I saw Yuri on the website of a shelter in Manhattan. I knew right away I had to meet him. We took the two hour drive to the shelter and it was love at first sight. We had found the dog we were looking for. That was 7 years ago and he's been part of our family since. Yuri moved from New York to Texas and then to Florida with us. He was there when we brought our daughter home. They love each other. Yuri had just recovered from a broken right back leg after a car hit him. We were at the park and he was very excited to run around. Suddenly he started limping on his left back leg. It wasn't getting any better, so we took him to the vet. That's when we got the diagnosis 'cranial cruciate ligament rupture'. No doubt he needs surgery. Dr. Choi with Paws to Health will be performing the surgery. Yuri loves children. Every time he sees or hears kids his tail starts wagging and he gets excited. He is very gentle and loves to cuddle. Yuri is picky when it comes to four legged friends. Either he loves them or not at all. He gets excited about squeaky toys, enjoys taking a swim and gets a kick out of snow. He loves to hang out with his grandparents cause they have the best treats. We went through our emergency funds in April of 2024 because Yuri got hit by a car and needed surgery in order to keep his leg. We had just moved into a rental. The cost of living in Florida is very hight and we are barely making ends meet. Yuris well being means everything.

My family adopted Chop last year from a friend who could no longer care for him. He is a loving sweet dog and we couldn't let him stay where he was no longer wanted. Chop has 2 torn ACL's as well as 2 torn MCL's. Surgery is the only recommendation and we can't afford the almost $3000 for each leg individually. The vet did recommend each leg be done separately to prevent reinjuring the legs. Chop is 100 pounds of love. He loves other dogs, big and small, and is a social butterfly. People are alwasy taken aback by how friendly and warm he is considering his size We lost my baby brother to suicide in July and it shook my family to the core. My cat luna showed up at me and my husbands house. We heard a cat crying loudly in the back of the house so we went to see what was happening. She came out right away but was just a little scared. Luna was very very skinny so we gave her food right away. She appeared that her right leg was broken so we knew she needed help. She hasn't left since we started taken care of her. We took Luna to Paws2Health in West palm Beach for x-rays. The diagnosis came back that her leg is broken and would need surgery or immediate amputation. We have been seeking help since because we do not want to amputate her leg. Luna appeared at our house on my husbands fathers birthday who passed away when he was 13. it was the end of the day and I was telling my husband we need to do something for his father to remember him. Well then we immediately heard the cat crying. My husbands father used to rescue cats. We believe she is a gift from God and his father and we want to help save her. Me and my husband watch Luna walk but she mostly sleeps all day. She is about 9 months old and it is so sad she can't play or live a full life of happiness. We want to give her a chance at a full life like every animal deserves.

I honestly don’t know why something so horrible would happen to something so sweet, loving and caring Luna came home one day with a broken leg, and when I took her to the vet, they told me that she was shot with a pellet gun. I barely had enough for half of that so I had to put it all on my credit card Luna is literally the sweetest cat I’ve ever met! She loves to cuddle and loves to sleep under the blankets at night and other than me and her next best friend is food. She’s the most caring and loving cat in the world, and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. To prevent her from getting arthritis I paid the thousands of dollars it took. But I put it on a credit card. I really need yourhelp I got out of a domestic violence situation and had to move back home due to financial reasons and after I finally saved enough to be able to get back on my feet, Luna came home with a broken leg, and I decided to help her instead of putting her down

Jagger came into my life in 2017. I found Jagger along with his litter of brothers and sisters abandoned in a dumpster while in college. Knowing I couldn’t care for all of them I went to bring them to the local humane society. During my time with the puppies, Jagger and I immediately bonded and I knew he was my sole dog. He has been my best friend ever since and is the greatest joy of my life. Jagger is an extremely active boy and loves to run around with his friends. With his active lifestyle he has torn BOTH of his CCL’s and needs double CCL repairs, meaning 2 separate surgeries. He has been in a lot of pain and has trouble walking. I will be having this surgery completed at Paws 2 Heath in WBP FL. I just want Jagger to be out of pain and back to his happy and active lifestyle. Jaggers favorite thing is snuggles. He is a 85lb lab dog and is happiest when he is snuggled up into someone’s arms. He also loves stuffed animals (his babies, as we call them) and has about 50+ that he cares for. Jagger loves walks on the beach, going to grandmas house, Taylor Swift, and whipped cream. Jagger may look intimidating, but he is the biggest baby and has nothing but love to give. It is going to cost about $3k for each surgery. Unfortunately balancing being a student and working part time to cover the increasing costs of living I do not have the $6k at my disposal that this surgery will work. I just want to see my baby healthy and happy again.

Chiquis came into our lives 2 years ago. We found her in an unsafe situation and knew she deserved a good home. We looked forever and by Gods grace she fell into our hands. I am a single mother and I work hard but due to the cost of living I struggle to make ends meet., I do not have the means to support Chiquis medical right now and without help she may die.

Joe Goldberg is his understudy. Where I go, he goes. I just don't always know it! Ajax Is experiencing a severe upper respiratory infection for a year that is antibiotic resistant. The steroids stop working after two weeks, he's losing weight, not eating & having great difficulty breathing. It is so difficult to watch my sweet boy suffer, we suspect that he has F.I.P. but need more tests to confirm. He has saved me countlesstimes, now it's my turn to save him. I was laid off and have had great difficulty finding work. Ajax means the world to our little family, Me and my other pets would be crushed and entirely lost without him. Please help us get the CT scans & treatment he needs 🙏

In 2017 at the Humane Society in Colorado Springs, My wife and I Found our big boy King. He himself wasn't really cared for considering he was found on the side of pikes peak running with deer. He Had no human interaction or formal training and he was a husky by looks but a wild deer by nature. through hard word and love we helped him become the loving,protecting husky he is today. King is not your typical husky male loud and always trying to dominate. He is loving and welcoming to all who will rub his belly and wrestle with him. he is my daughters furry guardian. 362++32+ King Has always managed to make me smile because when you feel down or not okay mentally, he senses it and just gives you love. he gives you all the love you could want and need. King was unfortunately attacked by another dog who bit his paw. at first everything was okay. we went to a banfield vet and followed all their directions on cleaning and helping the wound. we thought things were okay; but he was licking his paw from where the wound was healing and we didnt realize it they did to help his paw it got reinfected and created a large mass on his paw. My wife has been out of work since the birth of my daughter. i am on one income as a barber. i need my dog more then anything he has kept our family whole and secure. he is our body guard and our big goof ball. losing him isn't necessary.

Lovable and loves sleeping under the blanket I brought her to 1 vet they did a x-ray she has a fractured femur, she was told she had to go to a specialist, i brought her to paws 2 health and they will do surgery and meds for $2500. They will not do surgery until all 2500 is paid, I am on a disability check so it is hard to get all that money on my own Since I’m on a disability check I only make $930 a month, I’m asking for any one to help her because if I can’t come up with the money there’s only 2 options, 1. Amputation of her leg or 2 putting her to sleep,

I found my little one at about 3 months of age face down in a puddle in a storm. I was afraid I was going to pick up a kitten body that I would have to gracefully bury. She was alive cold and wet. Wrapped her up and tucked into my shirt and we went to Walmart to get her what she would need to be taken care off. When she was big enough to not be hurt Maisey our bulldog has raised her as her kitty She became Duckie as it seemed a cute and fitting name. She has been a sassy companion to Maisey and myself! She is not fond of strangers even though she never met one! I have taught her to play fetch and comes when called. She cuddles on my chest and legs. Sometimes gives Maisey the business but they are best buddies. I will Catch them cuddle She follows me or rarely goes downstairs without me. She was a tough cookie to raise. Loves to bite me anywhere for attention. She got out of that somehow. She now lays on my chest and under chin. Purrs. Sleeps on my legs which feels so good. Jealous of the dog and will cover me with her body if Maisey is near or I am on the phone. She makes me happy just being her quirky self. I was afraid because of the original biting that no one would keep her. I don’t know I have feelers out just for a checkup she needs asap. I have found a low cost vet that will give her an exam I will be able to pay for 25-35$. Going Monday. She has stopped eating and not having BM’s. She looks like she wants to eat but will not. I cannot afford the follow ups I know it. I could add so much more need to keep short. Husband disabled and we are searching for treatment. I due to various physical and emotional illness tried working. I’m still trying. Feel like I am leaving Duckie without help except for comfort.she is my joy as I am sick for her

Hello, my name is Jéddy. I recently turned 18 on May 29th. Back in November of 2019 a stray cat would always be at the front of my door. I began to feed her and welcomed her with open arms. A few months later she gave birth to four kittens on April 1st. At 7 weeks we took them to the shelter where we learned they were sick due to not being dewormed. The kittens are very lovely, playful, loving, caring, and PLAYFUL. They weren’t really used to being outside due to being inside all of the time. They love jumping on couches, chasing one another, and whenever someone walks through the door they’ll tilt their head, lol. They got along with one another and other people very well. Due to the pandemic my mother has been laid off from her job. The total cost of brining all the kittens is a bit much at the moment. I would like for my kittens to receive proper care and for me to be able to also get them back. At exactly 7 weeks the kittens began throwing up and having diarrhea. This was the first time they became ill. My mother and I tried to change their diet and also give them more water but we saw that didn’t help. We took them to Animal Aid Inc where we were informed that they were sick due to not being dewormed. All four kittens are special due to the fact that they are extremely loving and playful. They love being cuddled and played with. I’d always take a nap with them once a day. They loving running around and chasing strings. They love to play in sneakers. They love to scratch the wall and carpets. It’s so much that makes these fur babies so special

Pedie is our baby..we rescued him from a place where he had to fight to survive.. He chose us. We've had him about 6 months and since he's become loving and energetic... He sleeps with us and very rarely do we leave him home when we leave..he loves to play outside and he loves to go riding with us when we go somewhere. He loves going for walks round the block and playing fetch.. Any stuffed animal or doll is his baby and he loves to play wit and of course tear it up... If we go somewhere and don't take him when we get home hes beyond happy and excited to see us... When we eat he wants a bite of everything we have... Currently we are both looking for work but not having much luck.. My husband lost his job due to transportation issues recently and were doing everything we can to come up wit the money. Pedies eyes get infected frequently due to his eyelashes curl in instead of out and rub his eye ball and it irritates him bad. I dont have a hospital or vet yet due to ffinancial situation but plan on going to a vet this week hopefully. I hate seeing my babys eyes irritate him like they do.......... He loves to talk to us ever so often almost daily... When we are talking or watching tv or anything except paying him attention he normally speaks up.... His daddy is his all time favorite person... He always wants ro be right there with him no matter what he is doing unless he is using the water hose.

This is Puma, a 2 and half month old long haired bobtail kitten. She was found in a dumpster with broken pelvis and broken rear legs and full of fleas and parasites. Tiki Kiti Rescue, a special needs critical care rescue, was called due to the severity of this case with all the broken bones and trauma involved. This was an urgent situation and she needed surgery ASAP. Our volunteers were able to get her in over Thanksgiving holiday. She quickly went to Orthopedic surgeon to have major repair surgery to her pelvis and legs. Puma is at the rescue starting her healing journey, we have a long road of recovery ahead.
