Trouble
Trouble is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Alvin, TX, who needs $1,500 for Evaluate Post Snakebite Behavior & Vision Changes..
Texas City
Trouble was part of a large colony at the property where I started working this year. I found out he just recovered from a snakebite without medical attention and I noticed concerning behaviors that caused me to move him into my home. I really want to make sure he isn't in any pain. Trouble miraculously recovered from a snakebite to his back leg without vet help but I believe there are possibly some neurological issues. His vision is definitely compromised and from what I've learned there are behavioral changes as well. He doesn't seem to be in any pain but cats notoriously hide their pain. I'm also worried about it being degenerative. Trouble is so sweet despite what he's been through. He is very gentle with my daughters and loves sleeping on the couch next to my 5 yr old. He doesn't even lash out when his recent vision loss creates scary situations or jump scares. He just cowers or runs away and that breaks my heart. He is welcome to be a lap kitty with is the rest of his life but I want to make sure I'm doing all I can. I'm a single mom of 2 young daughters. I lost a very good job last year and then an accident took our car. We now live on the property I work at in a temp building and love it here but since I'm still digging us out of that hole it isn't possible for me to afford vet care.

Clyde
Clyde is a 5 year old Golden Retriever in Baytown, TX, who needs $10,000 for Pleural Effusion and CT Scan.
Baytown, TX
Clyde is a goldendoodle. He is five years old and is a precious family member. He has been with Cody since he was a baby. He loves to take rides in the car and go for walks. Since the time he was born, he has had the sweetest demeanor. He and Cody go everywhere together. Clyde is truly like a son to Cody. From chilling at the house or going on a drive, the two of them are always together. Clyde had two emergency pleural effusions. The fluid keeps up and pushing his lungs and heart to the side. He has a CT scan tomorrow. The ultrasound and bloodwork have shown no reason for the emergency issue. He has been going to Mission Emergncy Vet Clinic. Clyde is very sweet and loving. He is truly a family member and like a son to Cody. He is very calm and happy go lucky. He loves to hugs and loves to give them back. Clyde's medical bills have grown to 10K and we have run out of funds to pay for the vet costs while they run tests and do the effusions to keep him alive while the doctors find a resolution.

Reina
Reina is a 2 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in Friendswood, TX, who needs $5,035 for Exam, Rehabilitation Bundle, and MRI Service.
Friendswood, TX
Reina came into my life unexpectedly, and it truly feels like she was meant to be here. She was accidentally hit with a truck. She was taken to the veterinarian, where X-rays showed no broken bones. Reina's previous owner, who, due to difficult personal circumstances, was unable to take her back. I welcomed her into my home. Although Reina did not suffer any fractures in the accident, she has significant difficulty using one of her back legs. Her previous owner reported that the leg problem existed before the accident, suggesting this may be the result of an older injury rather than the collision itself. Reina has an incredibly gentle spirit. She enjoys lying in the grass, watching the world around her, and spending time with our family. Every day she becomes a little more confident.. Like many families, we weren't expecting to suddenly become responsible for ongoing veterinary expenses. Even though I gladly opened my home to Reina, her medical needs extend beyond what I can afford on my own.

Roxy
Roxy needs $2000 for abscess & drainage diagnosis.
Houston, TX
Roxy came into my life when she was one month old. It was LOVE at first sight. My oldest nephew actually chose the name Roxy and it felt right. She lives at home with me. Sunday 04/27/2025 Roxy developed severe swelling and pain in her left eye again; she was rushed to Safari animal hospital. Roxy was examined and the Dr. stated she developed an abscess and recommended to have it drained ASAP along with a CT-Scan of her skull to rule out the cause of swelling. CT-Scan shows possible Osteosarcoma over her left eye, nose & forehead. We need a biopsy to confirm. Roxy means the world to me, she’s loving, sassy, smart, and is the most beautiful girl to me, she still has a whole lot of life in her!! I’m kindly asking for donations, every donation is truly appreciated no matter the amount. The costs for Roxy’s treatments, medications, and care are overwhelming, Veterinary care can be very costly. I am doing everything in my power on my own, but I need your help to cover Roxy’s medical expenses to give her a fighting chance.

Suki
Suki is a 2 year old American Shorthair in Pearland, TX, who needs $2,000 for FIP/Respiratory Viral Screen and Treatment.
Pearland, TX
Suki, 2, arrived in 2022 during a Texas freeze. Malnourished, she sought shelter at my door when she was 10 weeks old. Nursed back to health, she showed deep appreciation, choosing me as her first human. Suki, meaning "beloved one" in Japanese encompasses love and fondness. Now, Suki's fighting a serious illness. At Safari Hospital, she had high fever, dehydration, and a swollen eye. Tests were inconclusive & home care failed. Vets suspect neurological/viral (FIV/coronavirus). Currently waiting for blood tests to see if they can figure out whats wrong. If positive, vet stated there may be a 50/50 chance of survival. We face mounting vet bills for tests & treatment. Suki, truly "beloved," is pure sweetness. Cuddles are her specialty, and her daily mission is winning over her grumpy senior sister. She's transformed my life, teaching patience, kindness, and offering endless comfort. A welcoming host, she greets every visitor. She also loves outdoor walks, making her a unique, cherished companion. Abrupt job loss & low income make Suki's care a huge challenge when specialist care is needed. Your help means everything, giving her a chance to heal.
