After losing my beloved cat of 16 years to cancer this past January, my home felt unbearably empty. She grew up with me and was part of every stage of my life. When I brought this kitten home, I wasn’t replacing her—I was opening my heart again. He has brought light back into a space that felt so quiet. Since the day I brought him home, he has had repeated vomiting episodes—clear, yellow, and sometimes food shortly after eating. He has been alert but unable to consistently keep food down. He needs diagnostic testing and treatment to determine the cause. We are seeking care through a local veterinary clinic. Which we are trying to find the most affordable option. He is incredibly affectionate and expressive. He makes soft little meows and slow blinks at me before curling up beside me at night. Even when he doesn’t feel well, he still wants to be close. He has already become my comfort, my routine, and my little shadow. I am a college student living on limited income and do not have savings for unexpected medical costs. I want to give him the healthy, happy life he deserves. Support would mean everything to me and would allow him to receive the care he urgently needs.

Enzo is a rescue I have had for almost 7 years now. He’s a sweet cuddle bug and a bundle of joy. Enzo is always the best mannered little fella. He brings so much joy to my home he is probably the best dog I have ever owned. His demeanor is perfect. He is always complimented on his beautiful ears!! Enzo always insists on sleeping with me under the covers. Along with his little sister Kiwi, who is a Maltese. He loves to play outside and lay in the sun! He is so gentle and sweet to everyone he comes in contact with. He is a very handsome boy who is always eager and willing to take walks but we have to watch out for the squirrels, he really likes chasing them! Enzo is so special because although I rescued him, he is the one who rescued me. I rehomed Enzo while going through breast cancer and he was my little savior! He is always right beside me, especially when days are hard and I am not feeling well. He just knows how to always comfort me in any situation. Enzo has dental disease and will be needing to have his teeth extracted. He has approximately 20 teeth and one is getting inflamed. The others are not well either so after discussing, we felt extraction was the best option in his case. I am living on disability and have had health problems since I was 29. Finances are extremely tight. I have had cancer, lung surgery, back and neck surgery, and many others. It has caused me to have bad credit so much his is one of the only options I have to raise money.
