Loki came into my life during a very low point and taught me what unconditional love truly is. Simply being near me brings him joy, and that kind of love changed everything for me. He’s my best friend and constant companion. He lives with me as the only pet I've ever had and has always been deeply bonded with me from the start. He's my whole world. Loki is dealing with ongoing gastrointestinal illness, inflammation, and weight loss that have not resolved with diet alone. He is currently on medications and being closely monitored. Due to enlarged lymph nodes, his veterinarian has shared concern that this could be something more serious, including the possibility of cancer, which makes follow-up diagnostics and testing critical. Loki is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly intuitive. He’s happiest being close to the people he loves, offering quiet comfort just by being present. His calm nature and loyalty have made him a constant source of love and stability in our lives. Currently unemployed and in the process of waiting for unemployment benefits, with no financial assistance available right now. I have already used what savings I had to begin Loki’s care, but I can’t continue alone. Having Loki healthy again would mean relief, stability

Mya came into my life when she was only 8 weeks old, and I was only 11 years old. I begged for a dog and finally got my wish and she’s been apart of our family since. Mya got diagnosed with cataracts early 2024, by December 2024 it turned to an ulcer, we started aggressive treatment, and nothing was working. We found out she now has glaucoma in that one he, and we are being recommended to have the eye removed surgically. Mya & I have a special bond, she has been there through every up and down in my life from a little 11 year old girl to a now 24 year old woman. Mya is now my 3 year old daughter’s best friend as well. Our family doesn’t look at Mya as just a dog, we look at her as part of our family We found out that the surgery is going to cost us close to $2000. I am currently a young mom, and a student in school getting my degree. With the amount of vet visits needed for this diagnosis, I have spent a lot of money and in need of some financial assistance.
