Babka

Babka is a 5 month old Mix-Breed in Panama City Beach, FL, who needs $10,000 for ICU and FIP Anti-viral Treatment.

Panama City Beach, FL

Babka is our beloved 5‑month‑old rescue kitten, a sweet and affectionate little bundle of joy. She lives at home with us and her sister Bigzy, who adores her. From the moment she joined our family, she has filled our home with warmth, playfulness, and constant companionship. Our precious Babka is critically ill and in ICU at Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She is battling a severe case of FIP affecting her brain, heart, intestines, and vascular system. The disease has impacted her neurological and mobility functions. She is receiving intensive care including blood transfusions, plasma support, vasopressors, cardiac care, antiviral treatment, etc. The teams at Auburn esp Dr Nichols & Summer plus at Dr Norm’s have been extraordinary in their care. Babka is more than a pet, she’s our irreplaceable baby. Incredibly loving, seeking snuggles, attention, & closeness. Despite all, she’s miraculously holding on. While we’ve begun to see signs of improvement, there’s a long road ahead, we trust God will carry her through & complete this miracle. We love our Babka deeply & despite having insurance, the ER & ICU costs have escalated beyond what we could imagine. We’re doing everything possible to save her & place our trust in God to carry her through. Having Babka healthy & back home would mean everything to us.

Kobi is a 7 year old Australian Cattle Dog in Waverly hall, GA, who needs $2,000 for Obstruction Removal.

Waverly hall, GA

Kobi was found at the UGA dairy. We brought him home 7 years ago and has been the best dog I’ve ever met. Enjoys naps and running and playing in the backyard. Kobi has an obstructed small intestine and needs surgery to survive. He is at Auburn emergency university hospital. Has spent all weekend there and they are doing their best to keep him alive. Kobi is the most loving dog. Saved my life from a venomous snake on one of our hikes. Only wants to please you. Kobi loves to be petted and snuggled with. Currently I’m struggling financially and do not have the savings for this costly surgery. Having him back home healthy would me the world to me he is my entire world.

Dublin

Dublin is a 2.5 year old Mix-Breed in Manchester , GA, who needs $2,000 for Abdominal Obstruction (pre intestinal).

Manchester, GA

Dublin came into our lives as a last minute rescue but ever since the day she was placed into my arms at barely 5 weeks old she has been a ball of love, fun, and quirky habits. She herds the cats like a sheep dog and likes to dig me out of bed if I decide to oversleep bc she wants her breakfast at 7 am sharp. She is the only pup in the house but has a fur-brother and sister. On March 27th, 2025 she presented with bloody vomit and diarrhea. I initially thought she got into something but that was quickly ruled out. We took her to Auburn Vet Hospital ER where they diagnosed her with an abdominal obstruction (not yet into the intestines but is headed that way!) I was given a quote for surgery low end 3000 high end 5000. But they require 50% deposit up of the high end. Not only is Dublin like my child, like most of everyone's pet. She also acts as a support companion for my father. He is a disabled vet with severe health issues and Parkinsons. I never like to ask for help but here I am pleading for help. This was a highly unexpected ER visit and I spent everything i had last night just to get my baby seen. Having her healthy again would not only mean the world to me but also to my parents. She is their companion and absolutely means the world to me as well as my parents.

Waylon

Waylon is a 7 month old French Bulldog in Shorter, AL, who needs $2,000 for BOAS Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Surgery.

Shorter, AL

Waylon came into our lives when he was a couple of months old. We weren’t for sure if we would be able to get him. We got him after a tough loss of our English Bulldog of 13 years. It was hard losing her and I wasn’t for sure I wanted another bulldog. Waylon has been a blessing though. He is the sweetest boy and LOVES little kids! He is quite the character and I’m positive my Gracie Mae sent him! On New Year’s Eve Waylon started breathing really funny using his abdomen to breath in and out. He had thrown up a couple of times but I didn’t think anything of it as when he normally has the zoomies if he runs to much he will cough and sometimes stuff will come up. I took him to the vet because his breathing was really labored. They explained BOAS to me which is what he has:( Waylon LOVES when people visit and he always has to run and get one of his many stuffed babies and show them off. He loves his daddy and “whispering” to him at night when it’s bed time. He always wants his daddy’s hand on him at night too and will bark until he touches him. He only loves snuggles in the morning. He loves his Gigi, PawPaw, BB, and Alissa. He loves outside and chasing the chickens. This is an unexpected urgent medical need for Waylon and I know everyone is in financial strain right now. I’m working two jobs to try and help but he will need the surgery before I can get it all saved up. I hate asking for help but I don’t want to lose him! He is family!

Shaggy is a 1 year old Golden Retriever in Laceys spring, AL, who needs $2,000 for Balloon Valvuloplasty.

Laceys spring, AL

We got Shaggy from my ex-husband. He comes from a long line of golden retrievers he was shaggy so that is why hes called Shaggy. Most of the litter were short hair. Hes was the only fluffy one. Hi there, My name is Karrie. My puppies name in Shaggy. He's about 1 yr 6 mths old. Recently Shaggy started to loose weight, acting lethargic, throwing up, breathing fast and collapsing. We proceeded to take him to the vet and found out that part of his heart was severely enlarged and had a murmur. The Vet diagnosed him with PDA--Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), a congenital heart defect in dogs. I He loves toys, treats, shaking, running and the water. He is scared of other dogs and is always being me putting his nose between my legs. Im always scared hes going to make me fall. Oh and car rides make his bark louder then anything I have heard. Makes my match say I have a loud disturbance going on. lol We had this come up very quick. This is so expensive and we were not prepared to pay out 5000.00 dollars. We have already paid over 1000.00 for his care to find out that he needs surgery. Not to mention the place where the place he needs surgery is 4 hours away. We will have

Columbus, GA

My husband & I we're able to get Sadie from the same breeder we got her brother Charlie from. She is the most energetic pup. She will be 2 coming soon. Sadie went to Auburn University in Auburn, AL. for an obstruction in her small intestines. She is now in critical condition from sepsis from the procedure. Sadie loves to play & chew on her toys. She enjoys snuggling with mommy and daddy, but especially loves her big brother. She always loves a good fetch session with mom. I have fallen into a hardship with everything going on in this world. We did not expect her vet bills to escalate like they have. Auburn is expecting her vet bill to between $6k-9k.

CALI

CALI is a 12 year old Shih Tzu in Donelson, TN, who needs $2,000 for Cataract Surgery (Both Eyes).

Donelson, TN

Cali is my little rescue full of love and warm hugs. When Cali came to me she was rambunctious and full of life. Unfortunately, she lost her sight several years ago and my heart breaks for her. Due to her blindness she is now withdrawn from the people she loves and the surroundings that once excited her. Cali is very insecure with her blindness, storms and loud noises now frighten her. I am seeking the help from my Waggle family and friends for my baby Cali. She has a bad case of cataracts and needs surgery as soon as possible. She has been evaluated and approved for the surgery at Auburn University Small Animal Hospital-Bailey Clinic. Cali's timing is very critical in order to prevent permanent blindness. Other than her blindness, Cali is perfectly health. Cali's love is unconditional she is my heart, my social butterfly and travel baby. She is a lover of life, and all people; young and old. Cali loves to express her needs and concerns. She is the biggest cuddle bug. Before losing her sight Cali would watch after her sister, Baptist who is 17 and deaf. Baptist would follow Cali's lead.' they are best friends. Cali is my love, joy, & happiness. I lost my husband/soulmate after a 3 year battle with ALS. I'm on a fixed income with no additional financial help. I've struggled for the past few years trying to scrap together the resources needed to give my baby the help she needs. Please help my baby Cali.

Tuscaloosa, AL

Bella is one month and a half, she is boarder collie and lab mix, she was gave to me for my birthday by a close friend. She is a very sweet dog and means the absolute world to me. Bella was playing with a stuff animal and she rolled off the bed and landed on her arm, we rushed her to emergie pet and they told us she fractured her elbow and her surgery would be 5,000 dollars. Bella is special because she loves everyone, she is very gentle with babies and she is the best cuddler ever, and she is very smart and loves to open doors and play with other puppies and dogs, she is the best dog I could ask for, she listens so well, and was very easy to train, and she always is very polite and friendly she is such a great puppy Her injury was very unexpected, I haven’t yet started my job, and my dad refused to pay 5,000 dollars for a dog. But Bella is more than a dog to me she is my best friend and just seeing her in pain makes me cry, and I want my baby to be better and be able to run withme again

MJ

MJ is a 1-year-old Black Mouth Cur/Doodle Mix in Robertsdale, AL, who needs $2,000 for Wound Care.

Robertsdale, AL

We found MJ the same week we lost our 7 year old dog to IMHA. While we weren’t looking for another dog, my friend sent me a video of her with her siblings who already had homes waiting for them. I took our 2 year old at the time (now 4) to meet her and we fell in love and brought her home. She has 2 fur sisters- Bella a 12 year old olde English bulldog and Amaris a 8 year old heeler/lab mix. MJ loves to wrestle & play with her human brother and her fur sisters when she can get them to. She is funny, quirky and so sweet. She likes to snuggle her human dad in the recliner chair, and she loves to keep the chair to herself whenever she can! She patrols the yard for birds and squirrels and makes sure none enter the yard. She loves toys & will greet you every time you enter the room w/ one. Mj will put her front feet on you and her snout up for a kiss on her nose. She will also come behind you and just stick her snout in your hand at any moment. She loves to tear up stuffed toys and then play with just the fabric piece and she has a thing about littler toys. She especially loves to carry those around. MJ has toxic epidermal Necrolysis from an adverse antibiotic reaction at her primary vet. She is at Auburn University being treated by Dr. Levi. She is now about to be transferred from internal med to their surgical/wound care side. She has quite a long road to recovery with her skin but she has made huge strides in less than 2 weeks. We spent $3k at our primary vet before we could get MJ out to transfer her to Auburn. Once there, we gave them a $2k deposit. We are looking at owing them another $8,000 before she can come home. We don’t expect anyone to cover our bill, but any kind of help would be huge.

Tisen is a 4-year-old Boxer in Columbus, GA, who needs $2,000 for Autoimmune Disorder.

Columbus, GA

Tisen is a four year old boxer. We have had Tisen and his sister since they were 8 weeks old. He lives at home here with his sister, Maddie, and our 2 cats. We have a large backyard where they enjoy playing and sunbathing. Tisen has always been very healthy up until two weeks ago.. Tisen is a very happy dog. He loves to give everyone kisses, even strangers. He likes to snuggle with us on the couch and with his sister. He is always the first one to greet us at the door when we arrive home. Him and his sister really enjoy chasing our two cats around the house. Tisen always has so much energy. When he is excited it is funny to watch his tail and butt shake. We call him floppy, because when he is running his ears and lips flop. He also likes to lay on his back and his lips fall to the sides. He really enjoys chasing shadows outside and a red laser pointer in the house. We took Tisen to Auburn University Animal Hospital. Within 24 the doctors realized he was suffering from Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation. During the DIC state his kidneys were injured. They ended up putting an NG tube in. He was in the hospital for 12 days. This might be Lupus or some sort of autoimmune disorder. He was sent home on 14 medications and will need many follow up appointments. In December we had to spent all of our savings on our other dog. With this being a lifelong disease, not only did we have the massive vet bill, we will also have many follow up appointments and meds. Tisen means the world to us and we couldn’t imagine not having him here.

Omaha

Omaha is a 8-year-old Mixed Breed in Byron, GA, who needs $1,500 for CHOP Protocol Chemotherapy.

Byron, GA

My late husband & I rescued Omaha in 2016 after we lost our first dog. He was about a year old, we were told. He was timid & terrified when we met him. After several months, he adjusted to his new environment & began bonding with us. He quickly began loving his role as the only pet in our home…a spoiled one, at that. After my 1st husband passed, it was just me & Omie for awhile. He helped me through some very difficult times. I have remarried and after a few months, he learned to love his new daddy so much. We have 12 grandkids for him to love & play with. He is so gentle & tolerates them tugging on him, chasing him around the house & putting tiaras and play necklaces on him. Omaha loves morning walks around the neighborhood and running along the backyard fence with his neighbor friend, Blacky. He loves pup cups from Dairy Queen and leftovers from our family dinners. He is terrified of car rides, thunderstorms and fireworks. Omie is nervous around new people and situations. He is happiest and most relaxed when he’s in the same room with his family. About a month ago, Omie had an upset stomach & wasn’t eating well. He was drooling a lot, which was abnormal for him. We went to our local vet hen I found a lump on his neck. A biopsy scheduled, when I noticed other bumps on his back. We returned to the vet & she took some tissue samples. He has large cell lymphoma. While we weren’t prepared to take on a large medical expense like this, we will do everything possible to extend the amount of time we have with our boy.

Noodle

Noodle is a 10-month-old Blend in Quincy, FL, who needs $2,000 for Balloon Valvuloplasty.

Quincy, FL • Champs Chance Inc

Noodle came into our rescue with his three siblings, Oreo, Reese, and Potato. They were named by small children who fell in love with their kind eyes and sweet demeanors. The four were found in Thomasville, Georgia and were nursed back to health in the care of our rescue. Reese and Potato have since found their forever homes, but Noodle and Oreo are still patiently waiting for theirs. Noodle is a very sweet and calm gentleman. He is kenneled outside at our rescue with his sister, Oreo, and another similar sized dog, who you’d think was his twin. Even though he has never had a home of his own, he is an optimistic and playful little guy that is enjoying life as he knows it. He’s ready for his own home, but he doesn’t let that stop him from enjoying what he has now. Noodle loves playing with his sister and his kennel-mate, and he absolutely loves toys! He is very curious and you can watch him thinking as he moves his items around the kennel or he watches butterflies fly through the air. He is often very relaxed and just enjoys the company of humans and other dogs. He’s a very go-with-the-flow young dog. Noodle has been diagnosed with a Grade 5 heart murmur. His aortic valve is almost entirely closed and local vets gave him an estimated 6-12 months to live. He has no current symptoms, but he’s expected to go downhill quickly once they start. One vet referred us to Auburn University, who incredibly has a procedure that can help save his life. The heart surgery for Noodle will cost over $5000, but without it he will not live more than a year. This sweet boy deserves a chance at finding his forever home and living out a happy, healthy, and full life. Please help us save him!
