’s relying on a feeding tube along with six different medications just to keep going. Despite everything, he still shows love, strength, and trust every single day. His vet, The Glen Dale Animal Hospital, has been amazing with helping navigate his needs. Hammy is truly one of a kind. Even people who say they don’t like cats end up falling in love with him the moment they meet him. He has that special, gentle soul and follows me all through the house. He’s incredibly gentle and affectionate, always wanting to be close. He’ll look right into your eyes like he understands everything you’re saying. I work as a front desk attendant at a hotel and live paycheck to paycheck, but I’m doing everything I can to give him a chance. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. I also take care of a community of feral cats and make sure they’re fixed and fed.

Lola came into my life around 3 years ago. Originally meant to be a pet for my mother, we instantly fell in love and have been inseparable ever since. Lola is a rat terrier and lives with her other best friend Maisie, a 6 year old boxer/dalmation mix. Last week while petting her, I noticed that Lola's lymph nodes in her neck were swollen. I scheduled a vet appointment immediately and took her to Glen Dale Animal Hospital in Glen Dale, West Virginia yesterday. The vet found a broken tooth in the back of her mouth, a large molar. The breakage was at so bad that I can see a chunk of her tooth hanging on to the rest of the molar by a thread. Lola is an incredible pet and friend. She is so happy and full of life and energy that it is pretty upsetting to see her like this. I know how terrible tooth pain is and want to get her feeling better ASAP. She is so loving and affectionate to me and has caused so much joy in my life; I just want to be able to return the favor to her. Unfortunately, this happened at a financially rough point. My car is in the shop; meanwhile, my fiance just had her own emergency tooth extraction earlier this week. We have no way to pay for this so someone recommended Waggle. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. TY!

We live in a two bedroom home that I’m about to lose because I can’t pay rent. We have a cute little house that that is our home. Sky hasn’t had her vet visit yet since we got her because of financial struggles. I know maybe I shouldn’t of adopted her because I can barely provide for us. My son has always wanted a German “Chipperd” as he always called them. She is like a service dog to Jared. My little boy always one of the dog. My son is 10 years old it has ADHD. This dog has helped him tremendously I’m not only helping him it’s his best friend. I am a single mother with no income and no family all we have is me my son and sky girl. It devastates me to think about losing her because I can’t afford to take my little boys dog to get help. I lost my job because of Covid-19 and I’m unable to work because my little boys school is closed due to the pandemic. He is home schooled so that means I cant work. Single mother no support and I struggle on a daily basis. Sky girl need seen by a veterinarian ASAP. I’m ashamed that I had to ask for any kind of help but it’s reality that if she don’t get the proper medical assistance she is going to die. She is part of our little family. We have had her for only 8 months We got her from a lady that couldn’t afford to take care of her either. She is so loving. Please help give sky a chance at life. She is the most loving dog. She lays in bed with you right beside you and she will put her arm around you just like she is a human being. Very therapeutic to both of us I also struggle with mental health conditions. I have bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and drug abuse history. Just being honest. I have been sobor for two years and she has helped me maintain my sobriety.
Sissy

Sissy is an 11m old German Shephard. Sissy is my best friend. Its just me and her and her older brother Herc who is a 5 yr old pom/terrier mix. Im 59 and its just me and my babies. My income is limited so we live pay check to pay check but we're happy. I would be lost without either one. Sissy took the place of my German Sheperd Savior. Savior passed way to early. He had fallen from a 40ft cliff while we were trail riding. Someone had hung a bait trap put over the cliff and when he went to inspect it, he fell. I thought Id never recop from loosing him. It took me 2 yrs to finally be able to accept an other dog. Then Sis came into my life. She takes the fear out of living alone.
