Farore
Farore is a 14 year old Mix-Breed in Newburgh, NY, who needs $2,000 for SRT (radiation).
Newburgh, NY
Farore was born in my childhood bedroom, one of three kittens to a feral and abused cat I trapped in my neighborhood. She was a spitfire from the beginning, always getting into trouble with her two sisters, Din and Nayru. When they were old enough to wean, the kittens were brought to the cat shelter I worked at at the time to be adopted out - but Farore fell ill, and so she came back home with me. Farore has had a rough go at life, surviving a 107.5 fever of unknown origin as a kitten, a foreign body procedure in 2024 (after she ate an IV line left in at her veterinarian's office overnight), and most recently nasal issues. A CT scan and rhinoscopy at Guardian Veterinary Specialists were pursued and the results showed nasal lymphoma. Farore has lived with her brother and sister (from another mister) her whole life. The three can often be found in a pile together, on their electric blanket or in the sun. The last year has involved enormous strain as far as vet bills, with Farore's sister having a cancer scare and concerns about her brother's small cell lymphoma having come out of remission. I am currently 11k in debt from vet bills and climbing.

Clarisse
Clarisse is a 7 year old Rottweiler in Milford , PA, who needs $2,000 for Radiation Therapy.
Milford, PA
Clarisse was always a little stinker from the day we brought her home. Always teasing her older brother with his toys an taking them from him. They are always together since they met. She comes off as a tuffy but is really a sweetheart. They are inseparable and spend their days in each other's company. Earlier this week we learned Clarisse has developed Fibrosarcoma in her sinuses. We tried to find the best way to treat this but radiation therapy is the only way to save her. Given the location of the tumor we were told by several oncologists that is her saving grace. The is a very expensive treatment estimated at$15,000. This includes a visit with the oncologist, a CT scan and radiation. Clarisse loves to go for walks in the woods behind our house. She is fascinated by all the wildlife around us. She also loves to chase the red dot laser my husband has on his guns. Just say laser and she comes running. Just seeing my husband put his gun on and she starts looking for the laser. She is truly OCD with that laser. She loves her squeaky toys and carries them all over in her mouth. We are a one income family as my husband had a heart attack and can no longer work. We have 3 dogs and barely make ends meet. We are struggling to pay our regular bills and this added expense will put us over the top. I do the best I can handling our expenses. It's tough.

Scooby
Scooby is a 11-year-old American Pitbull Terrier in Garfield, NJ, who needs $2,000 for Tumor Removal.
Garfield, NJ
My dog Scooby has been our family dog since he was 6 months old. He is an extremely friendly, cuddly, affectionate, and a big baby. He just loves to meet new people and will get excited and try to jump on them but with no harm intended. He loves playing with other animals and loves to kids. He also loves to play with his little sister Penny the Yorkie. Scooby loves to go on runs and car rides. He loves having people over and meeting new people on his daily walks. He loves playing with children as well as our 4 year old son. He protects everyone around him, no matter if he’s known you for a few hours. He lets no harm come your way. He loves to sleep and snores just as much as his father does Scooby Doo is special because he has such a kind warm heart. He sees no malice in you and will protect anyone around him. He alerts you when something is wrong if he senses there’s something wrong. He has these big hazel eyes that just melt you away. If he wants to go outside or wants your attention he comes up to you and barks and will walk to what he needs. If your sad he’s the first one there As Scooby has started getting older he has started to grow balls around his body. Particularly one on his leg that has now begun to bother him more when he walks He can no long run for a longer amount of time like he used to and constantly spends his days licking away at the balls. We have went to get them checked but no dont have the funds to get the balls tested. We were told its probably cancer We recently had to move into another home because our landlord passed away and they set the house to be sold We had to unfortunately pay more than we can afford because everything has gone up in prices since the pandemic hit and we really want to get our dog the help he need

Princess
Princess is a 14-year-old Birman in West New York , NJ, who needs $1,500 for invasive tubular and cyst carcinoma.
West New York, NJ
Princess was a present to our daughter from my father in law. A year later he passed away.Princess have fulfilled our lives with smiles and love for 14 years. She likes to stick to her meal and specially snack schedule. She wake me up every morning with her purr and tail on my face. When we are sick she is the best nurse. She will stay with us on bed until we feel better. She loves her toy spider. Princess loves my daughter. We know that because she meows differently around her. She loves to hang around her or just sit next to her while watching Netflix. During Christmas time she loves to spend time under the tree so no presents under the tree for this family 😊. I love her company while I am watering the plants and how her eyes look like a blue ocean in a sunny day. This is a Major expense for us. Our daughter just started college. That brought us so many expenses with her moved in campus. We already have other financial responsibilities mortgage, college, helping financially my mom and grandmother. My cat had suffered from cancer for 2 years. We managed to paid her surgeries to removed the cancerous mass that keeps growing under her armpit and belly. We paid with our credit cards but after 8 surgeries it became overwhelming. We took her to an oncologist that requested more testing and only the testing is 2000. After the testing she will decide what type of treatment she can get. Princess know how to pose and act to get something from us. She really acts like a princess. If I forget to change her water she will wake me up at 2:00am to refresh her water. How do I know because after that she stops crying. She will make the most cutest poses to get our attention. She rolls in her back and cover her face with her paws in an adorable way. We can’t resist that 🥰

Mia
Mia is a 8-year-old Shipoo in Flushing , NY, who needs $2,000 for Radiation therapy.
Flushing, NY
Mia is just 8 years old. I remember the day I brought her home she couldn’t have been more than 2 lbs. she has been the light of my life since. She has such a sweet personality while still be a sassy little thing. She has been with me through some tough times and always still puts a smile on my face. She loves to cuddle up and get her belly rubs whenever she can. Mia is just so sweet with others and makes everyone melt. She can be shy around new people but always makes everyone smile from ear to ear. She is pretty timid around most animals except for her cousin Rocco. Around him she is full of sass. For such a little girls she gets the biggest reactions from people. I never for a second expected this kind of diagnosis let alone the expense that comes along with it. And such a short time to come up with enough to be able to get her the best care possible. We noticed last month something was wrong. And after several vet visits and test I received heartbreaking news that Mia has a brain tumor. And needs treatment as soon as possible to give her a fighting chance. Without it she only has a couple months prognosis. So she will be undergoing radiation therapy at petcure oncology as soon as possible. I look forward to coming home from work to see her at the door to greet me with a toy in her mouth. And that little tail wagging. She brings so much joy to everyone she meets. If I ever catch her off guard you better believe she goes flying to find a toy to come to me with. The little girl in her has never left and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
