I honestly didn't want or plan to own a Pitt due to all of the things I've heard about them. This pup was rescued from a place and owners that didn't care as much as they should have. I picked him up and said his name is MobiDick and I will take care of him for the rest of his life! Well he's 106 lbs of wonderful! The best and smartest dog I've ever had. He's family and so loved ♥️ He rules the house really:) he's slept in the bed since day one. Ridden with us anywhere we can take him with us. All around such a joy! I feel protected and at the same time I call him Son-Son a lot! I have 3 daughters! He lets me know anytime someone arrives long before a knock at the door. He has a sweet nature but at the same time I know that if someone were to try and hurt me he would step in We have had a lot lot of loss in life. Some due to no doing of our own and others due to yes, making the wrong decisions. I lost my best friend in August 2020 and then my Dad that same October. I was with them both as they passed. What I came home to was Mobi. He was my comfort. Always happy to see me and he gave me the drive I needed to get through hard times for him. He made me want to live! I've taken good care of Mobi up until this coming up check up. He's had regular vet visits and has always been given what he needs and what he wants at Petco when we go shopping for a bone or toy together. He walks through not bothering anyone or their pet and "picks out" his one thing he really wants! Up and down the isle looking and sniffing and he stops when he knows which one:) Again he's been well taken care of up until I have no idea how to pay for his upcoming check up and the medicine and shots he will need. He's been scratching some and I've done oatmeal baths and was giving him the combo flea and heart worm chew. I can't afford those now.

We got Nova from a couple who couldnt care for her anymore so of course we took her in. She lives with me my sister and brother in law with my two nephews and another dog. Our other dog is named Luna they get along very well. They love being in our backyard playing all day back there. Right now we have Nova sleeping in her crate in the dog room. She loves everyone, she is very energetic and very loving and sweet. She is a very fast learner i taught her how to sit and shake in one day. She has never shown any aggression towards other dogs or people she just wants to play with everyone. She likes to be on piles on clothes or towels anything and she will be on top of it. Her go to place when she was a baby was under the bed i’ve never met a dog that did that so to me that was hilarious and every little thing that scared her she was under the bed wether that be a vacuum, mop, broom, one of my nephews chasing her she goes under there. She loves to cuddle which I love that she loves. Since we had gotten her I knew something was wrong because everytime she would be on my bed she would leave a wet stain. So we took her to SouthernOregon VeterinarySpecialty Center. They told us she had a uti they gave us medicine wouldn’t go away then gave us 2 other medications again didn’t work. So now the next step in an ultrasound. So right now my sister and brother in law are working but all their money goes into food for my nephews, the adults, bills on our house and baby appointments. So we all don’t have enough saves up to pay for her ultrasound or any surgery if needed. I just want her to be hapy

Coco only came to us 5 days ago he is 6 weeks old and was rescued with his 11 brother and sister from a home where the own of the mommy dog was bad off in to drug and had no power or water for last 3 months coco was the last to get adopted I want him at first sight a month ago when I first saw him but couldn't say yes then because of my own health issues but things got better so I got him Coco sleep with whoever he cuddles up to first weather that me or my kids 6&4 yrs he's only been with us five day but in that short amount of time we've fallen completely in love he's the sweetest smart loving puppy even my 4 yrs old who's scared of puppy love him and says he perfect 💖 He's the baby we've been praying for to join our family 🥰 Coco is special in so many ways but he personality he's so Sweet and loving and gentle my youngest who's been scared of dogs her whole life as come to love him already and she so happy that she found one who "not scary mommy I love him " my son and him already have a ritual of coming home from school and running around outside then coming in for snacks and homework Coco is being treated for parvo at Semmes animal hospital I've paid $48 of the $400 fee for the first night have to have rest by Monday and he didn't say what happens if he has to stay more than one night he know I don't have much money and seemed willing to work with me but I'm scared he going to need more than one night and I can't afford any more I can't really afford the first night but borrow I'm on a fixed income and am already in the whole because for last 2 and half month I was very sick myself they finally figured what wrong and it's getting better so I agree to adopt coco because we were already looking for a new baby the kids were asking every day

Gimli

Gimli came to me when he was 5 after being a rescued from the streets. When I first met him he wanted nothing to do with humans. My first big boy, Gene helped him come to trust us a little bit at a time. Now he's a super sweet, although still a bit shy. He has resting grump face and LOVES to eat. If it's a minute past feeding time he's right there to remind me. Now though, after living in a household with two dogs and two other cats, he has broken out of his shell 10x. He meows for food and, although we have not seen it, we are 95% sure that he is the one that catches, eats, and keeps mice away. He loves to sleep with his boyfriend Gene. They are quite the adorable pair. Gimli lives up to his name sake. If you're unfamiliar with The Lord of the Rings I suggest you make yourself familiar. He loves pets, but on his terms. He love sitting on the backs of chairs and would rather spend his time watching the other animals play than look out a window at this birds and squirrels. Gimli had urinary tract problems. Those surgeries and procedures have set me back in the debt department. Right now I am trying to fund another surgery of his. He has really bad teeth. He is missing his front teeth which makes his little tongue stick out. Although it's super adorable his other teeth do cause him much discomfort. I have been living paycheck to pay check for a very long time and I really hate to see my cat suffer. Even if he tries to hide it, I know him, as shy as he may be.

We found Bailey on Facebook back in July 2017. The family who found her could not keep her so we decided to rescue her. She has been the sweetest girl since day one. We brought her home and she immediately got along with our 2 other dogs. She took to me more than my mom and quickly became attached to me at the hip. She never leaves my side. In 2019 I decided to move to AZ. Bailey came with. Now that we moved to AZ it is me, Bailey, her sister Mya and my boyfriend. She LOVES everyone she meets. She just wants to be pet 24/7. She loves to cuddle. And since we moved to AZ she is a great guard dog. Anything she hears unusual she barks and comes to stand by my side. She loves car rides and usually comes everywhere with us. She especially loves to go to the park to watch basketball. I have already spent almost $2000 in testing for the mass. It continues to grow rapidly but tests all come back non cancerous, I have used all my savings on tests & meds & now need $2,800 to attempt to remove the mass. It may lead to amputation. She is only 5 years old & happy. Bailey started to grow a bump under her armpit back in May. It was very small. Didn’t grow much. Then in July it grew very rapidly, but still didn’t affect her walking. The 1st vet we went to said to watch it but there was no need to remove due to no cancerous cells. A month later it grew again & she could not walk, we went to Scottsdale Hills Animal Hospital & have since been treating it. Bailey loves to play catch. She loves car rides but only to be wherever we are. She loves going to places like Home Depot or Petsmart because there are more people to pet her. I used to take her to the dog park and she never played with the dogs, just watched them all run around and sat next to all the humans for rubs. She is well liked in my apartment complex and the vet office.

Hello, this is Dennis and DJ and we live alone. I have a severe spinal injury and DJ has saved my life from depression. Our bond is so tight that DJ is a 'lap' dog not a 'floor' dog! I only receive enough from SSI ($794) a month to pay for our basic needs in life. He needs dental work so bad and although I got him an exam, I cant pay for his dental treatment plan. DJ, being a lap dog, is always on my lap and sleeps in bed with me. He loves to steal treats and have me try to get them from him. He loves to go for walks but he hasn't felt good lately and it makes me so sad. He loves car rides and my caregiver takes us out frequently! And he is the best alarm system but he is not a barker. He likes to watch TV with me and talk to the TV dogs. I am just a 48 year old divorced disabled man living in low income housing alone. I was in an accident where I fell off a ladder while working and destroyed my spinal column. I am unable to work and barely get around except for my caregiver. I need help with DJ's dental. DJ has been healthy the time that I have had him. I don't know his previous medical history. I just get his nails clipped and vaccinations at the local Vet. I took him to Dr.Esteban Armendariz DVM at VCA Arrighetti Animal Hospital, 1882 Plaza del Sur, Santa Fe, NM 87505. 505-471-2888. His dental needs are extensive. At least a molar and 3 incisors must be removed before x-rays. DJ and I live alone but some neighbor dogs come visit and he shares his biscuits. He loves their daily visits as he has a heart of gold and is very noble. He is so funny when he sits up on his hind hunches...I laugh out loud. He knows when I am hurting and comforts me like a sweet little nurse. Even if I try to hide my pain from him he still knows instantly. He is absolutely my life line.

I first adopted papa bear when he was a kitten from the spca located in Baltimore, Maryland. He’s been with me for about 5 years now or maybe longer, time has flown so I kinda lost track. When I first met him, he instantly stole my heart he wouldn’t let me out his sight. I just knew he was going to be with me forever. Papa bear loves people and other animals. He love when people give him belly rubs. Like have you guys ever seen a cat that loves to sleep on there back. With there belly in the air it’s the cutest thing. Papa bear can also sense when someone is feeling down or sick and he will go in and cuddle with them. I am a college student and I just returned from my birthday vacation. so my pockets are a little short. I was able to squeeze out 500 dollars for papa bear but now I still have to come up with 1100 dollars to have the process completed. Any help would be appreciated. Papa bear has never been sick before so. When he got sick I was extremely worried about him. I just returned home from vacation and found him vomiting all over the house and in my bed. I noticed that he couldn’t use the bathroom so I took him to mason Dixon animal hospital in shrewsberry Pa. they told me he urethra was blocked by crystals and his bladder was about to burst. Papa bear is moody but most cats are. When he wants to be bother he won’t leave you alone. He will make you rub him and give him love but when he doesn’t want to be bother he will lay in the middle of the hallway on his back with his belly in the air sleeping. Something that I find extremely cute about papa beat is that he sits on his back legs almost like a human sitting in a chair. So cute

Rufus came in to my life after I agreed to dog sit for the week when he was 4 months old. They never came back to get him and he quickly became one of the family. In 2016, when Rufus was 5 y/o, we survived a devastating wildfire in Gatlinburg where he became my hero and my certified ESA. Only 3 months later, we would lose my husband of 20 years and Rufus' pet guardian daddy to cardiac arrest. Rufus is my protector. He guards and protects me from any and all harm. After surviving the wildfires and loss of my husband, we became inseparable. Every minute of every day is spent with each other and his now 3 y/o sister, Roxie. The 3 of us are never without the other. Roxie came from the woman that stopped to try and save my husband when he went into cardiac arrest. She is also my certified ESA. I am currently laid off due to Covid-19 and am on unemployment. I have not received any payments through no fault of my own for over 2 months and am desperate to get Rufus stable and back home with me. As I have mentioned, he is my certified ESA and I am so lost without him. 2 weeks ago, he began coughing with some wheezing in his chest. He would stand up and fall to one side. A week ago he took a turn for the worse and his chest began to swell. I am unemployed currently due to Covid and had no money. I called many vets for help but Dr. Mangum of Appalchian Animal Hospital seen him and admitted him. Rufus is diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and a possible stroke. Rufus gives me strength to get up and keep going every day. He gives me hope and faith. He allows me to laugh and smile. To continue living with purpose and meaning. He protects me and keeps my anxiety down. He is my rock. He has an extra row of bottom teeth so he looks like he is always smiling. He is so full of love and is always excited to greet me with nothing but love.
