Onyx

Onyx is a 7 month old Mix-Breed in Montclair, CA, who needs $3,000 to Pop Her Arm Back in Place.

Montclair, CA

Ok so my little babies her name is Onyx and she was born from my hairless dog Little Bit and she was the one that was stuck inside her so i had to carefully pull her out. She is the runt.of them all she gets into everything and anything. It takes me 3 times to call her name before she comes to me lol. But she's my babie. She the one that helps me with my depression, anxiety and PTSD. So lastnight my son was playing with her and her color bone popped out.of place we took her to the emergency vet and all they did for her was give her a pain shot and said thay all they can do without payment and we have no money at all so we are asking for help to pay her vet and get her fixed please we have no money I struggle every month to supply for my family and it's hard. But we do it. Onyx has a favorite stuffed animal she takes that everywhere she goes if she's going outside for potty time she take it with her I have to wash other every other day because it gets dirty fast. My son cried to hard the night her arm popped out of place he felt like he did it but it wasn't his fault her arm had gotten stuck and it popped. She is my son's favorite dog she loves him so much. It would mean the world to us if you can help us pay the bill my family and I are asking on our knees to.please help us the 3rd picture will show you her broken collar bone. It's so sad cuz the vet couldn't even work with us in payments so we are looking to another vet.

Togo

Togo is a 4 year old Labrador Retriever in Moreno Valley, CA, who needs $3,000 for MRI (start of treatment).

Moreno Valley, CA

Im a 13 year old named Mateo. When we got my labrador retriever we named him Togo, based off the movie, the movie Togo was about a brave husky, just like my dog, I wanted him because I always begged for a dog and my parents gifted me him December 2022. My dog was fine until November 2025, I was sleeping, when my dog came looking for me with his tail under his stomach, Togo was drooling and was balancing while walking, after that we went to rest and he was fine the next day. But it happened again last night 2/22/26, but this time it was worse bc he had a seizure and he threw up a yellow liquid, worst part is that it happened 2 times consecutively Togo is a special dog for me and my family because he's a dog that has shown us a love and a loyalty that he could never break in which to the family he makes us really happy because he's another member to our family, and he gives us the love back that we give him multiplied infinite times. We can't pay the MRI because my parents situation is a sudden major expense, not planned, urgent, and outside the usual budget due to emergencies like health or house care gor example our roof is broken and we don't have emergency funds.

Bruce

Bruce is a 3 year old German Shepherd Dog in Ontario, CA, who needs $5,000 for Hospital Stay, Brain MRI, and Treatment.

Ontario, CA

My wife and I had two cats for 7 years and decided we were still missing something, and so we decided to adopt 1-yr old Bruce. Bruce came into the family full of light and energy and goofiness. We never knew the love of a dog before, being just a cat household, however, once we got Bruce it proved to be exactly what we were missing. After two years of being happy and healthy, Bruce started to slow down. He was no longer excited to go on his walks, would lie down all day, and was no longer sleeping through the night. Our vet diagnosed him with kennel cough, gave him antibiotics and sent him on his way. He took a turn for the worse, loss eyesight, and is now walking in circles. He has been in the hospital for 4 days now. Bruce absolutely enjoys playing! He goes to daycare where he runs around nonstop, even though his friends all take breaks. He will absolutely exhaust himself at home with nonstop fetch and loves to torment his cat sisters. Apart from that, Bruce absolutely loves to swim. We have countless videos of him throwing his toys in the pool to give himself an excuse to jump in! Unfortunately, we did not have an emergency fund big enough to finance Bruce’s medical expenses as well as our personal bills. We have had to take out extra credit cards and still did not meet the full credit picture to be able to fully cover his hospital bills.

Lady, The People’s Kitty

Lady, The People’s Kitty is a 0 Year Old Mix-Breed in Ontario, CA, Who Needs $1,000 for Exam, Vaccines, Diagnostics.

ONTARIO, CA

A tropical storm was getting ready to hit California at the beginning of the weekend and I saw these two little guys and it look like someone just abandoned them and something inside me just told me to take em in and I just don’t know what to do. This is my first cat/pet like…ever. I can hardly take care of myself in this economy. I don’t know how I can take care of, well…one kitten now. I don’t know. I need to call around and see what would my options would be as far as veterinary services and care. I do live in an apartment complex where there is a small cat colony. So far as where they came from, I’m not sure, but both my female and formerly male kitten did seem malnourished. Her and her recently deceased brother (I think it was her brother, I hoped I made his last days comfortable) was just out in the cold and there’s been minor floods around in my area. I just couldn’t leave them out in the cold and the rain to like…die. I am a disabled veteran of the US Army who lives off a certain set income monthly and after my bills and especially groceries nowadays: I’m spent. I found these two guys in between paychecks and I’m not asking for much, just something to help us through this storm.

Chance "Oz"

Chance "Oz" is a 6 month old Mix-Breed in Apple Valley , CA, who needs $2,000 for MRI and Neurology Diagnostics.

Apple Valley, CA

Hello, thank you for looking at our fundraiser. This is Chance. He's estimated at about 6-7 months old. At the end of August he was struck by a car, which fractured his spine and left him paralyzed in his back legs. High Desert Animal Coalition paid his initial vet bills and I have been fostering him since, but he needs more care. Chance is currently on pain management, but there is a possibility for surgery that could alleviate his pain by fixing the fracture in his spine. We took him to a neurosurgeon at VCA Ontario Veterinary Specialists for a consultation. In order to determine if going through with the surgery would help this little guy out, an MRI is needed to see if he is a good candidate. The MRI is about $2,000. He's a happy little puppy who loves other dogs and cats, loves toys, car rides, walks in his wheelchair, and cuddles. He has tons of energy and wants to do all the puppy things. I lost my job earlier this year, and the rescue has been at capacity for some time. The vet recommended euthanasia if we can't afford diagnostics to see if surgery may help. We want to at least get him the MRI to determine if we should go forward with the surgery.

Ontario, CA

Eleven was born in December 20 2023 he lives with his mother his sister his father and his cousin as well as two elderly Chihuahua jack Russel terrier mix whom are not related so u can say eleven lives in a pack with 6 other dogs and we just moved to Ontario to stay with a friend who is helping us out with a place to stay. I noticed yesterday he had a very large blister on the sheath if his penis that was red and kinda of purple I assumed he may have burnt himself bc the side walk in the back yard as well as the dirt is pretty hot. Well today I noticed him licking away at it and wen I moved his head I was horrified to see a huge hole where the blister was and a foxtail in the hole Eleven is my special yellow eyed baby boy I love all my dogs they are the reason I breathe. It really pains me to know how I can't afford to take him to the emergency room right now bc the vets want money up front which I don't have at the moment I know he's in pain My poor Eleven has got to be in quite a lot of pain and I'm so frustrated I can't do anything to help him right now it really is damaging to my emotional and well as spiritual well being. Anyone who loves their babies like their children I'm sure can understand

Dash is a 7 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi in Moreno Valley , CA, who needs $2,000 for Gastronomy.

Moreno Valley, CA

Dash came into my life in a weird way.. a friend reached out and asked me if I was still looking for a corgi.. uhm yeah! Who’s not looking for a corgi?? I was the lucky one that got Dash! Unfortunately, Dash’s previous owners were unkind to him. Dash came to me very dog and food aggressive, and I’ve recently learned they shot him with a BB gun. Dash was recently treated at both Banfield in Riverside and had an emergency gastronomy (invasive stomach surgery to remove something he ate while my apartment was being repaired from a sewage flood) at VCA in Ontario CA(who I will forever be thankful for) Dash is my best friend; he’s been through thick and thin with me. He brings so much joy to anyone he comes in contact with. He loves toys, he loves food, he loves walks, he loves loves pets and he loves loves loves his family, I’m sure if he met you, he would love you too. Unfortunate, to give Dash the surgery that he needed, it was almost $8000 of an unexpected event that I didn’t save for, and quite honestly, if it weren’t for being able to open a Care Card, I wouldn’t have been able to.

Bones is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Ontario , CA, who needs $2,000 for Surgery and Hospitalization.

Ontario, CA

Baby bones was founded outside of our apartment looking incredibly malnourished. We took her to several pet shelters and none would take her. After several days of searching we decided we would be here forever home. She was named after her figure but soon enough she wasn’t skin and bones. She’s lived with us ever since and loves hanging out with us She quickly lost a lot of weight only weighing in a 3 pounds. She has been hospitalized for nearly a week at VCA. She had surgery and we were told she would not make it out but she did. She’s fighting to get back to her old self she’s lively again but is still weak. Unfortunately we are barely finding answers as opposed to treatment. Her case is extremely rare and is very complex She’s a huge lover. There is not a day she doesn’t snuggle with us. Since she’s a street cat she never licks wet food but attempts to bite. Her favorite activities at home were jumping on counters to look for food. Ever since Bones has been gone her sister has been more vocal and laying with us. We are college students who are employed trying to save our little girls life. She is our first ever cat and we absolutely fell in love with her. We need her home as she is a major source of support. Her case is extremely rare making the costs very large.

Pooper was one out of a litter of three. I rescued him out of an abandon house. The other two siblings did not make it. The parents had been ran over. Pooper suffers from seizures and they have been getting more frequent he has not seen a vet and these seizures are now happening once a week. I give him cod oil to calm him however he needs to be checked out by a vet. I fear he will go into a seizure and not come back. Pooper is my love my sanity on four legs I couldn’t imagine living a life without him there. I would do anything for this dog as he has done so much for me. He is my true puppy love. I lost my job two months ago and my unemployment was denied. I currently have filed an appeal however that takes time. I’m getting behind on my bills and no savings to speak of.

GLENDORA, CA

Morgana was found on our driveway late at night as a baby kitten. He was very talkative and walked right inside. We tried for a month to find his owner but none showed so we kept him and named him. The name Morgana came from the video game Persona 5. As he reminded us of the cat in the game. On May 4th, We came home and found morgana unable to use his back legs. He was dragging them across the floor. We rushed him to VCA Ontario and they ran blood tests, checked his kidney levels. They confirmed that there was no physical trauma. His blood levels were normal. And we dont know whats going on so far. Morgana has always been a feisty yet loving cat. He loves to knock things over and cause mayhem in our house. He loves to play with our other animals and now that he cant use his back legs, hes upset that he cant run and play like he used to. The Vet wants to perform mris, cerebralspinal taps and might even perform surgery. The tests alone will cost 4,000 dollars. Additionally the surgery will start at 9,000. We need help, we are on a fixed income and cant afford to save him on our own.

Snow

Snow is a 9-year-old Husky in Jurupa Valley, CA, who needs $2,000 for Pyometra Surgery.

Jurupa Valley, CA

Snow has been in my life for 9 years now. I chose her name because she’s white like snow. I found her off of a Craigslist post. She was loving and sweet from the start. Her personality hasn’t changed since when we first met. Snow likes to meet new people and play with any dog she meets. I have family members with autism and Snow is the nicest to them letting them pet her as long as they want. Whenever I grab her leash she’s as hyper as can be. It’s more like she takes me for a walk. She loves when I scratch her near her butt and then when she wants her belly scratched she just flops onto her back with her tongue out sideways looking at me eagerly. If I stop scratching for a few seconds she slaps my hand with her paw asking for more. Snow is special to me because she’s the first dog I’ve ever had. She seems to be in her own world at times and it’s as if when she puts her mind onto an activity like smelling her surroundings she’s on a mission to sniff every inch there is. She has open pyometra. I found out when I took her to VCA California Vet Specialist. I didn’t know that an illness like that even existed. Pyometra happens when a dog is not spayed. I got her when I was 18 and had never had a dog before. I just didn’t know anything. She’s been healthy up until this point. I’m working part time currently to help out my mother in law. Driving her to her radiation treatments and prior to that, her chemo treatments. To have Snow be healthy again would fill me with joy. To see her be her usual self is all I want.

Killer came to me by chance. A couple I met at a doughnut shop one day said they could no longer keep her due to the dog they had in their home did not appreciate a new mate. They thought I would be a good care taker and entrusted me to her care. Killer is a hyper happy puppy who loves to play and give licks on your nose, she gets so excited when my niece and nephew come over to play with her. she is feisty and plays aggressively with her toys that's why she ended up with the name killer. she loves playing with the other dogs in the house and copies her playmates behaviors. a funny thing we noticed is she jumps straight up and down like a flea in a cup. it's the cutest thing to see. she has so much energy she bounces to get it all out like Tigger. Killer was brought to VCA California Veterinary Specialist experiencing vomiting. she was treated with some anti nausea but still had some things going on. eventually we explored with x-rays and found she had eaten something. she's been hospitalized over night with fluid care and blood sugar monitoring with hopes this forging body passes. Earlier this year her sister a Doberman, ate her bedding and was hospitalized with the same issue thankfully she was able to pass the bedding but the medical bills are starting to pile up. Euthanasia is not a rout I want to take due to finical restrain.

Wolfgang

Wolfgang is a 3-month-old Husky in San Dimas, CA, who needs $2,000 for Enteroplication Surgery (for Intussusception, aka Telescoping Intestines Requiring Partial Surgical Removal).

San Dimas, CA

Where to start about our sweet Wolfgang? He came to us unexpectedly 10 days ago. On our drive back from a trip to Mexico, we saw a man at the border with two tiny husky puppies that needed homes, Wolfgang and his sister. We instantly fell in love with Wolfie and brought him home with us, to join our fur family comprised of three other dogs, a cat and a parrot. (Yes, we love animals!) Wolfie had an unfair start in life. Our first night home, he had terrible diarrhea and vomiting. Even so, he had adorable energetic moments where he wanted to play. Mostly, we noticed lethargy, no appetite and wanting sleep. We realized with sinking hearts that he had some sort of intestinal sickness. But we knew that was a risk when we followed our hearts to take him with no strings. Wolfgang has the most sad and soulful blue eyes we've ever seen. In them, we see weariness, lack of understanding why his life so far has been only sickness and pain. We also see the spark of a joyful puppy who wants to come out, if only he could. He knows we love him because the first night we had him, he wanted to sleep next to my red sneaker. The next night, however, he was in the hospital. Wolfgang's condition is critical. He's at VCA California Veterinary Specialists in Ontario, CA. A 24/7 team of vets attend him and he has so far had two high-risk intestinal surgeries (Dr. Daniel Nucci). He's on liquid nutrition and blood transfusion, with a long recovery ahead. And, no, we're not 100% sure he'll pull through. But we want him to have every chance. because that is our commitment. On day one, I added Wolfie to our pet insurance, which covers up to $5K a year--nowhere near covering vet bills, which, today, range between $22K and $28K (likely to increase depending on recovery). Credit card debt will pay for this unless we have your generous help.

Santa Barbara, CA • Kennels 2 Couches

On 8/12 I was set to rescue 1 puppy from Apple Valley shelter in CA, but there were 2 littermates that also needed to be rescued. I agreed to take all 3 because otherwise they would have been euthanized. They went home to a foster, and 2 days later Gunther was sick with Parvovirus, He's been very sick at a hospital ever since. Before Gunther became sick he was the healthiest and most robust of the 3 puppies. He romped and played, and was happy and independent. He has gorgeous Husky blue eyes and a smile that doesn't stop. Gunther is special because he was doomed to die at the shelter had I not rescued his sister. Sadly, she also became sick from the virus 4 days after Gunther, and she did not make it. It seems like she was rescued so Gunther could have a chance at life, and I am fighting to give him that with proper vet care, hoping he will recover from this horrible disease that irresponsible humans exposed him to Gunther has been at the veterinary hospital the whole time. When he went there, within hours of the onset of Parvo symptoms, they gave him a great prognosis. After 48 hours his condition changed, and he became critical. He grew more sick, and even got septic at one point. The staff and doctors there miraculously nursed him back from the brink, but he's still very ill. I am a small rescue and do not have wealthy benefactors supporting me. I do not rescue sick or injured animals because I do not have that kind of support. I thought these puppies had mild upper respiratory virus and parasites, all easily treated with little cost.

Hello my puppy Al Capone was born November of 2021 and gifted February 2022 as a present for my 21st birthday. He stays with his owner full time in her bedroom mainly watching tv as he plays with his toys. Al does have siblings that are his age and older so he does not get bored often! Al Capone is a very happy and healthy registered puppy. Al Capone is 8 months and as for our family/household is a support animal and a very big lover. Al is a very gentle and kindhearted puppy. Al is a trained puppy and is very sweet to all people and other animals. I have never had Al act out in any way or with anyone he is truly a dream when it comes to having a puppy. My puppy Al Capone is special to me because he’s my first ever English bulldog. Al is also special because he can shake both paws, he also can do hi fives with both paws. When Al gets a treat he likes to sit and give handshakes he also like to do his little smile after he receives any attention from anyone. I am currently at a veterinary specialist and will be returning for all other medical procedures needed. When I took Al in I was giving a “vet plan” which is basically when the vet doctors come up with the best plan for that dog, which for Al it was that he needs to his wounds cleaned, a few drainages and to be patched up possibly stitched up. For Al to get fixed the vet is charging 2,200$ and for me all I need is my puppy Al it would mean everything to me to be able to get him into the vet. I am willing to do anything for my puppy Al.

Burbank, CA

I rescued a brown cat who lived to be about 20 years old, and I missed her when she died in 2020. I joined a Havana Brown group on Facebook because I missed her and wanted to learn more about the breed. One of the moderators advertised a Havana Brown who was in need of a home after his owner died, and I asked about the cat’s health, as I cannot afford expensive medical bills. This cat is very sweet as reflected by the breed traits. He is also in a great deal of pain after years of neglect. I was told that his owner was sick for years and died, and the cat was his companion. Then the family didn’t want it, no explanation offered. The cat is playful, enjoying ribbons and catnip toys. He is active and curious, rather doglike in temperament. Rocco was named for the patron saint of pandemics. By a miracle he survived his owner, but he has never been loved unselfishly or been cared for responsibly, which is a shame. His breed is especially sweet natured, loyal and affectionate, and I feel this innate trust was abused. He doesn’t deserve to suffer and in fact should look forward to a long and healthy life of his own. This breed is prone to gingivitis, and he needs dental surgery. He is in a good deal of pain because of rotten teeth and a mouth infection that has spread to his maxillary sinuses. He has nasal polyps that make breathing difficult. He sneezes frequently and has neurological damage presenting as Horners Syndrome. He has stage II/III renal disease, megacolon and elevated thyroid and pancreas levels. I am a disabled military veteran of the US Navy supporting my spouse for the past several months. I also have asbestosis. We have three cats already, and I cannot afford extensive medical bills.

We (rio) is recently diagnosed with IMHA we will do anything to save her Rio loves to love. Kisses everyone so hard her tounge slips into your mouth. She’s the best at it. Pat your chest and she jumps right into your arms. She is so loving and gentle truly the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. She has a sister zephyr at home. They love eq horned so much. I couldn’t have found a better fit. They share toys, beds and I’ve even caught them on the doggy cam hugging. She talks to the neighbors dogs in a sound I’ve never heard before. It never gets old and you can’t wait for her to do it again. She’s such a great watch dog and has alerted me when a strange man was in our driveway while I was home alone she knew he was bad news! We recently have been diagnosed with IMHA. Her red blood count level Was so low we have done two blood transfusions. Ram every test we could, X-ray and imaging. So far her numbers have gone up a bit. Her fees have reached 9000. After losing my mom and not working mealy two months I was not prepared for such an unexpected turn of events I thought I had my trauma for the year. Isabella is very patient and kind, however, these few weeks have been so hard for all of us to see Isabella in Pain, she needs surgery to remove the lump and reconstruction from the specialist at VCA in Ontario, CA. Isabella lives with us and shares a space with Benji a Maltipoo. While there is a big difference in her size vs Benji, she is very sweet and likes to play with him all the time. When the kids are on their way home from school, she is patiently waiting next to the door. She gets excited to see the kids coming home from school. We love Isabella! Isabella is a protector, she loves to protect my kids. While we have a small Maltipoo who likes to chase my daughter Kayla all over the house Isabella always comes to the rescue, she is sweet, lovable, and enjoys attention. Her favorite time of the day is when Kayla takes her for a walk, she loves to feel loved. She also loves to cuddle at night. We took Isabella for a vet check due to a visual lump on 8/30/22, a biopsy was taken as well as blood work, and X-ray. Results show it is Sarcoma Stage 2 Cancer. Isabella is currently under the care of VCA, we have scheduled surgery, however, the soonest date is October 7th, 2022. Isabella is in pain and it's heartbreaking to watch. No cancellations yet for an earlier surgery date This was an unexpected emergency. I used a moderate amount of my funds for Isabela's testing, X-rays, bloodwork, and ultrasound. He is a young and energetic pup who adds laughter and joy to my family. He loves the outdoors and also loves to play fetch. His favorite thing I would probably have to say is puppachinos. My pet is family lover. He gets along with kids and is always up for playtime. He loves napping while the family spends time outdoors and is very energetic. My family members all see he is a big sweetheart and is always up for a good time outdoors. We have two cats and he is also very friendly towards them. He has huge floppy ears that I find to be his most unique feature. He just started to enjoy car rides more and loves peeping out the window and greeting passerby so. I think his love for puppy frappes from Starbucks are something that definitely make me smile. He is a sweetheart with other dogs and can make friends with all sized dogs and even cats I recently got him neutered yesterday. Unfortunately he ran away today morning after and got into an accident where his stitching from surgery tore. We are current at VCA in Ontario and their service is great. My dog does need surgery urgently since he is in plenty of pain and has lots of current bleeding. It would be gray to get some conical assistance with his surgery. I am currently a college student looking to transfer to CPP this fall. In 2014 I took in a stray dog that had been in my neighborhood. I named her Meredith like the character from Grey’s Anatomy. Two months later she gave birth to three puppies. I named them Bailey, Sloan and Yang to stay with the theme. I kept them all but unfortunately Yang passed away that year and Meredith passed away in 2021 from heart disease. Sloan loves to cuddle with my other dogs Bailey and Pumpkin. She also loves blankets. Most of the time she tucks herself under a blanket for maximum comfort to sleep. She used to love playing with mini tennis balls but would also become obsessed and never want to share with the other dogs. Of course, she loves walking around the neighborhood and barking at bicyclists. Sloan loves other animals. She gets along very well with my other two dogs. She also loves our cat Charlie and tries to lick his face even though he swats her away. She also has a fascination with my parent’s cockatiel named Dean. Two years ago when she was ill, she and I became very close. She always goes up to me when she’s not feeling good and I always try to make her feel better. On April 18th, Sloan underwent spay surgery as well as a dental cleaning. Afterward, she had no appetite and was eating very little. She got medicine but continued to struggle and developed severe acid reflux. My local vet that did her surgery says they can no longer treat her and she needs to see a specialist. The acid reflux keeps her from being able to eat very much so she has lost weight. I graduated college last year and have been trying to get a job but I have yet to find one that is located nearby. I did not expect for Sloan to be intensely ill after getting spayed so I did not financially prepare for her to see a specialist, which is very expensive.

Figaro is a 1-year-old Domestic short hair in Montclair, CA, who needs $2,000 for Tail amputation.

Montclair, CA

Thank you for your time. Figaro is a loved pet in our family's household. She is a mainly indoor cat who from time to time makes her way outside to explore but never goes far. She is just under a year old and was born from her mother cat Meowchy who is also in our care. She loves being pet and enjoys time with my dad as a lap cat. My elderly father especially loves to have her around as she is a joy and very chatty, playful, sweet and loving. She is responsive to when we get home and greats us when we come in. Figaro plays with toys and with her siblings, as we have them as well. She play tackles and sometimes kind of bounces off the walls because she gets so excited and is full of life. Figaro is special to us and makes us smile just by being in her presence. If Figaro could talk she would because sometimes it seems like she tries. She mainly is an indoor cat but when she gets out you can always find her chasing down insects and bring them inside most of the time they are not even harmed as she is super gentle. Unfortunately someone in our neighborhood has been harming animals. Figaro had gone missing 2 days prior to Feb. 14 and we found her late on the 14th bleeding. Her tail had been fractured and dislocated in a way that was not typical of a normal break. She had been completely healthy prior and is currently at VCA emergency specialist. I care for my father, we are paradise planning currently. I am limited to the amount I can work because of my father's needs. I received a loan to help cover Figaros expenses to save her life. Financial assistance for Figaro will cover medication and current expenses.

Bella

Bella is a 8-year-old Pomeranian in Moreno Valley , CA, who needs $2,000 for Mast Cell Tumor.

Moreno Valley, CA

My sweet, loving Bella was wandering along a very busy street close to our home. I was driving home with my daughter when my daughter started screaming for me to pull the car over, which i did instinctively. My daughter jumped out of the car, went running into the middle of the road and all I saw was this little ball of white fluff jump straight into her arms! Bella loves her sister Boo (a black and white pomeranian) and is always suspicious of her cat sisters and brothers! Bella sleeps with her sister Boo in the master bedroom. Her favorite toy is Beaver, whom she loves! Bella loves rotisserie chicken, any kind of lunch meat, mainly any type of food except her dog food! Bella is special because she is so loving, always wanting to be next to me or at least in the same room as me, she gives kisses, is always happy to see everyone, and puts a smile on my face everyday! She is goofy, racing around and playing fetch with Beaver and always making sure her sister Boo has the cleanest eyes ever! Bella has been diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumors (multiple). She needs surgery and chemotherapy. She has been given a good prognosis because the tumors are all low grade but she desperately needs this treatment to continue to live. Bella is being treated by Dr. Heller (oncologist) at California Veterinary Specialists in Ontario CA. My Bella means the world to me! She is very healthy and the cancer has not spread beyond the skin tumors. The quote for the surgery alone is between $6300-$7800 and this does not include chemotherapy. Anything would help!

Loki

Loki is a three-year-old Pit Bull Terrier in Ontario, CA, who needs $2,000 for chemotherapy.

Ontario, CA

Karen M. and her children got heart-wrenching news: Their beloved dog, Loki, had cancer, and he's only three years old! "We got Loki from a rescue when he was a puppy in 2018," Karen tells Waggle. "He is a member of our family. I have three teenagers, and he is the first dog we've had." The best option for Loki's treatment is chemotherapy at VCA California Veterinary Specialists-Ontario. Karen's family has already spent a tremendous amount of money on Loki's diagnostic tests and care so far, and they are begging for assistance raising the money for his treatment. "We don't want to lose our baby," Karen says. "We just want him to be healthy and have a good quality of life. Please help us." Without chemotherapy Loki's chances of survival are bleak. Losing him would be devastating for Karen and her children. "Loki usually sleeps in bed with my daughter; she loves to cuddle with him. He is a good dog. Loki loves to play ball or tug-o-war. When we're gone and come home, he gets super excited, or when visitors come over like grandma and grandpa. He went to training and knows a lot of commands. He loves to do shake or high five. He really just loves attention. He's a big sweetheart," Karen says. Please help Loki get the treatment he needs for a brighter future!

Anakin

Anakin is a 12-year-old Chihuahua in Claremont, CA, who needs $3,400 for cancer treatments.

Claremont, CA

Anakin came into our lives on a visit to Barstow, Ca. We adopted him and his sister Alvie. Alvie has since passed. He has other four legged companions running around. Anakin I very dainty and his other companions are a little on the rough side so for the most part he’s on the sidelines. He loves sleeping on my sisters bed overnight! Anakin is such a little ham, he loves being carried like one cradles a baby. He mostly clings to my sister and loves her so much to the point that he looks for when not in the same room. He also likes sleeping on everyone’s bed but loves sleeping under the covers. We all get to cutting our fair share of Anakin love ❤️ I’m in financial distress due to being on fixed income. I’m receiving social security and my daughter can only provide minimal financial assistance due to loss of job because of COVID-19. Anakin was diagnosed with cancer late last year and he’s undergoing treatment with chemotherapy and will be ongoing. The pill for us not working and will need several treatments Intravenously that will hopefully work and keep him comfortable. VCA California Veterinary Specialists-Ontario Oncology department is where he’s having cancer treatment. Anakin is very cute and adorable. He grins and sneezes when he’s happy and gets excited especially when he’s getting boiled chicken. think the grin is literally a smile and that makes me smile and laugh. He loves taking pictures especially with hats and he’s very Photogenic and loves blueberries and watermelon.
