In April of 2020, after my divorce left my world feeling quiet and uncertain, Kaos came into my life. He wasn't just a dog-he was my steady heartbeat when everything else felt broken. For six years, its been just the two of us. He is my only pet, my shadow, my comfort on the hardness nights and my joy on the best days. We've been inseparable - through healing, and rebuilding. We recently found out that a years long issue with his leg, is a torn CCL (ACL) It will require a TPLO surgery for him to regain quality of life. I most recently became serious where he can no longer get around other than to go potty. We found an amazing hospital to preform the surgery. Warmsprings Veterinary Hospital has been amazing in his care during diagnosis. Kaos has given me unconditional love and loyalty and a reason to keep going when life felt overwhelming. He is a goof ball and big loving sweetheart that melts with affection. He love the ladies and they love him. When he is not chasing squirrels and people watching, he is chasing a tennis ball or sun bathing. His most favorite is hiking in the hills and tracking. I currently lost my job while trying to get this taken care of, and locating a reputable veterinarian with decent pricing. I really need to get this done asap for him to have his quality of life back. Chasing tennis balls, hiking in nature for our mental health.
Bella Rose Roundtree

Bella was a Christmas gift for my youngest son. One of his oldest brothers got her from a friend. Bella was only 6 weeks old when is became a member of our family. Bella was the runt of her litter. My youngest son named Bella since it was his Christmas gift. Bella is 9 yrs old. Since November, Bella has been exhibiting a progressive lameness in her left hind knee. After being evaluated by Banfield Hospital vet, they said that Bella had a ligament injury. Bella was then referred to Warm Springs Pet Hospital for evaluation for a TPLO surgery to repair her knee. Bella and I are best friends! Never would I ever thought that I would have such a close bond to this fur baby! She was so sick in her first year of life and after I nursed her back to health our friendship was a bond for life! Bella loves playing with her stuffed toys and zooms are her favorite! She has not been able to do any zooms since her injury or take long walks which she absolutely loves! A TPLO surgery is around $4,900. I am a single mother with a fixed income and this unexpected expense is a financial challenge for me. Overall Bella is in good health other than her knee injury. Bella having this surgery will allow her to regain a better quality of life.

Willow was named after our elementary school mascot. We found him abandoned in a cardboard box in the front of our school office. Once we removed him from the box we realized he was injured. He could not put weight on one of his rear legs. We knew we had to help him. We rushed him to Mission Valley Vet and had X-rays done. Unfortunately the x rays revealed not only a fractured tibia but a fractured hip as well. The Vet then told us that an orthopedic surgeon would be needed and the estimated cost for surgery would be at a minimum of 7000 dollars. We left the office in tears and feeling defeated. Willow is the absolute sweetest kitten I have ever met. He snuggles in and purrs when picked up. It breaks my heart to think about how much pain he must be in. We fell in love within the first moments we found him. He deserves to live a long healthy life. We have six cats at home and recently just paid for 4 kittens that appeared in our yard to be spayed and neutered. We just feared that we could not afford these high costs for Willow’s care. I knew I had to reach out for help.

We lost a dog because she was old too She got hit by a car on 6/3/2025 At 8:30pm and the guy was going 40 miles per hour in a 25 miles zone with head lights off and drove off so fast and never checked Remy is an excellent dog and she is a family dog and we love her so much. Especially my daughter. Oliver

Oliver was born on October 19th, part of a litter of eight beautiful puppies. Tragically, all of the puppies, including Oliver, developed severe respiratory pneumonia shortly after birth. They were rushed to an emergency clinic, where they spent several critical days fighting for their lives. Despite every effort from the veterinary team, we were only able to save one—our sweet Oliver. on Thursday evening we were getting all the dogs ready for bed. Oiver being a spunky little puppy was running and playing as we put the other dogs in and no more then 5 minutes later i called out to him and I spotted him in the back limping unable to bare weight on his front left leg. Oliver is such a sweet little guy, always full of life and happiness. He’s not just any puppy—he’s our miracle. After being the only survivor of his litter and bravely fighting through pneumonia as a newborn, he became a symbol of hope for our family during a heartbreaking time. Watching him grow into a playful, spirited pup has been such a blessing. Seeing him now in pain breaks my heart, We’re still paying off emergency vet bills from when Oliver and his siblings fought for their lives. Now, with Oliver injured and needing surgery, we’re facing more unexpected costs. Any support to help cover his medical expenses would mean everything to us.
Samuel

So Samuel is a dog I rescued from Fresno along with 2 of his brothers. When I first got them they were severely under weight (skin&bones) and were terrifies of the world. All three has diarrhea and pooped and thru up the whole ride home. I was worried they might have had parvo. Today all three dogs are fully vaccinated and healthy as can be, aside from Samuels broken front right leg. So Samuel is a full German shepherd, he's 7 months old and a big boy. He's giant compared to his brothers. Samuel got out of the house and ran into the street and got hit by an unknown car, and was left in the road until animal control came and locked him up at the pound for 3 hours without medical aid. 300 paid rushed him to VEG were they found he had a broken front right leg and would need srgry I knew Samuel was special from the moment I saw him. He was massive in comparison to his brothers, and I'm talking about bone structure size. His paws were double the size of his brothers and hes built like a tank yet he is the most gentle, and loving out of the three. Always stealing kisses, super friendly and gets along with other dogs great. I wouldn't change a thing about him really Ive had a German shepherd before that was plagued with the notorious GSD badhips and If I can't save Samuels leg from amputation and it happens to him he will suffer for the rest of his life because of it. Bad hips, 1 good front leg is a recipe for disaster. I can't fail him

Primrose (also known as Prim, Pimmy, Pimbo, or Pimbus) is my precious baby, she's lived with me since 2015 when my dad and I saved her and her sister, Loki, from their tiny petsmart kennel. She lived in our shared family home until 2021 when she moved in with me at my own place, becoming my first ever pet while living on my own! She's been the best companion during this turbulent life stage <3 Our beloved Primmy has a chipped front tooth that needs to be pulled. It is causing her a great deal of pain and is at risk of infection, which could lead to further scarier health issues. Eating is one of Primmy's great passions, and to see her struggling like this breaks my heart. Warm Springs Pet Hospital will be performing her procedure and it is my priority to get this scheduled as soon as possible. Pimmy has touched the lives of so many with her purrs, her yells and her adorable flops. She has become very attached to human company in recent years and I have become so attached to her in turn. I desperately want to provide the best life possible for her and being in this situation where I know I can't afford to get her what she needs is really stressful and anxiety inducing. We need your help! The cost of this procedure is a significant financial hardship for me as I have just moved to a new city, put the savings I had into the upfront costs of moving, and my hours at work were just cut. I've been told this isn't a permanent hours loss, but the timing is terrible.
